Description

Multistage disinfection pretreatment device for marine isolation ward domestic sewage
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sewage treatment device for a ship isolation ward, in particular to a multistage disinfection pretreatment device for domestic sewage generated by the ship isolation ward.
Background
At present, the mature sewage disinfection treatment methods mainly comprise three methods, namely a chlorination disinfection method, an ultraviolet disinfection method and an ozone disinfection method. The principle of chlorine adding disinfection is that hypochlorous acid generated by chlorine in water is easy to permeate into bacteria through cell walls, various enzyme systems in the bacteria are inhibited and destroyed, and the bacteria are killed due to oxidation, so that the disinfection purpose is achieved. Its advantages are high disinfecting power, continuous disinfecting action of residual chlorine, easy secondary pollution caused by temp and pH value, and high corrosion to pipeline. The principle of ultraviolet disinfection is that the characteristic that the wavelength of ultraviolet spectrum has the sterilization capability within the range of 490 nm-140 nm is utilized, and the nucleoprotein of bacteria absorbs the energy of the ultraviolet spectrum to denature to cause metabolism disorder and lose the reproductive capacity, thereby playing the role of disinfection. The method has the advantages that the equipment is simple, and the sterilization process is non-toxic and harmless; but has the defects of no continuous sterilization capability and the requirement on the clarity of water quality when used for water treatment, otherwise, ultraviolet light cannot penetrate through a water body to achieve the sterilization effect. The principle of ozone disinfection is that the ozone and water are subjected to oxidation-reduction reaction, and the generated hydroxyl (OH) can decompose organic substances, microorganisms and germs in the water. The method has the advantages that the method has wide application range, is not influenced by parameters such as temperature, PH value and the like, has no secondary pollution, and can automatically decompose residual ozone into oxygen; but has the disadvantage of not having the ability to continue sterilization. The equipment adopting the single disinfection treatment technology in the market at present generally has a series of problems of incomplete disinfection, short retention time, poor original sewage treatment capability and the like, and is difficult to meet the requirement of thoroughly pre-disinfecting the domestic sewage carrying infectious disease viruses generated in the isolation ward during the running period of the ship.
Patent publication No. CN209259846U discloses a two water tank medical sewage disinfection system, and this patent is used for disinfection treatment boats and ships isolation ward's domestic sewage mainly exists following shortcoming:
no stirring equipment is arranged in the disinfection cabinet body, the introduced disinfection solution cannot uniformly react with the sewage in the cabinet body, and the sewage is easy to have anaerobic reaction in the cabinet body; the sewage flows in a self-flowing mode, and when the water inflow fluctuates, the retention time of the sewage in the disinfection cabinet cannot be ensured, so that the disinfection and the sterilization are not thorough.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multistage disinfection pretreatment device for domestic sewage generated in a ship isolation ward, which can disinfect and sterilize the domestic sewage generated in the isolation ward in advance before the domestic sewage enters a ship sewage discharge system, so that the sewage with infectious disease germs can be prevented from directly flowing into the whole sewage system to cause the spread of infectious diseases.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a multi-stage disinfection pretreatment device for domestic sewage of marine isolation wards comprises:
the bottom of the collection cabinet is connected with a domestic sewage pipeline through a vacuum pump and a vacuum container tank, and the collection cabinet is used for automatically conveying domestic sewage generated by the ship isolation ward to the collection cabinet through the vacuum pump;
the upper part of the chlorination cabinet is connected with a seawater inlet pipe through an electrolytic cell by an electromagnetic valve, and the chlorination cabinet is used for automatically introducing seawater into the electrolytic cell for electrolysis to generate hypochlorous acid and then introducing the hypochlorous acid into the chlorination cabinet; the lower part of the chlorine adding cabinet is connected with the collecting cabinet through a ball valve and connected with the ozone cabinet through an electric valve respectively through a circulating stirring pump, and the ozone cabinet is used for fully mixing the sewage in the collecting cabinet and the chlorine adding cabinet and transferring the sewage from the chlorine adding cabinet to the ozone cabinet through the circulating stirring pump;
the ozone tank is provided with an ozone generator which is connected with a zeolite aeration disc in the ozone tank and is used for introducing ozone into sewage in the ozone tank; the bottom is connected with a ship sewage system main pipeline through a discharge pump and a one-way valve, and sewage is discharged to the ship sewage system main pipeline through an exhaust pump.
Further, the upper part of the ozone cabinet is connected with the electrolytic cell through the ozone reducer and the hydrogen diluter.
Furthermore, the top of the outlet of the electrolytic cell is provided with a ventilation device to dilute the hydrogen generated by electrolysis and prevent the concentration of the hydrogen from reaching the explosion limit.
Further, an ozone reduction net is arranged at the gas discharge position at the top of the ozone cabinet body and used for reducing redundant ozone.
Further, the domestic sewage generated in the ship isolation ward comprises excrement water, washing grey water and medical wastewater.
Furthermore, the concentration of hypochlorous acid generated by the electrolysis of seawater by the electrolytic cell can ensure that the effective chlorine concentration of the chlorination cabinet is not lower than 300mg/L.
Further, the ozone concentration provided by the ozone generator to the ozone cabinet is not lower than 50mg/L.
Furthermore, the on-off time of the electric valve and the discharge pump is controlled to adapt to the fluctuation of the ship sewage flow, and the retention time of the sewage in the chlorination cabinet is not less than 1.5 hours under the rated treatment capacity; the residence time in the ozone tank is not less than 0.5 hour.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the multistage disinfection pretreatment device for the domestic sewage in the ship isolation ward, provided by the invention, adopts a disinfection means combining chlorination disinfection and ozone disinfection, and makes up the problems that the ozone disinfection has no continuous sterilization capability, and the corrosion is caused by excessive addition of hypochlorous acid and the like. The multi-stage disinfection treatment technology adopted by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The hypochlorous acid is prepared by electrolyzing seawater according to local conditions, and chlorine-containing tablets such as bleaching powder and the like do not need to be added periodically, so that the device can be started and stopped at any time;
(2) Through two-stage disinfection treatment, the sewage is thoroughly sterilized, and the removal rate of escherichia coli in the treated raw sewage is more than or equal to 99.99 percent;
(3) The retention time of the sewage in each disinfection cabinet can be ensured by interlocking control of the circulating stirring pump, the liquid level sensor and the electric valve, and the relevant standard requirements can be met;
(4) Through the control of the electrolytic cell, the electromagnetic valve, the ozone generator and other equipment, the secondary pollution caused by the excessive input of oxidant such as hypochlorous acid into the sewage is avoided.
