Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a pressure gauge 19 is installed on the aeration pipe 501, the pressure gauge 19 is an oil-filled pressure gauge 19, the oil-filled pressure gauge 19 can avoid the vibration of the pointer or the violent shake caused by the impact-resistant action due to the vibration of the air pipeline, and the filling liquid can enable the measuring instrument to have the performances of buffering and shock resistance, reduce the loss of components and prevent the occurrence of condensation. The aeration pipe 501 is also provided with an aeration flow meter 20, and a pressure gauge 19 is positioned between the aeration flow meter 20 and the second electromagnetic valve 18. The aeration flowmeter 20 is a vortex flowmeter which is mainly used for measuring the flow of industrial pipeline medium fluid, adopts a piezoelectric stress sensor, has high reliability, and can be matched with a PLC (programmable logic controller) for use.
Of course, each pipeline can be provided with a manual ball valve, and the manual ball valve can cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medicament in the pipeline; safety valves and pressure reducing valves may be installed on the chemical tank 401, the gas storage tank 202 and each pipeline to improve the safety of the whole device and system, and in this embodiment, no specific description is given.
Particularly, the control modes of the automatic control system component are designed into three modes, wherein the three modes are an in-situ manual mode, a remote single-machine mode and a remote online automatic mode from high to low in sequence. When the local manual mode is a manual mode selected on the field control box or the low-voltage control cabinet, the on/off operation of the equipment is realized through a button on the field control box or the low-voltage control cabinet; when the field control box or the low-voltage control cabinet selects an 'automatic' mode, an operator selects a 'manual' mode through a monitoring picture of an upper computer and performs start/stop, on/off operations on equipment; the remote online automatic mode is that an 'automatic' mode is selected on a field control box or a low-voltage control cabinet, and when a field control station is set to the 'automatic' mode, the system runs completely and automatically. Therefore, the system can realize the switching of various control modes, and has high automation level and strong practicability.
The implementation principle of the underground water in-situ circulating repair device provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the air compressor is used, high-pressure air generated by the screw compressor 201 is firstly stored in the air storage tank 202 through the main air pipeline 203, and the air storage tank 202 is connected with the air source distribution box 7 and distributed to all components; the pneumatic diaphragm pump 301 injects high-pressure gas into the ground water, and the high-pressure gas is distributed to the pneumatic dewatering pump 302 through the gas source distribution box 7 to pump the ground water out; adding the selected medicament into a medicament tank 401 for dissolving and distributing, distributing part of gas to a pneumatic diaphragm pump 301 by using a gas storage tank 202, and conveying the dissolved and distributed medicament into a circulating well 1 by using the pneumatic diaphragm pump 301 to realize underground water decontamination treatment; after being distributed by the air source distribution box 7, high-pressure air is connected into the aeration pipe 501, and then aeration is carried out in the circulating well 1 to realize adjustment of the dissolved oxygen value of underground water, meanwhile, the system is provided with an automatic control assembly, the automatic control assembly constructs a programmable logic control system through software and hardware to realize local manual control, remote single-machine control and remote online control, so that a power system for underground water in-situ circulation is realized, a chemical oxidation-air disturbance-reinforced bioremediation technology is coupled, integrated, modularized, skid-mounted and automatic underground water in-situ circulation remediation integrated equipment is formed, and an underground water in-situ circulation remediation system is formed by combining the underground water circulating well 1 in parallel, so that the device and the system have multiple functions and strong practicability, and can solve the problems of various types of underground water.
