The foaming fixture for realizing the flat appearance of the foaming box body according to claim 1, wherein the elastic material layer (4) is made of one or more of viscose felt, viscose plastic flooring, viscose EPDM, viscose kaplan, viscose polyethylene sponge, viscose PU sponge, viscose XPE sponge, polyurethane rubber, silicon rubber, natural rubber, nitrile rubber or butyl rubber.
5. The foaming fixture for realizing the flat appearance of the foaming box body according to claim 2, wherein the wear-resistant layer (5) is made of one or more of viscose teflon, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, polyurea and polycarbonate.
6. The foaming jig for realizing the flat appearance of the foaming box body according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the elastic material layer (4) is greater than or equal to 0.1mm, and the thickness of the wear-resistant layer (5) is greater than or equal to 0.01mm.

The foaming fixture for realizing the flat appearance of the foaming box body as claimed in claim 2, wherein the elastic material layer (4), the wear layer (5) and the foaming fixture (3) are connected by using a viscose material, and the type of glue coated on the surface of the viscose material is one or more of rubber type, hot melt glue type, tissue paper glue or oil glue.
8. The foaming fixture for realizing the flat appearance of the foaming box body according to the claim 2 is characterized in that the elastic material layer (4), the wear-resistant layer (5) and the foaming fixture (3) are detachably connected.
9. A foaming method for realizing the pure flat appearance of a foaming box body is applied to the foaming clamp for realizing the pure flat appearance of the foaming box body in any one of claims 1 to 8, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
based on the elastic material layer and the wear-resistant layer in the shell, placing the foaming box body in the accommodating space in the shell, foaming and closing the die, and measuring the flatness of the foaming box body after the foaming box body is foamed;
if the flatness does not reach 0-1mm, adjusting the states of the elastic material layer and the wear-resistant layer until the flatness of the foaming box body reaches 0-1mm.
10. The foaming method for realizing the flat appearance of the foaming box body according to claim 9, characterized by further comprising the following steps:
obtaining the times of measuring the flatness of the foaming box body;
if the times are larger than the preset threshold value, after the elastic material layer and the wear-resistant layer are replaced, the step of placing the foaming box body in the accommodating space in the shell, foaming and closing the die, and measuring the flatness of the foaming box body after the foaming box body is foamed is executed again.
