Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cleaning the inner wall of a rubber tube, which comprises a sponge fly-bomb cleaning step and a flushing cleaning step which are sequentially carried out; the sponge missile cleaning step is carried out as follows: selecting a cylindrical sponge plug matched with the rubber tube, and inserting the sponge plug into the inner cavity of the rubber tube from one end of the rubber tube to expose the rubber tube by 1-3cm; inserting one end of the rubber tube into a nozzle of an air gun, starting the air gun, pushing the sponge plug to move in the rubber tube along the length direction of the rubber tube by utilizing airflow, and enabling the sponge plug to rub the inner wall of the rubber tube in the moving process until the sponge plug flies out from the other end of the rubber tube; in the washing and cleaning step, the inner wall of the rubber tube is cleaned by combining air blowing and water flow washing. Therefore, the cleanliness of the inner wall of the rubber tube is improved, and impurities on the inner wall of the rubber tube are prevented from being brought into a hydraulic system by hydraulic oil in the using process and causing damage to hydraulic elements.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic pipes, in particular to a method for cleaning the inner wall of a rubber pipe.
Background
In the production process of the conventional hydraulic rubber hose, a dust blowing gun is required to blow compressed air into the rubber hose for cleaning, but the cleaning effect is not good, and especially rubber particles adhered to the inner wall of the rubber hose (generated in the pipe cutting process) are difficult to clean in a blowing mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for cleaning the inner wall of a rubber pipe so as to effectively remove impurities on the inner wall of the rubber pipe.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following steps: a method for cleaning the inner wall of a rubber tube comprises a sponge missile cleaning step and a washing cleaning step which are sequentially carried out;
the execution process of the sponge missile cleaning step is as follows:
a1, selecting a cylindrical sponge plug matched with a rubber tube, inserting the sponge plug into an inner cavity of the rubber tube from one end of the rubber tube to expose the sponge plug by 1-3cm, wherein the outer diameter of the sponge plug is larger than the inner diameter of the rubber tube;
a2, inserting one end of the rubber tube into a nozzle of an air gun, starting the air gun, pushing the sponge plug to move in the rubber tube along the length direction of the rubber tube by utilizing airflow, and enabling the sponge plug to rub the inner wall of the rubber tube in the moving process until the sponge plug flies out from the other end of the rubber tube;
the step of cleaning the sponge missile is repeatedly executed;
in the washing and cleaning step, the inner wall of the rubber tube cleaned in the sponge missile cleaning step is cleaned in a mode of combining air blowing with water flow washing.
Further, the rinsing and cleaning step is provided with a rinsing and cleaning device including:
the equipment main body frame is provided with a strip-shaped groove with an upward opening and extending from front to back;
the fixed water spray gun is fixedly arranged on the front side wall of the strip-shaped groove;
the water tank is fixedly arranged in the equipment main body frame and is positioned below the groove;

the above-described C1-C3 substeps are repeatedly performed.
Furthermore, a filter for filtering impurities of the washing water is provided on a pipeline connecting the suction end of the output pump and the water tank.
Furthermore, an opening at one side of the movable sealed cabin is provided with a water retaining curtain for preventing water from splashing, and in the step C1, the rubber tube penetrates through the water retaining curtain and extends into the inner cavity of the movable sealed cabin.
Furthermore, the flushing and cleaning device also comprises an air gun, wherein the air gun is communicated with the outlet end of the output pump through a hose, and the suction end of the output pump is communicated with an air source;

1. the inner wall of the rubber tube is cleaned by combining a sponge fly-bomb cleaning step and a flushing cleaning step (circulating water flushing), so that the cleanliness of the inner wall of the rubber tube is improved, and impurities on the inner wall of the rubber tube are prevented from being brought into a hydraulic system by hydraulic oil in the using process and causing damage to hydraulic elements;
2. in the step of cleaning by the aid of the sponge missile, the sponge plug is pushed by airflow to penetrate through the whole rubber tube, so that the sponge plug rubs the inner wall of the rubber tube in the moving process, and impurities (including rubber particles) on the inner wall of the rubber tube can be effectively scraped;
3. in the step of washing and cleaning, the fixed water spray gun, the rubber tube, the water tank, the filter and the output pump form a circulating cleaning water path so as to repeatedly clean the inner wall of the rubber tube, and the air spray gun can blow air to the inner wall of the rubber tube to blow off water on the inner wall of the rubber tube.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the accompanying figures 1-2 and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for cleaning the inner wall of a rubber tube includes a sponge missile cleaning step and a rinsing cleaning step which are sequentially performed.
The execution process of the sponge missile cleaning step is as follows:
a1, selecting a cylindrical sponge plug 2 matched with a rubber tube 1, wherein the outer diameter of the sponge plug 2 is larger than the inner diameter of the rubber tube 1, so that the sponge plug 2 can scrape the inner wall of the rubber tube 1, inserting the sponge plug 2 into the inner cavity of the rubber tube 1 from one end of the rubber tube 1, and exposing the sponge plug 2 out of the rubber tube 1 by 1-3cm, wherein the exposed length of the sponge plug 2 is about 2cm in the embodiment;
a2, inserting one end of the rubber tube 1 into a nozzle of an air gun, starting the air gun (connected with an air source such as an air compressor or a compressed air tank), and pushing the sponge plug 2 to move in the rubber tube 1 along the length direction of the rubber tube 1 by utilizing air flow, so that the sponge plug 2 rubs the inner wall of the rubber tube 1 in the moving process until the sponge plug 2 flies out from the other end of the rubber tube 1.
The sponge missile cleaning step is repeatedly carried out, and the cleanliness of the step can reach NAS8-9 level.
Because the sponge plug 2 is made of the material characteristics of the sponge plug 2, the outer diameter of the sponge plug 2 is larger than the inner diameter of the rubber tube 1, after the sponge plug 2 is inserted into the rubber tube 1, the sponge plug 2 can be compressed by the inner wall of the rubber tube 1, the sponge plug 2 exerts radial acting force on the inner wall of the rubber tube 1, so that the sponge plug 2 scrapes the inner wall of the rubber tube 1 when moving in the rubber tube 1, and impurities on the inner wall of the rubber tube 1 can be smoothly scraped by combining with a certain air flow speed.
The sponge plug 2 is low in cost and low in manufacturing difficulty, so that the cleaning step can achieve a good cleaning effect at low cost.
In the washing and cleaning step, the inner wall of the rubber hose 1 cleaned in the sponge missile cleaning step is cleaned in a mode of combining air blowing and water flow washing.
In order to be able to better perform the above-mentioned rinsing and cleaning step, the process is equipped with rinsing and cleaning equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, the above-mentioned rinsing cleaning apparatus includes:
the equipment comprises an equipment main body frame 3, wherein the equipment main body frame 3 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 3a with an upward opening and extending from front to back;
a fixed water spray gun 5 fixedly arranged on the front side wall of the strip-shaped groove 3a;
a water tank 9 filled with cleaning water, wherein the water tank 9 is fixedly arranged in the equipment main body frame 3 and is positioned below the groove 3a;
the output pump 4 is arranged in the equipment main body frame 3, the suction end of the output pump 4 is communicated with the water tank 9, and the pump outlet end of the output pump 4 is communicated with the fixed water spray gun 5;
and the movable sealed cabin 7 is arranged in the groove 3a, and the movable sealed cabin 7 can be adjusted back and forth in the groove 3 a.
Wherein, the water tank 9 is provided with a water inlet 9a communicated with the groove 3a, the bottom and one side of the movable sealed cabin 7 are both opened, and the water inlet 9a is positioned in the bottom opening of the movable sealed cabin 7.
When the rinsing and cleaning step is executed, the following substeps are followed:
c1, inserting one end of the rubber tube 1 into a nozzle of a fixed water spray gun 5, and enabling the other end of the rubber tube 1 to penetrate through an opening on one side of a movable sealing bin 7 and extend into an inner cavity of the movable sealing bin 7;
c2, starting an output pump 4, pumping water in the water tank 9 into the rubber tube 1 by the output pump 4, and enabling cleaning water to flow from one end of the rubber tube 1 to the other end;
c3, after the cleaning water flows out of the rubber tube 1, the cleaning water flows back into the water tank 9 through the water inlet 9a to finish a washing process;
c4, an operator holds the air gun 6 by hand, the rubber tube 1 is taken down from the fixed water gun 5, one end of the rubber tube 1 is inserted into a nozzle of the air gun 6, and air flow is output into the rubber tube 1 by the nozzle of the air gun 6 to blow off water drops on the inner wall of the rubber tube 1.
The C1-C3 substeps are sequentially carried out for a plurality of times, and the C1-C3 substeps and the C4 substeps are alternately carried out for a plurality of times, so that the inner wall of the rubber tube 1 is thoroughly cleaned, the use requirement is met, and the cleanliness of the step can reach NAS4-7 level.
A filter 10 for filtering impurities of the washing water is arranged on a pipeline connecting the suction end of the output pump 4 and the water tank 9, so that the washing water is filtered in the process of each cycle washing, and the washing efficiency is improved.
And an opening at one side of the movable sealed cabin 7 is provided with a water retaining curtain 8 for preventing water from splashing outside, and in the step C1, the rubber pipe 1 penetrates through the water retaining curtain 8 and extends into the inner cavity of the movable sealed cabin 7.
The washing and cleaning equipment further comprises an air gun 6, the air gun 6 is communicated with the pump outlet end of the output pump 4 through a hose, the suction end of the output pump 4 is communicated with an air source, in the using process of the air gun 6, a valve of a pipeline between the output pump 4 and the water tank 9 needs to be closed, and the output pump 4 is changed into an air pump so as to blow the rubber hose 1.
When the washing and cleaning step is carried out, the fixed water spray gun 5, the rubber tube 1, the water tank 9, the filter 10 and the output pump 4 form a circulating cleaning water path so as to repeatedly clean the inner wall of the rubber tube 1, and the air spray gun 6 can blow air to the inner wall of the rubber tube 1 to blow off moisture on the inner wall of the rubber tube 1.

Claims (6)
1. A method for cleaning the inner wall of a rubber tube is characterized by comprising a sponge missile cleaning step and a washing cleaning step which are sequentially carried out;
the execution process of the sponge missile cleaning step is as follows:
a1, selecting a cylindrical sponge plug (2) matched with a rubber tube (1), wherein the outer diameter of the sponge plug (2) is larger than the inner diameter of the rubber tube (1), and inserting the sponge plug (2) into the inner cavity of the rubber tube (1) from one end of the rubber tube (1) to enable the sponge plug (2) to be exposed out of the rubber tube (1) by 1-3cm;
a2, inserting one end of the rubber tube (1) into a nozzle of an air gun, starting the air gun, and pushing the sponge plug (2) to move in the rubber tube (1) along the length direction of the rubber tube (1) by utilizing air flow so that the sponge plug (2) rubs the inner wall of the rubber tube (1) in the moving process until the sponge plug (2) flies out of the other end of the rubber tube (1);
the step of cleaning the sponge missile is repeatedly executed;
in the washing and cleaning step, the inner wall of the rubber hose (1) cleaned in the sponge missile cleaning step is cleaned in a mode of combining air blowing and water flow washing.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of washing and cleaning is configured with a washing and cleaning device, the washing and cleaning device comprising:
