In actual production, ore discharge water of a permanent magnet drum type magnetic separator is sprayed to the surface of a drum of the magnetic separator through a water pipe to discharge ores at a certain angle, because ore dressing operation is a high water consumption process, circulating water adopted by most enterprises has poor water quality, more suspended matters and impurities, and the ore discharge water pipe is frequently blocked, so that the ore discharge is not clean, the surface of the drum has an ore hanging phenomenon, and because the circulating water contains a plurality of impurities and the like, the ore discharge water pipe can be blocked by irregular cleaning;
meanwhile, in the iron separation operation, because the mineral properties of each batch of ores are different, the angle of the permanent magnet machine ore discharge water needs to be adjusted in time, and the angle of the permanent magnet machine ore discharge water can influence the ore discharge effect and further influence the yield of the iron ore concentrate.
