Abstract

本申请公开了一种通信方法、装置及设备。该方案包括：在异系统切换后，连接态的终端设备在目标通信系统的首次注册流程未成功导致终端设备释放无线链路后，进入空闲态的终端设备再次发起注册流程时，向目标通信系统发送采用源通信系统对应的安全上下文进行完整性保护的注册请求消息。这样，目标通信系统接收到该注册请求消息后，可以基于该注册请求消息成功从源通信系统获取到该终端设备的上下文，进而可以使该终端设备成功注册到目标通信系统。综上，该方案可以避免终端设备再次发起的注册流程被拒绝的情况，提高异系统切换场景中终端设备的注册成功率，降低终端设备注册时延，最终可以保障终端设备的业务连续性，保障用户体验。
