The terms "comprises" and "comprising" indicate the presence of the described features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
The term "and/or" refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1, to help understand the method provided by the present embodiment, a description is first made of the structure of the detachable conference terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the detachable conference terminal mainly includes a terminal base 10 and a display device, where an interface is provided on the terminal base 10, and the display device is mainly connected to the terminal base 10 through the interface.
Preferably, the display device may be generally provided in plurality, preferably two in fig. 1, specifically, the terminal back screen 202 and the display panel 201. The terminal back screen 202 is mainly used for displaying a conference nameplate, and the conference nameplate mainly refers to a display nameplate for basic information of participants in a conference, for example, a nameplate for displaying information of departments, names and positions is most commonly placed at the upper right corner of a table of a large participant. Here, the electronic name plate can be displayed by using the terminal back screen 202, and various operations in the conference can be performed by using the display panel 201. It is understood that when the participant changes, the terminal back screen 202 can update the information of the electronic name plate in time.
Generally, only one network cable is needed to be connected for one separable conference terminal, so that field wiring is facilitated, and the terminal cost is reduced. Wherein, 4 ports of the network card PHY chip of the terminal base 10 are respectively connected to the terminal base 10, the terminal back screen 202, the SR9900 chip, and the network port. Connect HUB through SR9900 chip and link to each other with display device, carry out network communication, the net gape is used for connecing the net twine to be connected to the switch.
Based on the detachable conference terminal provided in the foregoing embodiment, the detachable conference terminal provided in the present application will be explained as follows:
referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a separable conference terminal IP configuration method. As shown in fig. 2, the detachable conference terminal IP configuration method includes steps S10 to S50. The concrete contents of the steps are as follows:
s10, receiving IP data sent by the terminal base 10; when the terminal base 10 is connected with a display device, the IP data includes a display device IP and a terminal base IP; when the terminal base 10 is not connected with a display device, the IP data includes a terminal base IP and an invalid display device IP.
In this step, the server receives the IP data sent by the terminal base 10, and the IP data is the IP data bound by the terminal base 10. In general, the terminal base 10 actively acquires the display device IP in three states, that is, when the base is powered on, when the display device is plugged in, and when the display device is unplugged. When the terminal base 10 is connected with the display device, the IP data includes the display device IP and the terminal base IP, that is, the terminal base 10 binds the own IP with the acquired display device IP, and then sends the display device IP and the IP to the server. When the display device is not connected to the terminal base 10, the IP data at this time includes the terminal base IP and the invalid display device IP. It can be understood that, because the terminal base 10 cannot obtain a valid display device IP when the display device is not connected, an IP address is usually used to replace the display device IP at this time, that is, the invalid display device IP is described in this embodiment. Wherein the terminal base 10 generally adopts a proprietary protocol to obtain the terminal base IP and the display device IP.
Exemplarily, taking fig. 1 as an example, assuming that the display device of the detachable terminal includes a terminal back screen 202 and a display panel 201, there are two display devices IP at this time. The specific content of the IP data will be described with the terminal back 202 always connected to the terminal base 10 and the display panel 201 and the terminal base 10 being in the two states of insertion and removal, but when the display panel 201 is connected to the terminal base 10, the IP data at this time includes the terminal base IP, the terminal back 202IP, and the display panel 201IP, and for example, the display panel 201IP is "192.168.0.2", the terminal back 202IP is "192.168.0.3", and the terminal base IP is "172.16.0.2". When the display tablet 201 is pulled out, the IP data includes the terminal base IP, the terminal back screen 202IP, and the invalid display tablet 201IP, for example, the invalid display tablet 201IP is "0.0.0.0", the terminal back screen 202IP is "192.168.0.3", and the terminal base IP is "172.16.0.2".
And S20, judging whether the terminal base IP exists in the server IP list or not.
In this step, after the server obtains the bound IP data sent by the terminal base 10, it is determined whether the terminal base IP exists in the server IP list. In the server IP list, each terminal base IP has a corresponding display device IP bound to it, which may be one or more, depending on the number of display devices that the terminal base 10 can connect to. This step is mainly to look up the just received terminal base IP in the server IP list and then perform further actions according to the query result.
And S30, if not, adding the IP data to a server IP list.
Since there is no received terminal base IP in the server IP list, it can be considered that the newly acquired IP data is a set of separable conference terminals that have just accessed the conference system, and at this time, it is only necessary to add all the received IP data to the server IP list, and after the addition, the terminal base 10 and the display device that have newly accessed the conference terminal can both implement conference communication.
S40, if yes, keeping the server IP list unchanged when the display equipment IP is consistent with the display equipment IP bound with the terminal base IP in the server IP list;
s50, when the display equipment IP is inconsistent with the display equipment IP bound with the terminal base IP in the server IP list, unbinding the display equipment IP bound with the terminal base IP in the server IP list; and adding the IP data to a server IP list.
It can be understood that, when the received terminal base IP exists in the server IP list, it should be determined whether the display device IP in the received IP data exists in the server IP list, that is, it is determined whether the newly received display device IP is consistent with the display device IP bound to the terminal base IP in the server IP list, and if so, it is verified that the conference terminal has previously accessed the conference system, and then the server IP list does not need to be changed. If the display device IP is inconsistent with the terminal base IP, the newly acquired display device IP is proved to be obtained after the change of the panel due to the pulling out or the insertion of the panel, at this time, the display device IP bound with the terminal base IP in the server IP list should be unbound, and then a group of newly acquired IP data is completely added into the server IP list.
In summary, since the detachable conference terminal is adopted in the present embodiment, the display device is detachable from the terminal base 10. Because the display device and the terminal base 10 have respective IPs, and the terminal base 10 binds the own IP with the received display device IP and then sends the bound IP to the server, the replaced display device can perform data interaction with the server again through the base after each separation and replacement of the display device and the terminal base 10, so as to realize normal communication of the conference. Therefore, under the IP configuration method provided by this embodiment, the conference terminal can access the conference more flexibly and conveniently for the user. And because the conference terminal is separable, when a certain equipment goes wrong, only the part of equipment can be maintained, and compared with an integrated conference terminal, the embodiment can greatly reduce the maintenance cost.
In one embodiment, the conference system is configured as shown in fig. 3, and as can be seen from fig. 3, the system includes a server, a conference host, a router, a switch, and a detachable conference terminal. The server, the conference host, the router and the separable conference terminal are connected with the same switch. Typically, the host computer will issue a conference initiation command to the server, which will issue it to the display device and the conference host. After the conference host responds to the instruction, the conference function instruction is sent to the terminal base 10 and the server at the same time, and then the server sends the conference function instruction to the corresponding display device connected with the terminal base 10, so that the display device can be normally accessed into the conference system for communication.
In a specific embodiment, before the receiving terminal base 10 sends the IP data, the method further includes:
an IP allocation command is sent to the router and the conference host so that the router allocates an IP to the display device, and the conference host allocates an IP to the terminal base 10.
In this embodiment, the router allocates an IP to the display device, and the conference host allocates an IP to the terminal base 10. Since the network segments of the terminal base 10 and the display device are not consistent, the server needs to bind two different network segments, so that the server and the terminal base 10 and the display device are in the same network segment.
It should be noted that the terminal base 10 in this embodiment is dedicated to the private network of the conference host, and generally relates to the conference and the function control of the microphone 30, for example, the detachable conference terminal in fig. 1 includes the microphone 30. Taking the example that the display device in fig. 1 includes the terminal back screen 202 and the display panel 201, when allocating an IP, the conference host may allocate the last two bytes of the IP to the terminal base 10, and the terminal base 10 performs static IP setting, where the fixed network segment is: x.x (172.16.0.1 to 172.16.255.255). The IP sent by the router is a dynamic IP, the display panel 201 can set a static or dynamic IP, and the client can set the display panel 201 at will. And setting the IP as the dynamic IP, distributing the IP by the router, acquiring the IP through the terminal base 10, and sending the IP to a server for network communication. The static IP is set and is directly sent to the server through the terminal base 10 for network communication. The router may be assigned only to the terminal back screen 202IP, provided that the display tablet 201 is set to a static IP. The conference host cannot allocate the IP to the terminal back screen 202 or the display panel 201, because the conference host provides the last two bytes of the IP, the terminal base 10 performs static IP setting by itself, and the terminal back screen 202 or the display panel 201 does not have such a function, and cannot fix a network segment, otherwise, the client experience effect is affected.
In a specific embodiment, after the adding the IP data to the server IP list, the method further includes:
judging whether invalid display equipment IP exists in the received IP data;
and when the invalid display device IP exists in the received IP data, returning to execute the operation of the IP data sent by the receiving terminal base 10.
And when the invalid display equipment IP does not exist in the received IP data, controlling the display equipment and the terminal base 10 to access the conference according to the conference access instruction.
In this embodiment, after receiving the IP data sent by the terminal base 10, the server determines whether an invalid display device IP exists in the IP data, if so, it proves that the terminal base 10 is not connected with a display device (the display device is pulled out), then the server jumps to step S10 to receive the IP data sent by the terminal base 10, and sequentially executes the subsequent steps according to the sequence of steps S10-50. If not, the terminal base 10 is proved to be connected with the display device, and at the moment, the display device and the terminal base 10 are controlled to be connected into the conference only according to the conference access instruction sent by the upper computer, so that normal conference communication and operation functions are realized.
Preferably, the detachable conference terminal can integrate the microphone 30 function, the tablet operation function, the nameplate display, the conference development, and the like. As shown in fig. 1, when the display device includes the terminal back screen 202 and the display tablet 201, the terminal back screen 202 and the display tablet 201 can display a nameplate at the same time, and the microphone 30, the check-in and the voting state of the terminal base 10 and the connected display tablet 201 can respond synchronously. In addition, when the display tablet 201 is not inserted into the terminal base 10 again, the functions of the terminal base 10 and the terminal back screen 202 can still be used normally. Therefore, the server can be connected with the conference terminal point to point through the IP of each part of the conference terminal, and stable and reliable data transmission is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, after the controlling the display device and the terminal base 10 to access the conference according to the conference access instruction, the method further includes:
and when the terminal base 10 is determined to be disconnected from the conference system, unbinding the terminal base IP and the display device IP in the server list.
And when the terminal base 10 is determined not to be disconnected with the conference system, returning to execute the judgment of whether invalid display equipment IP operation exists in the server IP list.
In this embodiment, the server may send a scanning packet at regular time, and perform handshake with the terminal base 10 to determine whether the separable conference terminal is disconnected from the conference system, and if so, prove that the conference is ended, and at this time, may unbind the terminal base IP and the display device IP that were added before in the server list to release the server memory; if not, returning to execute and judging whether invalid display equipment IP operation exists in the server IP list, sequentially executing subsequent steps according to the steps, and entering a cyclic process.
In summary, the separable conference terminal IP configuration method provided in this embodiment can implement centralized management and control of the conference terminals, and flexibly process the separation and combination processes of the display device and the terminal base 10. The display device IP is bound to the terminal base IP through the terminal base 10, sharing one ID number. And controlling the ID number through the upper computer so as to control the corresponding conference terminal. And the terminal base 10 and the display device of the conference terminal can acquire corresponding commands by distinguishing the ID numbers, so that corresponding functions are realized, the operation is flexible, the user experience is enhanced, and meanwhile, the maintenance cost can be reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the overall process of multi-terminal data interaction involved in the separable conference terminal IP configuration method is described as follows:
referring to fig. 4, in fig. 4, the detachable conference terminal is powered on, and after the detachable conference terminal is powered on, the router allocates an IP to the display device, and the conference host allocates an IP to the terminal base 10. After the IP allocation is finished, the terminal base 10 obtains the display device IP through the private protocol, binds the display device IP with the terminal base IP of the terminal base, and sends the display device IP and the terminal base IP to the server. After receiving the IP data sent by the terminal base 10, the server will determine whether the terminal base IP exists in the server IP list, and if not, the server will prove that the detachable conference terminal is a terminal newly accessed to the conference system, and at this time, the server will add the received display device IP and the terminal base IP to the server IP list at the same time; if present, the terminal base 10 is certified to have previously accessed the conference system. Generally, each terminal base IP in the server IP list has a corresponding (bound) display device IP, and when a newly received terminal base IP exists in the server IP list, it should be determined whether the newly received display device IP is consistent with the display device IP bound to the terminal base IP in the server IP list; if the two groups of conference terminals are consistent, the group of conference terminals are proved to have access to the conference system, and only the IP list of the server needs to be kept unchanged; if the display device IP is inconsistent with the terminal base IP, the newly received display device is proved to be possibly a replaced display device, and the conference system is not accessed before, at this time, the display device IP bound with the terminal base IP in the server IP list should be unbound, and then the new display device IP is added into the server IP list.
Further, after receiving the IP data sent by the terminal base 10, the server needs to determine whether an invalid display device IP exists in the received IP data; if yes, it is proved that the display device is not connected to the terminal base 10 at this time, and the IP data operation sent by the terminal base 10 should be returned to the receiving terminal base, and a loop operation is performed. If not, controlling the display equipment and the terminal base 10 to access the conference according to the conference access instruction.
Further, when the display device and the terminal base 10 execute a conference operation, the server may periodically send a scanning packet, perform handshake with the terminal base 10 to determine whether the separable conference terminal is disconnected from the conference system, if so, prove that the conference is ended, and at this time, may unbind the terminal base IP and the display device IP added before in the server list to release the server memory; if not, returning to execute and judging whether invalid display equipment IP operation exists in the server IP list, and entering a cyclic process.
To sum up, the separable conference terminal IP configuration method provided in the embodiment of the present application can achieve at least the following effects:
1) The operation is flexible. The separable flat plate and the base can be used independently, and can also be connected with the base to be used synchronously, so that more operation options are provided for customers, and the design is more humanized. The plate and base can be interchanged at will.
2) The functions of the conference, the functions of the panel and the nameplate display updating are integrated. The conference function includes functions of switching on and off, signing in, voting, etc. of the microphone 30.
3) The maintenance cost is reduced, and the field can be processed in time. If the flat plate is out of order, a client can replace a new flat plate at any time and can normally use the flat plate by connecting the upper base, and the whole machine does not need to be returned to the factory for maintenance, so that the field meeting is not influenced.
