In order to better understand the management method of the energy storage system provided in the embodiments of the present application, the following briefly describes an energy storage system to which the management method of the energy storage system is applied. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an energy storage system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the energy storage system includes a plurality of energy storage units, where the plurality of energy storage units are connected in parallel, and can acquire an operation parameter of an electric power system to which the energy storage system is connected, and judge a maintenance state based on the operation parameter, when the state is judged to meet a charging maintenance condition, the energy storage unit to be maintained is determined according to an open-circuit voltage of the energy storage unit, corresponding maintenance information is acquired, and the energy storage unit is charged and maintained according to the maintenance information, so that the maintenance can be performed through the pre-judgment of the operation parameter, and the maintenance information is determined to perform maintenance after the maintenance is judged to be required, thereby being capable of actively performing maintenance judgment and performing subsequent maintenance processing, reducing the condition of maintenance lag, improving the energy utilization rate, and simultaneously, reducing the condition of overlarge end voltage difference, further reducing the occurrence of large circulation between the energy storage units, and improving the stability of the energy storage system.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for managing an energy storage system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the energy storage system includes a plurality of energy storage units, and the method for managing the energy storage system includes:
201. and acquiring the operation parameters of the power system accessed by the energy storage system.
The energy storage system may include a local controller that may be used to perform a method of managing the energy storage system, and the local controller may interact with an external battery management system (EMS) to obtain operating parameters of the power system, which may be, for example, a direction. The operation parameters at least comprise electricity price parameters of the region where the energy storage system belongs, load capacity of a transformer of the power system and the like, and the electricity price parameters can understand current electricity price information of the external region where the accessed power system is located. Different regions may have different electricity prices according to the polar season and different time periods of each day; the spare capacity can be the spare capacity of the transformer of the power system connected with the energy storage system, the energy storage system can be used as a load when the energy storage system is charged, and if the transformer is connected with other loads and reaches the rated capacity of the connected transformer at the moment, the energy storage system cannot be charged at the moment, so that the energy storage system can be charged only when the spare capacity exists in the connected transformer.
202. And if the operation parameters of the power system meet the charging maintenance conditions of the energy storage system, acquiring a plurality of open-circuit voltages corresponding to the plurality of energy storage units in the energy storage system.
The determining that the operation parameter of the power system meets the charging maintenance condition of the energy storage system may specifically be: and if the electricity price parameter of the area to which the energy storage system belongs is in a low electricity price interval and the spare capacity exists in the load capacity of the transformer of the power system, determining that the operation parameter of the power system meets the charging maintenance condition of the energy storage system. The low electricity rate interval may be set by an empirical value or historical data.
The open circuit voltages corresponding to the energy storage units in the energy storage system can be obtained through a voltage detection sensor and the like, and can be obtained through other modes. The plurality of open circuit voltages corresponding to the plurality of energy storage cells may be understood as an open circuit voltage corresponding to each of the plurality of energy storage cells.
203. And determining all energy storage units to be maintained from the plurality of energy storage units according to the plurality of open-circuit voltages.
The first target voltage difference subset may be determined according to the voltage differences between the open circuit voltages and the preset voltage threshold, where the elements in the set are all the voltage differences higher than the preset voltage difference threshold in the first voltage difference set, and the energy storage unit with the lower open circuit voltage in the corresponding two energy storage units with all the voltage differences higher than the preset voltage difference threshold is determined as the energy storage unit to be maintained.
Because the charging maintenance is performed, the energy storage unit with lower open-circuit voltage in the two energy storage units is determined as the energy storage unit to be maintained, so that the charging maintenance of the energy storage unit can be realized.
204. And carrying out charging maintenance on all the energy storage units to be maintained.
The maintenance parameters corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained in the energy storage units to be maintained respectively can be obtained, and charging maintenance is carried out based on the maintenance parameters. And continuously acquiring the operation parameters of the power system accessed by the energy storage system after maintenance, and stopping charging maintenance of the energy storage system when the operation parameters of the power system do not meet the charging maintenance conditions of the energy storage system.
In this example, the operation parameters of the power system accessed by the energy storage system are obtained; if the operation parameters of the power system meet the charging maintenance conditions of the energy storage system, acquiring a plurality of open-circuit voltages corresponding to the plurality of energy storage units in the energy storage system; determining all energy storage units to be maintained from the plurality of energy storage units according to the plurality of open-circuit voltages; all the energy storage units to be maintained are charged and maintained, the energy storage units can be subjected to pre-judgment of charging and maintenance through the operation parameters of the power system, and the charging and maintenance can be performed after the charging and maintenance are judged to be required, so that the charging and maintenance judgment can be actively performed, the subsequent maintenance processing can be performed, the condition of maintenance hysteresis is reduced, and the energy utilization rate is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, a possible method for determining all energy storage units to be maintained from the plurality of energy storage units according to the plurality of open circuit voltages includes:
a1, obtaining voltage differences among the open-circuit voltages of the energy storage units to obtain a first voltage difference set;
a2, acquiring a first target voltage difference subset from the first voltage difference set, wherein elements in the first target voltage difference subset are all voltage differences higher than a preset voltage difference threshold value in the first voltage difference set;
a3, determining the energy storage units with lower open-circuit voltage in the two energy storage units corresponding to the voltage differences respectively as the energy storage units to be maintained in the first target voltage difference subset.
The maximum open-circuit voltage can be determined from the open-circuit voltages corresponding to the energy storage units, and the difference value operation is performed according to the maximum open-circuit voltage and the open-circuit voltage corresponding to the energy storage units to obtain a first voltage difference set. So that the first set of voltage differences can be quickly determined.
The preset voltage difference threshold is set through an empirical value or historical data, and the voltage difference in the first target voltage difference subset corresponds to two energy storage units, so that the energy storage unit with lower open-circuit voltage in the two energy storage units can be determined as the energy storage unit to be maintained due to charge maintenance, and the energy storage unit can be charged and maintained. Meanwhile, after the subsequent charge maintenance, the voltage difference in the first target voltage difference subset is smaller than a preset voltage difference threshold value, so that the condition of overlarge terminal voltage difference can be reduced, the occurrence of large circulation among the energy storage units is reduced, and the stability of the energy storage system is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, a possible method for obtaining voltage differences between the open circuit voltages of the energy storage units to obtain a first voltage difference set includes:
b1, determining the maximum open circuit voltage in the open circuit voltages;
and B2, acquiring the voltage difference between the maximum open circuit voltage and other open circuit voltages except the maximum open circuit voltage in the plurality of open circuit voltages, and obtaining the first voltage difference set.
By acquiring the maximum open-circuit voltage and determining a set formed by the maximum open-circuit voltage and the voltage differences between other open-circuit voltages in the plurality of open-circuit voltages as the first voltage difference set, compared with the process of acquiring all the voltage differences between the open-circuit voltages in the plurality of open-circuit voltages, the calculation amount during the voltage difference acquisition can be reduced, the voltage difference higher than the threshold value can be rapidly and accurately determined during the subsequent threshold value judgment, and the efficiency is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, a possible method for charging and maintaining all the energy storage units to be maintained includes:
c1, acquiring maintenance parameters corresponding to all the energy storage units to be maintained respectively;
And C2, respectively carrying out charging treatment on each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the maintenance parameters.
The maintenance parameters may be obtained by a difference between a voltage difference corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained and a preset voltage difference, so that the maintenance parameters corresponding to all the energy storage units to be maintained may be obtained. The maintenance parameter may be power adjustment information corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained, the power adjustment information being a parameter for adjusting the current power of the energy storage unit to be maintained. During maintenance, the current power information can be adjusted by adopting maintenance parameters, and the energy storage unit to be maintained is charged according to the adjusted power.
In one possible implementation manner, a possible method for obtaining maintenance parameters corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained in all the energy storage units to be maintained respectively includes:
d1, determining a target voltage difference corresponding to the target energy storage unit to be maintained; the target energy storage unit to be maintained is any one of all the energy storage units to be maintained, and the target voltage difference is a voltage difference corresponding to the target energy storage unit to be maintained in the first target voltage difference subset;
D2, determining a target difference value between the target voltage difference and the preset voltage difference threshold as a target maintenance voltage value corresponding to the target energy storage unit;
d3, acquiring power adjustment information corresponding to the target maintenance voltage value, and determining the power adjustment information as the maintenance parameter corresponding to the target energy storage unit;
and D4, repeatedly executing the determination processing of the target maintenance voltage value and the acquisition processing of the power adjustment information aiming at each energy storage unit to be maintained until maintenance parameters corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained in all the energy storage units to be maintained are obtained.
The larger the target maintenance voltage value is, the larger the adjustment strength corresponding to the power adjustment information is; the smaller the target maintenance voltage value is, the smaller the adjustment strength corresponding to the power adjustment information is. The magnitude of the adjusting force can be understood as the degree of improving the current power information, the greater the adjusting force is, the greater the degree of improving is, the smaller the adjusting force is, and the degree of improving is smaller, so that the charging power information corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained can be determined according to the power adjusting information and the current power information, and meanwhile, the energy waste during charging can be reduced and the overall efficiency is improved due to the adjustment of the power.
In one possible implementation manner, a possible method for respectively charging each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the maintenance parameters includes:
e1, obtaining current power information corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained respectively;
e2, determining target charging power corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the current power information and the power adjustment information corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained;
and E3, respectively carrying out charging treatment on each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the target charging power.
The current power information corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained may be power information for charging the energy storage unit currently, and the information may be rated charging power, real-time charging power and the like corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained.
And determining the sum of the power corresponding to the current power information corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained and the adjustment power corresponding to the power adjustment information as the target charging power corresponding to the energy storage unit to be maintained. So that the corresponding energy storage unit can be charged by the target charging power.
The energy storage unit to be maintained and the subsequent energy storage unit to be maintained which are determined by the method are charged, so that the voltage difference between the maintained energy storage units is generally ensured to be smaller than the preset voltage difference threshold value, and the maintenance state of the energy storage system can be judged after a period of time is separated, thereby reducing the maintenance times and improving the system performance.
In one possible implementation manner, when the energy storage unit to be maintained is charged, the energy storage unit to be maintained is further sequenced through the size of the power adjustment information, and is charged according to the sequence of sequencing, specifically as follows:
f1, sequencing the power adjustment information respectively corresponding to the energy storage units to be maintained to obtain a power adjustment sequence table;
and F2, carrying out charging treatment on each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the power adjustment sequence table and the target charging power respectively corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained.
The method of sorting according to the power adjustment information to obtain the power adjustment sequence table may be sorting according to the size of the adjustment power corresponding to the power adjustment information, specifically, sorting according to a mode from large to small, so as to obtain the power adjustment sequence table.
The method for maintaining each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the power adjustment sequence table and the target charging power can be as follows: determining a maintenance sequence corresponding to each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the power adjustment sequence table, sequentially carrying out charging treatment on each energy storage unit to be maintained according to the maintenance sequence corresponding to the maintenance sequence and the corresponding target charging power, and carrying out independent charging treatment on the subsequent energy storage units to be maintained after the previous energy storage unit to be maintained is charged.
In one possible implementation manner, when the energy storage unit is charged and maintained, the maintenance and discrimination can be continuously performed on the energy storage system, and when the energy storage system is discriminated that the energy storage system does not meet the charging and maintenance condition, the charging and maintenance on the energy storage unit to be maintained is stopped, so that the accuracy of the charging and maintenance can be improved, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
g1, continuously acquiring operation parameters of a power system accessed by the energy storage system;
and G2, stopping charging maintenance of the energy storage system when the operation parameters of the power system do not meet the charging maintenance conditions of the energy storage system.
The method for continuously acquiring the operation parameters of the power system accessed by the energy storage system can be as follows: and acquiring the operation parameters of the power system accessed by the energy storage system according to a preset time interval by a maintenance device of the energy storage unit to be maintained, wherein the preset time interval is set through an empirical value or historical data.
In a specific embodiment, a specific maintenance method of the energy storage system is further provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
the cabin energy storage system can not be completely consistent with the battery core, so that the energy storage units have different open-circuit voltage differences, and circulation is formed when the voltage differences are too large, so that the performance loss and the economic loss of the product are caused; the cabin energy storage system is provided with a local controller, the internal information flow of the whole energy storage unit is comprehensively planned, the cabin energy storage system is interacted with external EMS information, and the local controller collects relevant parameters of the battery system through the battery management system; the method comprises the steps of carrying out information interaction through an EMS to obtain charging maintenance parameters, determining a maintenance state according to the charging maintenance parameters, judging whether the charging maintenance is facilitated according to the maintenance state, carrying out open-circuit voltage acquisition calculation on all energy storage units which are connected in parallel in the energy storage system through a battery management system when the charging maintenance is facilitated, comparing the open-circuit voltage acquisition calculation with an internal preset differential pressure threshold value, judging whether the charging maintenance is required (when the differential pressure is larger than the preset differential pressure threshold value, carrying out charging maintenance), arranging the open-circuit voltages when the charging maintenance is required, and simultaneously requesting a Process Control System (PCS) to carry out independent power supplement on each energy storage unit which is required to be maintained in sequence by using proper power according to the current allowable power value until the open-circuit voltage difference value of all the energy storage units is smaller than the preset differential pressure threshold value or the EMS sends out the energy storage units which are not beneficial to the charging maintenance (namely, the charging maintenance condition is not met).
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for managing an energy storage system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the energy storage system includes a plurality of energy storage units, and the method for managing the energy storage system includes:
301. acquiring operation parameters of a power system accessed by the energy storage system;
