Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The terms to which the invention relates are to be interpreted:
distributed network: are interconnected by node machines distributed at different locations and having multiple terminals. Any point in the network is connected with at least two lines, when any line has a fault, communication can be completed through other links, and the reliability is high. At the same time, the network is easily scalable.
The MD5 algorithm: a widely used cryptographic hash function generates a 128-bit (16-byte) hash value to ensure the integrity of the message transmission.
The RSA algorithm: the RSA public key cryptosystem is a cryptosystem that uses different encryption and decryption keys, and it is computationally infeasible to derive a decryption key from a known encryption key.
DES algorithm: in the symmetric cryptosystem, plaintext is grouped according to 64 bits, a key is 64 bits long, and the key is a 56-bit encryption method for forming a ciphertext group by actually participating in DES operation (8 th, 16 th, 24 th, 32 th, 40 th, 48 th, 56 th and 64 th bits are check bits, so that each key has odd number of 1) grouping plaintext groups and 56-bit keys by bit substitution or exchange.
The financial reconciliation refers to the work of checking and checking the relevant data in the ledger in order to ensure the correctness and reliability of the records of the ledger in the accounting. The following three main aspects:
(1) Checking accounts: the original voucher, the bookkeeping voucher and each economic business in the book record are checked whether the contents, the quantity and the amount are consistent and whether the accounting subjects are correct.
(2) Checking account accounts: checking whether the record of the general classification account has errors, and checking whether the record between the general classification account and the detail classification account has errors.
(3) Checking accounts and realms: the balance of the account book record is matched with the real deposit number of each property material, cash, bank deposit and various securities.
The existing reconciliation scheme mainly comprises two types. One is off-line account checking, the account checking person needs to agree with the time and place with the individual/enterprise who provides the account, and the individual/enterprise needs the paper materials for the account checking such as daily account, detailed account, general account, financial statement and the like
The materials are provided for the account checking party, and the account checking party finds out special account checking personnel to check the materials one by one. Secondly, by means of financial software, a person/enterprise needs to provide a related login account for the financial software of an account checking party, the account checking person needs to go to the office place of the person/enterprise, after the account is logged in, each account is checked, and meanwhile, the account checking needs to be assisted by some related paper materials.
The two solutions described above have the following disadvantages: the time is long, and the checking of the account usually needs several weeks or even months; due to the limitation of time and place, flexible office work cannot be realized. In addition, the first scheme has the defects that the paper material is easy to lose and damage and needs to be stored in a relatively safe and stable environment; the account details are more, the checking needs rich experience support, the checking can be accurately completed only by years of actual checking experience of the checking person, and the requirement on personnel is higher. The second scheme also has the problem of data authenticity, and due to certain limitation of financial software, the data authenticity and the actual service authenticity are not equal, and careful checking needs to be performed by means of other auxiliary means.
In view of the above technical problems, the technical idea of the present invention is as follows: based on a block chain distributed network, a system and a method for realizing multi-party simultaneous account checking in a distributed scene are provided. For example, the accounting party may store the account in the distributed network, and the nodes (tax, bank, related organization associated with business, etc.) participating in the network check the related materials. The account checking user provides the only identification of the account in the distributed network to the distributed system, the distributed system receives the account checking request, and each account related party automatically analyzes and compares the content of the corresponding account.

Specifically, the client 130 includes a client on the side of an accounting party, a reconciliation party or other accounting-related parties (banks, taxation, and business-related mechanisms), and a user can perform operations such as entry, query, reconciliation, etc. of accounting information through the client 130, where only one client 130 is shown in fig. 1; the access server 110 is responsible for overall control and coordinates the operation processes of the identity verification server 120 and each node server 140 of the distributed network; the identity verification server 120 is used for storing user information, such as a user identity ID, authentication information, authentication applied to the user and data encryption and decryption; each node server 140 in the distributed network is used to store real accounting information, and each node server 140 represents an accounting-related participant node, such as an accounting party, a reconciliation party, a bank, a tax, a business-related mechanism, and the like, in an accounting processing process. Preferably, the distributed network is a block chain distributed network, so that data cannot be tampered, and false accounts are prevented from being generated.
It should be noted that, the nodes of the distributed network in the system may be expanded as needed, so as to add new functions to the whole accounting processing system. The access server 110, the identity verification server 120, the client 130, and the node server 140 in the accounting processing system may cooperate to execute the accounting processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the access server 110 and the node server 140 in the distributed network in the accounting processing system may respectively execute the accounting processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 is an interaction diagram of an accounting processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to the accounting processing system shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the account processing method includes:
step S201, the client side sends an event request to the access server.
Correspondingly, an event request initiated by the client is received at the access server side.
Specifically, the client may be a terminal device of an accounting party, a reconciliation party or other accounting-related parties, and the event request is an accounting-related service request. For example, the accounting party may initiate an accounting request to the access server through the corresponding client, and the reconciliation party may initiate a reconciliation request to the access server through the corresponding client.
Step S202, the access server sends the client information initiating the event request to the identity verification server.
Step S203, the identity verification server performs event authority verification on the client information initiating the event request, and returns a verification result.
Specifically, the authentication information of each client is pre-stored in the identity verification server, and clients with different authentication information have different event authorities. In step S202 and step S203, the access server sends the client information initiating the event request to the identity verification server to verify whether the client has the corresponding event right, if so, the verification passes and returns information of successful verification, and if not, the verification fails and returns a verification failure message and a verification failure description.
And step S204, the access server forwards the event request to a node server in the distributed network under the condition that the event authority passes the verification.
Correspondingly, on the node server side of the distributed network, the event request of the client forwarded by the access server is received under the condition that the identity verification server passes the event permission verification of the client information initiating the event request.
Specifically, in the case that the event authority check passes, the access server forwards the event request to one of the node servers in the distributed network, and the node server synchronizes the event request to the other node servers in the distributed network.
And S205, the node server performs corresponding accounting processing according to the event request and returns an event processing result to the client through the access server.
Correspondingly, on the side of the access server, receiving a returned event processing result after each node server in the distributed network performs corresponding accounting processing according to the event request, and sending the event processing result to the client.
For example, when the event request is an accounting request, the node server in the distributed network stores and processes the accounting information carried by the accounting request, and returns the successfully stored accounting information identifier to the client; and if the event request is an account checking request, the node server in the distributed network determines corresponding accounting information according to the accounting information identifier carried by the account checking request, and returns the accounting information to the client.
In some embodiments, on the access server side, before the receiving the client-initiated event request, the method further includes: receiving an access request initiated by a client, and sending client information initiating the access request to the identity verification server for identity verification; and controlling the client to access to the access server under the condition that the identity verification is passed.
Specifically, before processing the corresponding accounting event, a connection should be established in advance between the client and the access server, that is, a session is established, the client initiates an access request to the access server, the access server checks the identity validity of the client through interaction with the identity check server, and judges whether to allow access to the access server, and only after access, a subsequent event request, such as an accounting request or an reconciliation request, can be performed.
In some embodiments, the event request is encrypted based on a client's encryption and decryption keys generated by the identity verification server. Specifically, the identity verification server stores metadata information of different account related parties, and is used for encrypting and decrypting the account information, so that the risk of information leakage is reduced. In some embodiments, the accounting information has a uniform data format, thereby realizing content standardization and improving expansibility and normalization.
The accounting processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention receives an event request initiated by a client through an access server, and sends client information initiating the event request to an identity verification server for event permission verification; under the condition that the event authority passes the verification, the event request is forwarded to a node server in the distributed network; receiving an event processing result returned by the distributed network according to the event request, and forwarding the event processing result to a client; the method and the system realize the multi-party cooperative processing of the accounts in the accounting processing system based on the distributed network, and improve the accounting processing speed.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 3 is an interaction schematic diagram of another accounting processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and in a case that a client is an accounting party, as shown in fig. 3, the accounting processing method includes:
step S301, the client side sends an accounting request to the access server, and the accounting request comprises the accounting information to be stored.
Correspondingly, the access server receives an accounting request initiated by the client.
Step S302, the access server sends the client information initiating the accounting request to the identity verification server.
And step S303, the identity verification server performs accounting authority verification on the client information initiating the accounting request and returns a verification result.
And step S304, the access server forwards the accounting request to a node server in the distributed network under the condition that the accounting authority passes the verification.
And S305, the node server performs consensus storage on the accounting information to be stored according to the accounting request, and determines a corresponding accounting information identifier.
And step S306, the node server returns the accounting information identifier to the client through the access server.
Correspondingly, on the side of the access server, the accounting information identifier returned after the accounting information is subjected to consensus storage by the distributed network according to the accounting request is received, and the accounting information identifier is sent to the client.
The embodiment further defines the specific process of accounting. The client with the accounting requirement initiates an accounting request to the access server, wherein the accounting request carries accounting information; after receiving the accounting request, the access server verifies whether the accounting request is valid or not according to the identity verification server, namely whether the client has the accounting authority or not, and if not, a verification failure message and a corresponding failure reason are returned to the client; and if the accounting authority exists, the access server forwards the accounting request to a node server in the distributed network, then the node server synchronizes the accounting request to other nodes in the distributed network, and all the nodes perform overall network consensus on the accounting information according to the accounting request, store the accounting information and return an accounting information identifier obtained by the consensus to the client through the access server.
In some embodiments, the accounting information to be stored comprises accounting data and accounting collateral material; in step S305, performing consensus storage on the accounting information to be stored according to the accounting request, including: and verifying the financial data according to the financial evidential data, and performing consensus storage.

In some embodiments, the accounting request is encrypted based on a decryption key of the client, and the decryption key of the client is generated by the identity verification server. Specifically, the identity authentication server generates encryption and decryption measures of different accounting-related party clients in advance, the clients encrypt accounting information when initiating accounting requests, the node server decrypts the encrypted accounting information after receiving the encrypted accounting information, and verifies, identifies and stores the decrypted accounting information and the like.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, an accounting request initiated by a client is received through an access server, where the accounting request includes accounting information to be stored; sending the client information initiating the accounting request to an identity verification server for accounting authority verification; and receiving an accounting information identifier returned after the accounting information is subjected to consensus storage by the distributed network according to the accounting request, and sending the accounting information identifier to the client, so that an accounting function is realized, a part of account checking functions are completed in an accounting process, and later-stage account checking time is shortened.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 4 is an interaction schematic diagram of another accounting processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where the node server stores accounting information and a corresponding accounting information identifier; in the case that the client is an account checking party, as shown in fig. 4, the account processing method includes:
step S401, the client side sends an account checking request to the access server, wherein the account checking request comprises an account information identifier to be checked.
Correspondingly, the access server receives a reconciliation request initiated by the client.
And step S402, the access server sends the client information initiating the accounting request to the identity verification server.
Step S403, the identity verification server performs a verification of the account checking authority on the client information initiating the account checking request.
And S404, the access server forwards the account checking request to a node server in the distributed network under the condition that the account checking authority passes the check.
And S405, the node server determines corresponding accounting information to be reconciled according to the accounting information identifier in the reconciliation request.
And step S406, the node server returns the accounting information to be checked to the client through the access server.
The embodiment further defines a specific account checking process. The account checking party notifies the account checking party of the account information identification needing account checking, the account checking party accesses the server to initiate an account checking request, and the account checking request carries the account information identification needing account checking; after receiving the account checking request, the access server checks whether the account checking request is valid through the identity checking server, namely whether the client has the account checking authority, and if not, a checking failure message and a corresponding failure reason are returned to the client; and if the account checking authority exists, the access server forwards the account checking request to a node server in the distributed network, and the node server can extract corresponding account information according to the account information identifier in the account checking request and return the account information to the client through the access server.
In some embodiments, the accounting information returned to the client is encrypted and may be decrypted by the client.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, an account checking request initiated by a client is received through an access server, where the account checking request includes an account information identifier to be checked; sending the client information initiating the account checking request to an identity checking server for checking account checking authority; and receiving the accounting information to be checked returned by each node server in the distributed network according to the accounting information identifier in the checking request, and sending the accounting information to be checked to a client, so that the checking function is realized, and in the checking process, the limitation of time and place is avoided, and the flexible checking work is realized.
For a further understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention with reference to fig. 1. The accounting processing system shown in fig. 1 has accounting and reconciliation functions.
For billing, the following steps are included:
the first step is as follows: and accessing the client of the accounting party. For example, a user a with an accounting requirement connects to the access server through the client, a session is initialized, the access server performs validity judgment on the identity of the user a through interaction with the identity verification server, whether access is allowed or not is judged, and if the access is allowed, the client access of the accounting party is successful.
The second step: the billing party initiates a billing request. And the user A logged in the client initiates an accounting request to the access server, wherein the accounting request comprises accounting data and related evidence materials. Note that, in order to improve the security of the accounting information, the accounting information is encrypted.
The third step: and checking the accounting request. The access server judges the validity of the accounting request initiated by the user A according to the information of the user A in the identity verification server, namely whether the accounting request has accounting authority, and if the accounting request is invalid, the access server directly returns a verification failure message and a corresponding failure explanation.
The fourth step: and forwarding the accounting request. If the accounting request of the user A is valid, the access server submits the accounting data and the relevant evidence materials carried in the accounting request to the distributed network.
The fifth step: and (5) processing the accounting request. After the distributed network receives the accounting request, each node verifies the accounting information in the accounting request, performs total network consensus, and returns a consensus result and the only accounting information identifier corresponding to the accounting to the client through the access server.
Aiming at account checking, the method comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: and accessing the account checking party client. For example, a user B providing the account checking service may connect to the access server through the client, initiate a session, and the access server performs validity judgment on the identity of the user B through interaction with the identity verification server, to judge whether to allow access, and if so, the client of the account checking party is successfully accessed.
The second step: the account checking party initiates an account checking request. And the logged-in user B sends a reconciliation request to the access server, and attaches a unique identifier returned by the accounting.
The third step: and checking the account checking request. The access server judges the validity of the reconciliation request initiated by the user B according to the information of the user B in the identity verification server, and if the reconciliation request is invalid, the access server directly returns a verification failure message and a corresponding failure description.
The fourth step: and forwarding the account checking request. If the reconciliation request of the user B is valid, the access server submits the reconciliation request and the accounting information identifier in the reconciliation request to the distributed network.
The fifth step: and (5) processing the account checking request. And after receiving the account checking request, the distributed network returns the accounting information corresponding to the accounting information identifier to the client through the access server. After receiving the data, the user B can check the corresponding data and compare the data. It should be noted that the received accounting information is encrypted, and the client performs decryption processing.
