Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The protocol admission method provided by the present application can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1, where the application environment includes a terminal 102 and a server 104, and the terminal 102 can communicate with the server 104 through a network. The server 104 is configured to obtain a protocol admission request provided by the terminal 102, and determine a client identifier in the protocol admission request; according to the admission result, performing echoing condition detection on the target client to obtain an echoing result; the echoing result comprises initial admission information and a target protocol type; the server 104 is further configured to determine an editable field in the initial admission information, and obtain target admission information in response to an editing operation on the editable field; and obtaining a target admission protocol corresponding to the target client according to the target admission information and the target protocol type, and sending the target admission protocol to the terminal 102 so that the terminal 102 displays the target admission protocol. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a protocol admission method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to a computer device, which may be a terminal or a server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, when the protocol admission request is obtained, the client identification in the protocol admission request is determined.
And when the enterprise signs a contract for the agreement corresponding to the target client, the settlement limit is distributed to the target client according to the policy corresponding to the tax source in the agreement. That is, the target client corresponds to a plurality of protocols, and the tax sources in the plurality of protocols are not the same, the settlement process for the target client is not the same. Therefore, after the target admission agreement of the tax source is included in the target client admission, the target client can be contracted through the target admission agreement.
Specifically, an identifier selection interface may be displayed in the computer device, and the protocol admission request and the client identifier in the protocol admission request are obtained in response to a selection operation of a user on the identifier selection interface. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the principle of protocol admission, when determining a target client corresponding to a client identifier, a computer device may respond to a new addition or an editing operation of a user to obtain a target tax place corresponding to the target client. The target tax source may be a location where the target customer's product is produced, such as "Pujiang county, city, sichuan.
Step 204, performing admission condition detection on the target client corresponding to the client identifier to obtain an admission result.
In one embodiment, performing admission condition detection on a target client corresponding to a client identifier to obtain an admission result includes: querying a historical protocol corresponding to the client identification in the database; if the protocol time is within the preset validity period, determining the admission result of the target client as quick admission; and if the protocol time is not within the preset validity period or the historical protocol is not inquired from the database, determining that the admission result of the target client is normal admission.
The admission result comprises quick admission and conventional admission; the historical protocol includes a protocol time.
Specifically, the computer device determines whether the historical protocol corresponding to the client identifier can be queried from the database, that is, whether the quick admission condition detection is satisfied. If the protocol time in the historical protocol is within the preset validity period, the computer equipment determines whether the protocol time in the historical protocol is within the preset validity period; the predetermined expiration date is, for example, one year. If the protocol time is within the preset validity period, the computer equipment determines that the admission result of the target client is quick admission, otherwise, the admission result is normal admission. If the historical protocol cannot be inquired from the database, the computer equipment determines the admission result of the target client as the conventional admission.
Therefore, the access type of the access result is determined in advance, the target access protocol can be generated in different modes subsequently according to different access types, and the generation efficiency of the target access protocol is improved.
And step 206, performing redisplay condition detection on the target client according to the admission result to obtain a redisplay result.
Wherein, the echoing result comprises initial admission information and a target protocol type; the echoing condition detection is used for determining whether historical admission information corresponding to the target customer is prestored in the database.
In one embodiment, performing playback condition detection on the target client according to the admission result to obtain a playback result includes: when the admission result is a conventional admission result, judging whether historical admission information corresponding to the target customer is prestored in the database; if yes, determining a historical protocol type associated with the historical admission information, taking the historical admission information as initial admission information, and taking the historical protocol type as a target protocol type; and if not, responding to the selection operation of the plurality of protocol templates to obtain a target protocol template comprising a plurality of editable fields, and taking the target protocol template as a playback result.
Specifically, when the computer device determines that the admission result is a normal admission result, it may perform echoing condition detection on the target client, that is, determine whether data echoing is satisfied, that is, determine whether the database stores history admission information corresponding to the target client in advance. If yes, the computer equipment can directly fill the historical admission information into the target admission protocol to be generated as available initial admission information. Meanwhile, the historical admission information also records the historical protocol type corresponding to the historical protocol, and the computer equipment takes the historical protocol type as the target protocol type. If the historical admission information corresponding to the target client is not pre-stored in the database, that is, the target client has not admitted the related historical protocol before, at this time, the computer device needs to respond to the selection operation of the user on the plurality of protocol templates to obtain the target protocol template including the plurality of editable fields, that is, the target protocol template is used as the echoing result.
In one embodiment, performing playback condition detection on the target client according to the admission result to obtain a playback result includes: and when the admission result is quick admission, inquiring historical admission information corresponding to the target client from the database, and taking the historical admission information as initial admission information.
Specifically, when the computer device determines that the admission result is the quick admission, the historical admission information corresponding to the target client is prestored in the default database at the moment, so that the historical admission information can be directly used as available initial admission information, and the historical protocol type corresponding to the historical admission information is used as the target protocol type. The target agreement type may be, for example, a contract agreement type, a service scenario description type, or the like.
In one embodiment, when the admission result is determined to be fast admission, the computer device may switch the fast admission to normal admission in response to a switching operation of the user.
In the embodiment, the access types of the access results are determined, and the echoing condition detection is performed on different access results, so that echoing results corresponding to different access types can be obtained, and the flexibility of determining the initial access information in the echoing results is improved.
In one embodiment, the computer device may create and manage different agreement templates through the template management system, since the different agreement templates may correspond to different contract agreements of terms, that is, the contract agreements may be embodied through the different agreement templates.
In one embodiment, the agreement template may be embodied by a service type, a tax source, and an agreement type.
In step 208, editable fields in the initial admission information are determined, and the target admission information is obtained in response to the editing operation on the editable fields.
In one embodiment, determining editable fields in the initial admission information comprises: determining whether the target client has an execution flow corresponding to quick admission; if yes, determining public information in the initial admission information; the rest information except the common information in the initial admission information is used as an editable field.
The public information comprises at least one of industry information and main business; common information refers to the same information that the target client has in different protocols.
Specifically, the computer device determines whether the target client has an execution flow corresponding to fast admission, and when the target client has a corresponding execution flow, the computer device characterizes that at least one historical protocol including the tax source has been previously admitted, so that the public information in the initial admission information cannot be edited and modified at will, and only the rest information except the public information can be used as an editable field. If the target client does not have the execution flow corresponding to the quick admission, the computer device may use all the information in the initial admission information as editable fields.
Further, the editable field may include customer information or the like; when the target agreement type is the contract agreement type, the editable field can also be invoice information, rate information and the like; when the target protocol type is a service scenario protocol type, the editable field may also be a service scenario description, fair price information, and the like. The service scene description comprises a settlement object, a settlement scene, a settlement rule and an invoice category.
In one embodiment, when the echoed result is the target protocol template, all fields in the target protocol template are used as editable fields.
And step 210, obtaining a target admission protocol corresponding to the target client according to the target admission information and the target protocol type.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the computer device generates an initial admission protocol corresponding to the target client according to the type of the target protocol and the edited target admission information, and performs admission audit on the initial admission protocol when submitting the admission of the initial admission protocol to obtain an audit result. When the verification result represents that the verification passes, the initial access protocol can be used as a target access protocol; and if the verification result represents that the verification is not passed, re-editing a new target tax source, and returning to the process of carrying out admission condition detection for continuous operation. When the target protocol type is a contract protocol type, the obtained target admission protocol is a target contract protocol; and when the target protocol type is the service scene protocol type, the obtained target access protocol is the target service scene protocol.
In one embodiment, when a user performs a trigger operation on a service scenario description in a target admission protocol, the computer device may display specific contents in the service scenario description. For example, when the settlement object is a sponsor, the settlement scene is a scene requiring the user to complete product guarantee and litigation business promotion, mainly the scene of introducing and recommending the product through the line, the settlement rule is the settlement fee according to the proportion after the promotion is finished, and the invoice category is the modern service and promotion service fee.
According to the protocol access method, when the protocol access request is obtained, the client identification in the protocol access request is determined, and then the access condition detection is carried out on the target client corresponding to the client identification to obtain the access result; detecting the redisplay condition of the target client through the access result to obtain the redisplay result, determining editable fields in the initial access information when the redisplay result comprises the initial access information, and obtaining target access information by responding to the editing operation of the editable fields; therefore, the target access protocol corresponding to the target client can be obtained according to the target access information and the target protocol type. Because the initial access information containing most information in the redisplay result can be directly obtained after the redisplay condition detection is carried out on the target client, compared with the traditional mode that various information needs to be input one by one manually, the method only needs to edit partial editable fields in the initial access information to accurately obtain the target access information with complete information, thereby avoiding the problem of high working cost caused by repeated input of various information and improving the input efficiency of the access information; meanwhile, the target admission protocol of the corresponding type can be generated based on the target protocol type in the echo result, so that the flexibility of generating the target admission protocol is improved.
In addition, after the target admission agreement containing the target tax source place is admitted, the quick admission of the tax source place is also realized, and the establishment of a supply chain between subsequent enterprises and clients is further ensured.
In one embodiment, obtaining the target admission protocol corresponding to the target client according to the target admission information and the target protocol type includes: converting the target access information according to the type of the target protocol to obtain an initial access protocol corresponding to the target client; inquiring a plurality of audit nodes of a plurality of levels from the organization structure library, and determining the current audit node in the plurality of audit nodes according to a preset level relation; auditing the initial access protocol through the current auditing node to obtain a current sub-result; when the current sub-result representation is passed through, taking the auditing node of the next hierarchy of the current auditing node as a new current auditing node, returning to the current auditing node, and auditing the initial admission protocol until the current sub-result corresponding to the auditing node of the last hierarchy is obtained; and when the current sub-result representation corresponding to the auditing node of the last hierarchy passes the auditing, taking the initial admission protocol as a target admission protocol.
The auditing nodes of the multiple levels can comprise a branch node, a wind control node of the next level of the branch node, a department chief manager node of the next level of the wind control node, a chief manager node of the next level of the department chief manager node and the like. It is to be understood that the organizational structure libraries of different enterprises are not identical, and the embodiment states the audit nodes of multiple levels only as an example, and the application of the present application is not limited to the above example.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the computer device converts the target admission information according to the target protocol type to obtain an initial admission protocol conforming to a format corresponding to the target protocol type. And the computer equipment determines the current audit node in the plurality of audit nodes according to the admission type of the admission result. When the admission type is a conventional admission type, the computer equipment takes the node of an initial level in the plurality of audit nodes as a current audit node according to a preset level relation; and when the admission type is quick admission, the computer equipment directly takes the wind control node in the plurality of auditing nodes as the current auditing node. And the computer equipment audits the initial access protocol through the current audit node to obtain a current sub-result, and directly performs the next round of audit process when the current sub-result represents that the audit is passed, until the current sub-result after the audit of the general manager node is obtained is the audit passed, the computer equipment can take the initial access protocol as a target access protocol.
In one embodiment, when the current sub-result indicates that the audit is not passed, a new protocol admission request is obtained again, and the step of determining the client identifier in the protocol admission request when the protocol admission request is obtained is returned to.
In one embodiment, the computer device may invoke internal services to convert the target admission protocol to a protocol file in the target format and to a protocol file in the target format, which may be considered as admission completion. Wherein, the target format can be PDF format, etc.
In one embodiment, the computer device performs an archiving operation on the protocol files corresponding to the generated target admission protocol, and can display the protocol files in a corresponding file list.
In the embodiment, the initial access protocols are sequentially audited through the multiple layers of auditing nodes, so that the accuracy of the target access protocol can be ensured, the initial access protocols which cannot be audited are prevented from being omitted, new protocol access requests are obtained again when the auditing cannot be approved, and the continuous operation of the subsequent access process is ensured. Meanwhile, because the initial current auditing nodes corresponding to different admission types are different, the initial admission protocol can be flexibly audited and managed.
In addition, because the target access information is determined by the initial access information, only part of editable fields in the initial access information can be audited, and most of information in the initial access information does not need to be audited, so that the time for sequentially auditing the initial access protocol by multiple layers of auditing nodes is reduced, and the generation efficiency of the target access protocol is improved.
In one embodiment, the computer device adopts an online management mode to realize online management of the protocol template, online editing and filling of the protocol, online generation of a corresponding format of the protocol file, online protocol auditing, online subscription request initiation and the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a process of signing a target admission protocol, and after a target admission protocol corresponding to a target client is obtained, a protocol signing process with the target client can be initiated through the target admission protocol, which includes the following steps:
step 402, determining, by the management system, a subscription request initiated to a client platform where the target client is located.
Wherein, the signing request comprises a target admission protocol; the target admission protocol comprises a target tax source place; the computer device can comprise a management system, and the management system can also be a system independent of the computer device; the Management system may be, for example, a BPM (Business Process Management) system.
Specifically, when the management system responds to the trigger operation of the user for the target admission protocol, the management system initiates a subscription request to the client platform where the target client is located according to the target client in the target admission protocol, and at this time, the management system can inform the client platform in a short message or other manners, and send the target admission protocol to the client platform in an electronic link manner.
At step 404, the tax source type of the target tax source is determined by the management system.
The tax source type comprises a self-operation type and a service provider type; the self-service type characterization enterprise can be directly docked with a target client, the corresponding target admission protocol is a two-party protocol, the service provider type needs to take a service provider as a third party to be docked with the target client through the third party, and the corresponding target admission protocol is a three-party protocol. After the management system detects the tax source type of the target tax source, the mode of signing the target admission agreement can be determined according to the tax source type.
And step 406, when the tax source place type is the self-supporting type, calling a default signing platform in the management system through the management system.
The self-operation type corresponds to a target admission protocol of a two-party protocol, so the management system can directly call a default signing platform of an enterprise, wherein the signing platform can be, for example, an authorized legal platform and the like.
And step 408, when the target client finishes signing the target admission protocol through the signing platform, obtaining the signed target admission protocol through the management system.
The signed target admission protocol can be shown in an electronic tag form.
Specifically, when the management system calls the subscription platform, the target client can complete the subscription of the target admission protocol in the subscription platform. The signing platform calls back the signed target admission protocol to the management system at the moment, and the management system performs filing operation on the signed target admission protocol. And when the filing operation is finished, the signing request is regarded as finished.
In this embodiment, when the tax fund type is the self-supporting type, a mode of signing the target access agreement is provided, so that smooth proceeding of agreement signing between an enterprise and a client can be ensured, and efficiency of agreement signing is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is another schematic flow chart of signing a target admission protocol, including the following steps:
step 502, when the tax source type is the service provider type, pushing the signing request to the service provider platform.
The signing request is used for triggering the service provider platform to obtain an initial admission protocol after signing.
In one embodiment, after pushing the subscription request to the service provider platform, the method further includes: calling a signing platform associated with a management system through a service provider platform when a signing request is obtained; and obtaining the initial access protocol after signing by the service provider platform when the target client finishes signing the target access protocol by the signing platform.
Specifically, when the service provider platform obtains the subscription request, the service provider platform may initiate a subscription process. At this time, the service provider platform calls the authorized signing platform, and the signing platform and the management system complete authorization at this time. When the service provider platform calls the signing platform, the target client can complete signing of the target access protocol in the signing platform to obtain the signed initial access protocol, and the signed initial access protocol is sent to the management system.
And step 504, acquiring the signed initial admission protocol sent by the service provider platform, and performing type detection on the signed initial admission protocol to obtain a detection result.
The type detection representation further determines whether the signed initial admission protocol is a three-party protocol, namely the three-party protocol is used as a target type in a detection result.
Step 506, if the detection result is the target type, the signed target admission protocol is obtained when the target client completes signing the signed initial admission protocol through the signing platform.
Specifically, when the initial admission protocol after the subscription is a three-party protocol, the management system continues to call the subscription platform, so that the target client completes further subscription on the initial admission protocol after the subscription in the subscription platform to obtain the target admission protocol after the subscription.
