Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, a detailed description will be given to an actual carrier compliance monitoring method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for monitoring compliance of an actual carrier, which may be performed by an electronic device having data processing capabilities. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of an actual carrier compliance monitoring method is shown, which mainly includes the following steps S102 to S106:
and step S102, acquiring original operation monitoring data and historical compliance evaluation results of a given target actual carrier.
The original operation monitoring data comprises original operation vehicle data and original operation driver data within a preset time range, and the preset time range is a preset inquiry time range. The original operation vehicle data may include vehicle waybill information and vehicle track information uploaded by the network freight platform, vehicle record information obtained by third-party query, and the like, and the original operation driver data may include driver waybill information uploaded by the network freight platform, real-time authentication information corresponding to each waybill, and the like. The given target actual carrier has the compliance verification qualification only if the requirement that the operation qualification range is effectively inquired within the preset time range is met, namely the method provided by the embodiment can be adopted to carry out the compliance monitoring of the actual carrier.
The historical compliance assessment results can be expressed in a data set mode, and when the target actual carrier carries out compliance monitoring for the first time, the historical compliance assessment results are empty sets.
And step S104, determining the compliance evaluation value of the target actual carrier according to the original operation monitoring data and a preset abnormal operation identification rule function.
The network freight platform is a virtual carrier, and an enterprise or an individual user who actually undertakes the transportation business is an actual carrier, so the actual carrier may include one or more vehicles and one or more drivers, and the vehicles and the drivers may or may not correspond to each other. For example, a given actual carrier a (assuming a queries are valid for a business qualification range within the query time range t) may include: in-service vehicle set C = { C = { (C) } 1 ,c 2 ,…,c w } and the running driver set U = { U = 1 ,u 2 ,…,u v }。
When determining the compliance evaluation value, a vehicle compliance determination result set (e.g., eva _ C = { α =) may be obtained first 12 ,…,α w }) and a set of driver compliance criteria (e.g., eva _ U = { β =) 12 ,…,β v }) and then based on a preset set of actual carrier justification constraints (e.g., δ = { δ) } 12 ,...δ m E.g., = { theta ]) and abnormal operation identification rule function (e.g., theta = { theta = } 12 ,...,θ k }) of the actual carriers a, the compliance assessment value of the actual carrier a is determined. The vehicle compliance judgment result set is composed of vehicle compliance evaluation values corresponding to all vehicles, and the driver compliance judgment result set is composed of driver compliance evaluation values corresponding to all drivers.
The abnormal operation identification rule function may be a function related to parameters such as a vehicle compliance determination result set, a driver compliance determination result set, and an actual carrier rationality constraint condition set, and based on this, a compliance evaluation value may be calculated by the following formula:
Ab_Manager(A,t)=∑ i∈[1,k] w i ·θ i (Eva_C,Eva_U,δ)
wherein Ab _ Manager (A, t) is the compliance evaluation value of the actual carrier A in the query time range t, and theta i Is the ith abnormal operation identification rule function, k is the number of the abnormal operation identification rule functions, w i Is theta i Corresponding weights, eva _ C is a vehicle compliance judgment result set, eva _ U is a driver compliance judgment result set, and delta is an actual carrier rationality constraint condition set.
In some possible embodiments, the set of actual carrier rationality constraints described above may include an actual carrier operating vehicle constraint δ 1 Actual carrier driver constraints delta 2 And actual carrier compliance business constraint delta 3 (ii) a The abnormal operation recognition rule function may include a transportation vehicle average compliance verification function theta 1 Checking function theta for abnormal operation of transport vehicle 2 Driver average compliance verification function theta 3 And abnormal driver operation check function theta 4 Corresponding weight w 1 、w 2 、w 3 And w 4 An alternative reference value of (d) is: w is a 1 =0.3,w 2 =0.3,w 3 =0.2,w 4 And =0.2. Optionally, the abnormal operation identification rule function may further include an abnormal determination function such as a group operation false function, a bad operation record, and the like.
Specifically, one possible set of actual carrier justification constraints is as follows:
1) Actual carrier operating vehicle constraint delta 1
The proportion of the number of vehicles corresponding to the collection of the track vehicles uploaded by the actual carrier and the vehicles recorded in a third-party database such as a national freight database to the total number of vehicles of the actual carrier is larger than a preset proportion, and otherwise, the waybill check qualification of the part of vehicles which can be checked without tracks is cancelled. The preset proportion can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset proportion is 80%. It should be noted that the same vehicle in the uploading track vehicle and the docket vehicle is calculated only once, for example, the actual carrier has 100 vehicles, there are 60 uploading track vehicles and 20 docket vehicles, but the collection of the uploading track vehicle and the docket vehicle is 70 (there are 10 same vehicles in the uploading track vehicle and the docket vehicle), at this time, the corresponding proportion is 70%, and is less than the preset proportion 80%, so the waybill check qualification of the trackless detectable part of the vehicle of the actual carrier is cancelled.
2) Actual carrier driver constraint delta 2
And the actual carrier driver needs to carry out real-time real-person head portrait verification when the waybill begins and ends every time, otherwise, the waybill verification qualification corresponding to the driver is cancelled.
3) Practical carrier compliance business constraint delta 3
The actual carrier should not have a driver or a vehicle which forges waybill information, otherwise, the corresponding compliance verification qualification of the actual carrier is cancelled.
One possible abnormal operation identification rule function is as follows:
1) Mean compliance check function theta for transport vehicles 1
The algorithm is as follows: a. if the actual carrier corresponds to only 1 vehicle, then θ 1 The value is the vehicle compliance assessment value of the vehicle; b. if the actual carrier corresponds to more than 1 vehicle, theta 1 The value is an average value of the vehicle compliance evaluation values corresponding to the plurality of vehicles.
2) Checking function theta for abnormal operation of transport vehicle 2
The algorithm is as follows: the proportion of the vehicles meeting the requirement of the compliance corresponding to the actual carrier to the total number of the vehicles is theta 2 Value θ if the actual carrier corresponds to only 1 vehicle 2 The value is 0 or 1. Whether the vehicle meets the compliance requirement can be judged by comparing the vehicle compliance evaluation value with the vehicle compliance requirementAnd comparing preset vehicle compliance thresholds to determine that the vehicle meets the compliance requirement if the vehicle compliance evaluation value is greater than or equal to the vehicle compliance threshold, otherwise, the vehicle does not meet the compliance requirement. The vehicle compliance threshold may be set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein, for example, the vehicle compliance threshold is 75%.
3) Driver average compliance verification function theta 3
The algorithm is as follows: a. if the actual carrier corresponds to only 1 driver, then θ 3 The value is the driver compliance assessment value of the driver; b. if the actual carrier corresponds to more than 1 driver, theta 3 The value is an average of the driver compliance evaluation values corresponding to a plurality of drivers.
4) Driver abnormal operation check function theta 4
The algorithm is as follows: the proportion of drivers meeting the compliance requirement to the total number of drivers, namely theta, of the actual carrier 4 Value θ if the actual carrier corresponds to only 1 driver 4 The value is 0 or 1. Whether the driver meets the compliance requirement or not can be determined by comparing the driver compliance evaluation value with a preset driver compliance threshold value, if the driver compliance evaluation value is larger than or equal to the driver compliance threshold value, the driver meets the compliance requirement, otherwise, the driver does not meet the compliance requirement. The driver compliance threshold may be set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein, for example, the driver compliance threshold is 85%.
And step S106, determining a target compliance evaluation result of the target actual carrier according to the compliance evaluation value and the historical compliance evaluation result.
A test criteria threshold may be set based on historical compliance assessment results to determine a target compliance assessment result for the target actual carrier based on the test criteria threshold. Based on this, step S106 can be realized by the following procedure: determining a test standard threshold according to the historical compliance evaluation result; and determining a target compliance evaluation result of the target actual carrier according to the magnitude relation between the compliance evaluation value and the check standard threshold value.
In some possible embodiments, the initial value of the test criterion threshold may be set as a first threshold, and then the iterative update is performed according to the historical compliance evaluation result, based on which, it may be determined whether the historical compliance evaluation result is an empty set, and when the historical compliance evaluation result is an empty set, the test criterion threshold is determined to be the first threshold; when the historical compliance evaluation result is not an empty set, calculating to obtain the abnormal times ratio of the historical actual carriers according to the historical compliance evaluation result, and determining a second threshold value corresponding to the abnormal times ratio of the historical actual carriers as a detection standard threshold value; wherein the second threshold is greater than the first threshold. The second threshold corresponding to the abnormal times of the historical actual carriers can be obtained by searching in the corresponding relation between the preset ratio and the threshold. The first threshold and the corresponding relationship between the ratio and the threshold may be set according to actual requirements, and are not limited herein. For example, the first threshold is 0.9, and the corresponding relationship between the duty ratio and the threshold is: the second threshold value is 0.9 when the occupancy is less than or equal to 1%, 0.95 when the occupancy is greater than 1% and less than or equal to 5%, 0.99 when the occupancy is greater than 5% and less than or equal to 10%, and 1 when the occupancy is greater than 10%, that is, the compliance verification qualification of the actual carrier is suspended.
In some possible embodiments, in determining the target compliance assessment results, a compliance check of the actual carrier may be performed based on the following inequality:
Ab_Manager(A,t)>λ(E)
wherein, ab _ Manager (a, t) is the compliance evaluation value of the actual carrier a in the query time range t, and λ (E) is the test standard threshold corresponding to the historical compliance evaluation result E.
Therefore, when the compliance assessment value is greater than the test criterion threshold value, determining that the target compliance assessment result is a test pass; when the compliance assessment value is less than or equal to the test criterion threshold value, determining that the target compliance assessment result is a test failure.
In one possible implementation, the historical compliance assessment result E may be expressed as: e = { E = { E) 1 ,e 2 ,...,e c The determination algorithm for checking the standard threshold λ (E) is as follows:
a. when E is an empty set, i.e., there is no historical monitoring reference data, λ is initially set to 0.9, i.e., the compliance assessment value of the actual carrier needs to be greater than 0.9.
b. When E is not an empty set, calculating the proportion of the abnormal times of the historical actual carriers (for example, performing compliance evaluation monthly from the time when the system is on line), and if the proportion is less than or equal to 1%, keeping lambda to be 0.9;
c. if the ratio is greater than 1% but less than or equal to 5%, λ is set to 0.95;
d. if the occupancy is greater than 5% but less than or equal to 10%, λ is set to 0.99;
e. if the percentage is greater than 10%, λ is set to 1, i.e., compliance verification qualification of the actual carrier is suspended.
When the compliance of the actual carrier is monitored, the original operation monitoring data and the historical compliance evaluation result of a given target actual carrier are obtained; the original operation monitoring data comprises original operation vehicle data and original operation driver data within a preset time range; then, determining a compliance evaluation value of a target actual carrier according to the original operation monitoring data and a preset abnormal operation identification rule function; and determining a target compliance evaluation result of the target actual carrier according to the compliance evaluation value and the historical compliance evaluation result. Therefore, the compliance verification monitoring of the target actual carrier is realized.
For ease of understanding, this embodiment refines some of the steps shown in fig. 1, and refers to a flow diagram of another method for monitoring compliance of an actual carrier shown in fig. 2, where the method includes the following steps:
step S202, acquiring original operation monitoring data and historical compliance evaluation results of a given target actual carrier.
And step S204, judging whether the target actual carrier has the compliance verification qualification or not according to the preset compliance operation constraint condition of the actual carrier.
Whether a driver or a vehicle with forged waybill information exists in an actual carrier can be judged according to the original operation monitoring data; if so, the target actual carrier does not have the compliance verification qualification, and the process is finished; if not, the target actual carrier is eligible for compliance verification.
And step S206, when the target actual carrier has the compliance verification qualification, performing data screening on the original operation monitoring data according to a preset rationality constraint condition set to obtain the target operation monitoring data.
The target operation monitoring data comprises target operation vehicle data corresponding to a target vehicle with waybill checking qualification and target operation driver data corresponding to a target driver with waybill checking qualification.
The rationality constraint condition set can comprise actual carrier operation vehicle constraint conditions and actual carrier driver constraint conditions, target vehicles with waybill check qualification can be determined according to the actual carrier operation vehicle constraint conditions, and target operation vehicle data corresponding to the target vehicles are screened from original operation vehicle data; and determining a target driver with waybill check qualification according to the actual carrier driver constraint conditions, and screening target operation driver data corresponding to the target driver from the original operation driver data.
And step S208, determining the compliance evaluation value of the target actual carrier according to the target operation monitoring data and the abnormal operation identification rule function.
In some possible embodiments, a vehicle compliance assessment value corresponding to the target vehicle and a driver compliance assessment value corresponding to the target driver may be determined according to the target in-operation vehicle data and the target in-operation driver data; and then calculating to obtain the compliance evaluation value of the target actual carrier according to the vehicle compliance evaluation value corresponding to the target vehicle, the driver compliance evaluation value corresponding to the target driver and the abnormal operation identification rule function.
The present embodiment does not limit the specific determination method of the vehicle compliance evaluation value and the driver compliance evaluation value. In some possible embodiments, the vehicle compliance assessment value may be determined by: obtaining sample data such as an waybill set, an operating time set, an ETC charging vector set and the like of a sample vehicle in advance, determining a starting place coordinate and an ending place coordinate corresponding to each waybill and vectors of various places where the waybill can pass (passing places such as district and county or city information including place names and place center longitude and latitude), and performing data modeling based on a preset supervision rule to obtain a compliance evaluation system; and then performing compliance evaluation on the vehicle data in the target operation corresponding to the target vehicle based on a compliance evaluation system to obtain a vehicle compliance evaluation value of the target vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle data in the target operation may include waybill attributes, authenticity and timeliness of vehicle qualification, consistency of vehicle qualification and vehicle transportation goods, vehicle spatiotemporal abnormal operation characteristics, and the like; for each target vehicle, whether the vehicle qualification is real and effective can be determined according to the supervision rule, and whether the driving qualification is available is judged; judging whether the goods transported by the vehicle meet the vehicle qualification or not according to the supervision rule; determining the space-time abnormal operation characteristics of the vehicle according to the supervision rules; the method comprises the steps of recording a plurality of places where a vehicle to be monitored passes, determining a charging place, time of entering the charging place and time of exiting the charging place in the plurality of places, and further obtaining a vehicle compliance evaluation value based on vehicle evaluation historical conditions and supervision rules.
In some possible embodiments, the driver compliance assessment value may be determined by: firstly, acquiring target operation driver data corresponding to a target driver; wherein, the driver data in the target operation at least comprises: the system comprises a waybill set, an operation time set, a spatial position set, an abnormal recognition rule function set, a constraint condition set and a historical evaluation vector set; then, calculating space-time conflict abnormal results contained in a waybill set, an operation time set and a space position set of the target driver by using an abnormal recognition rule function set and a constraint condition set; and determining the driver compliance evaluation value of the target driver after the space-time conflict abnormal result is restrained by utilizing the historical evaluation vector set.
In some possible embodiments, the abnormal operation identification rule function includes a transportation vehicle average compliance verification function, a transportation vehicle abnormal operation verification function, a driver average compliance verification function and a driver abnormal operation verification function; based on this, the compliance evaluation value of the target actual carrier can be calculated by the following procedure: calculating to obtain a first evaluation value according to the vehicle compliance evaluation value corresponding to the target vehicle and the average compliance check function of the transport vehicle; calculating to obtain a second evaluation value according to the vehicle compliance evaluation value corresponding to the target vehicle and the abnormal operation check function of the transport vehicle; calculating to obtain a third evaluation value according to the driver compliance evaluation value corresponding to the target driver and the driver average compliance check function; calculating to obtain a fourth evaluation value according to the driver compliance evaluation value corresponding to the target driver and the driver abnormal operation check function; and calculating to obtain a compliance evaluation value of the target actual carrier according to the first evaluation value, the second evaluation value, the third evaluation value and the fourth evaluation value. The first evaluation value, the second evaluation value, the third evaluation value and the fourth evaluation value may be summed in a weighted manner (i.e., the four evaluation values are multiplied by corresponding weights and then summed), so as to obtain the compliance evaluation value of the target actual carrier.
And step S210, determining a check standard threshold according to the historical compliance evaluation result.
And step S212, determining a target compliance evaluation result of the target actual carrier according to the magnitude relation between the compliance evaluation value and the check standard threshold value.
It should be noted that, for a part of the steps that are not described in detail, reference may be made to corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described here.
The method for monitoring the compliance of the actual carrier provided by the embodiment of the invention is based on multi-dimensional data fusion analysis, and realizes the compliance monitoring of the actual carrier operating activities based on the waybill information uploaded by a network freight platform and the third party inquiry feedback information (such as vehicle record information); the current original operation monitoring data and the historical compliance evaluation result of the actual carrier are integrated to realize the rapid back check, verification and monitoring of the compliance of the actual carrier, and the monitoring contents comprise the consistency of the qualification of the actual carrier and the type of the vehicle and goods, the authenticity and the timeliness of the qualification of the actual carrier, the abnormal operation characteristics of the actual carrier and the like.
