the impeller is rotatably arranged in the water passing cavity and is connected with the water outlet pipe in a driving way;
the elastic resetting piece is connected between the water outlet main body and the water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe has a tendency of resetting towards the initial position at the preset position under the action of the elastic resetting piece;
when the water outlet device is opened, the impeller can rotate under the action of water pressure so as to drive the water outlet pipe to rotate to the preset position.

The water discharge device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rotary drum is provided at an end of the water outlet pipe away from the water outlet, a water inlet communicated with the water outlet is provided on the rotary drum, the rotary drum is rotatably inserted into the water passing chamber, the water inlet is communicated with the water passing chamber, and the impeller is drivingly connected to the rotary drum.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the elastic restoring member is configured as a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotary drum, and one end of the torsion spring is inserted into the rotary drum and the other end thereof is inserted into the water outlet main body.

The water discharge device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotary cylinder has a convex post extending along an axial direction of the rotary cylinder, the convex post has friction teeth, the impeller is sleeved on the convex post, and the water discharge device further comprises a screw passing through the impeller and screwed on the convex post to fix the impeller on the convex post.
5. The water output device of claim 4 wherein the impeller is configured as an open impeller.
6. The water discharge device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of ribs are provided on the outer periphery of the convex column, and are connected to the inner wall of the drum, and are uniformly distributed on the outer periphery of the convex column at intervals.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the peripheral wall of the drum is provided with a positioning groove, the water outlet body is provided with a positioning portion slidably connected to the positioning groove, and the positioning portion abuts against two circumferentially opposite groove walls of the positioning groove in the initial position and the predetermined position, respectively.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the circumferential wall of the water passing chamber is provided with a threaded hole, the positioning portion is provided with a screw structure, the positioning portion is arranged in the threaded hole in a penetrating manner, the head of the positioning portion abuts against the outer wall of the water passing chamber, and the tail of the positioning portion is connected to the positioning groove in a sliding manner.
9. The water output device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a sealing ring, wherein the sealing ring is disposed outside the rotary drum to make the rotary drum in sealing engagement with the water passing chamber.
10. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein a handle is provided on a side of the dispenser body, and wherein in the initial position, the handle and the outlet tube are located on opposite sides of the dispenser body.
11. The water outlet device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a valve rod movably disposed at the water outlet and capable of opening or closing the water outlet, wherein in the predetermined position, the valve rod is capable of being positioned to open the water outlet under the action of the water pressure at the water outlet.
12. The water outlet device as claimed in claim 11, further comprising an adjusting sleeve, wherein the adjusting sleeve is connected to a distal end of the water outlet pipe, the adjusting sleeve is provided with a sliding hole and a drainage hole opposite to the water outlet, one end of the valve rod is movably abutted against the water outlet, the other end of the valve rod is movably inserted into the sliding hole, an adjusting spring is provided between the valve rod and the adjusting sleeve, and the valve rod can be maintained in a position abutting against the water outlet under the action of the adjusting spring.
13. The water output device of claim 12, wherein the adjustment sleeve is threaded to the water output tube.
14. A water usage system comprising the water outlet apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 13.
