A medicine prepared from Lumbricus extract is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 88.8g of lactose, 38.0g of sugar, 20.0g of earthworm extract, 10g of starch slurry with the mass concentration of 10% and 1.0g of magnesium stearate, weighing the lactose and the sugar according to the formula amount, adding the lactose and the sugar into a high-speed mixing granulator, dry-mixing for 1-2 minutes, adding the 10% starch slurry, controlling the temperature at 30-50 ℃, wet-mixing to prepare blank granules, preparing the earthworm extract into a 10% ethanol solution, stirring in the blank granules, sieving, drying, mixing with the magnesium stearate uniformly, and tabletting.

A liquid beverage containing Lumbricus extract is prepared by the following steps:
earthworm extract 20.0g, white granulated sugar 2g, citric acid 1.5g, sodium citrate 1g, lemon yellow 0.5g, essence 0.5g, potassium sorbate 0.3g, adding earthworm extract into boiling water 5-10 times of the earthworm extract, stirring for 20min, filtering, taking filtrate, adding white granulated sugar for seasoning, adding citric acid after being dissolved in hot water, controlling the temperature of feed liquid to be below 40 ℃, adding lemon yellow, essence, potassium sorbate and 5L of water, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 2 times at 8-20 MPa to make the whole mixed liquid uniform, filling, sterilizing and cooling.

pouring petroleum ether, chloroform and methanol in a mass ratio of 2;
step three, reflux extraction:
(1) Adding organic solvent into dried Lumbricus until the organic solvent overflows dried Lumbricus by 10-15mm, heating with water bath at 45 deg.C, extracting by reflux extraction for 30min to obtain extractive solution;
(2) Pouring out the extraction mixed solution, adding the organic solvent again, repeating the reflux extraction operation, and performing reflux extraction for 5 times;
step four, recovering the organic solvent:
heating the extracted mixed solution by using a water bath method for distillation, setting the heating temperature to 65 ℃, collecting the evaporated organic solvent until the mixed solution is viscous, and stopping distillation after fire is turned off;
step five, concentration and drying:
(1) Heating and evaporating the mixed solution by using a water bath method, wherein the heating temperature is set to 58 ℃, and continuously stirring in the evaporation process until the mixed solution is in a thick paste shape;
(2) Vacuum drying the mixed liquid of the thick paste, setting the working temperature of the vacuum drying to be 39-42 ℃, working for 10min, then adjusting the temperature to be 45-50 ℃, and continuously drying for 30min to prepare a solid earthworm extract;
the earthworm extract prepared has a protein content of more than 50%.
9. An anti-fatigue product using earthworm extract, which is characterized in that: the anti-fatigue product is a medicament, oral liquid or liquid beverage, and the preparation steps are as follows:
