Detailed Description
Example 1: the invention relates to a retractable tooth irrigator
Referring to fig. 1 to 3-4, the retractable dental irrigator of the present embodiment comprises a spray head 1, a spray gun 2, a control handle 3, a container 4, a water pipe 5 and a retractable mechanism 304.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the spray head 1 is arranged at the front end of the spray gun 2; the control handle 3 can control the ejection of fluid from the spray gun 2.
The spray gun 2 is detachably mounted on the control handle 3, and the spray gun 2 can be detached from the control handle 3 by pressing a spray gun detaching switch 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6-1, the container 4 is movably connected to the control handle 3 by the telescopic mechanism 304, and the fluid in the container 4 is connected to the spray gun 2 through the water pipe 5.
And a water injection mechanism 32 is arranged on a shell 31 of the control handle 3, and the water injection mechanism 32 is connected with the container 4.
Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1-3 and fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the water injection mechanism 32 is an elevating water injection mechanism 32-1, and a sealing mechanism 32-11 and an air exhaust hole 32-12 are provided on the elevating water injection mechanism 32-1.
When water injection is needed, the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 is lifted, the water injection port 32-13 of the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 is exposed, the water injection mechanism 32 is opened, and with reference to fig. 1-3, fig. 3 and fig. 3-1, washing liquid is conveniently injected into the container 4 from the water injection port 32-13. The vents 32-12 ensure that the internal and external pressures are balanced during use, so that the fluid in the container 4 is smoothly ejected from the spray gun 2 during use.
In this embodiment, the sealing mechanism 32-11 is a sealing ring, and in practical applications, the sealing mechanism 32-11 may also be a sealing cover or other various sealing designs, which is not illustrated herein by the applicant, but does not depart from the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3-4, in the present embodiment, an accessory storage chamber 33 is provided on the control handle 3, the accessory storage chamber 33 includes a cover 33-1, and a spray gun storage groove 33-2 is provided in the accessory storage chamber 33. The water injection mechanism 32 is arranged on the connecting seat 31-1 of the shell 31 in the accessory receiving cavity 33, the spray gun 2 can be received in the spray gun receiving groove 33-2, and the cover 33-1 can protect the spray gun 2 and the water injection mechanism 32 which are received in the accessory receiving cavity 33 from being polluted, so that the cleanness and the sanitation of the water injection mechanism 32 are ensured. The sealing cover 33-1 is provided with a buckle, the accessory containing cavity 33 is provided with a clamping groove 33-3, and the sealing cover 33-1 can be opened and closed in a concave-convex clamping matching mode.
Referring to fig. 2-4 and 3-2, in this embodiment, the telescoping mechanism 304 includes a positioning mechanism 304-1. The container 4 comprises a base 41 and a side wall 42, and the connecting seat 31-1 of the control handle 3 can move along the side wall 42 of the container 4 to form the telescopic mechanism 304.
The positioning mechanism 304-1 is a concave-convex card matching positioning mechanism, a positioning block 304-11 is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the side wall 42, a positioning groove 304-12 is arranged on the connecting seat 31-1, and positioning matching is formed between the positioning block 304-11 and the positioning groove 304-12. When the connecting seat 31-1 moves to the positioning mechanism 304-1, the positioning block 304-11 is embedded in the positioning groove 3041-12, and the positioning mechanism 304-1 locks and fixes the control handle 3, so that the control handle 3 does not move during the use process.
In practical applications, the positioning mechanism 304-1 may also be other types of positioning mechanisms, such as an interference fit positioning mechanism, and/or a threaded positioning mechanism, or a combination of a plurality of positioning mechanisms, which are not illustrated herein by the applicant, but do not depart from the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the retractable dental irrigator 100 further comprises a water pressure adjustment mechanism 6. The water pressure adjusting mechanism 6 can adjust the fluid pressure in the spray gun 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water pressure regulating mechanism 6 is an annular water pressure regulating device 601, and the annular water pressure regulating device 601 includes a pressure regulating device 61, an indicating device 62 and an annular water pressure display device 63; the annular water pressure display device 63 can display the magnitude of the fluid pressure.
The pressure adjusting device 61 can adjust the fluid pressure sprayed from the spray gun 2, and the indicating device 62 can display the fluid pressure on the annular water pressure display device 63 by means of light, numerical values and the like. The indicator 62 may be a light, a shift number, a fluid pressure value, or the like. The annular hydraulic pressure display device 63 may be in various forms such as an annular light transmission window, an annular light band, an annular digital band, etc., and the magnitude of the fluid pressure is visually displayed by the number of the illuminated light transmission windows, the illumination degree of the annular light band, or the number displayed on the annular digital band.
Because the annular water pressure display device 63 can be set into a hollow annular belt shape, the pressure adjusting device 61 can be arranged in the middle of the annular area formed by the annular water pressure display device 63 to form a whole, when the pressure adjusting device 61 is adjusted, the annular water pressure display device 63 arranged on the periphery of the pressure adjusting device 61 can display the fluid pressure at the position very visually, and the observation is very convenient.
The annular water pressure regulating device 601 can be a stepless annular water pressure regulating device or a grading annular water pressure regulating device 6-1. The stepless annular water pressure adjusting device can continuously adjust the water pressure sprayed out by the spray gun 2, and can meet all water pressure requirements. The grading annular water pressure adjusting device 6-1 can adjust the water pressure in grades according to a set standard, and the operation is simpler in the using process.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the annular water pressure regulating device 601 is a staged annular water pressure regulating device 6-1. The pressure adjusting device 61 comprises a control chip 61-1 and a gear button 61-2, the indicating device 62 is an indicating lamp 62-1, and the annular water pressure display device 63 comprises an annular light-transmitting window 63-1 and a shading partition plate 63-2; the gear button 61-2 is arranged in the middle of an annular ring formed by the annular light-transmitting window 63-1; and when the gear button 61-1 is pressed, the indicator lights 62-1 are sequentially lightened and sequentially penetrate out of the light-transmitting window 63-1, so that the magnitude of the fluid pressure is displayed.
The indicator lights 62-1 and the annular light-transmitting window 63-1 are arranged according to the number of the gears corresponding to the gear button 61-2, and each indicator light 62-1 is arranged below the corresponding annular light-transmitting window 63-1 in sequence.
The shell 31 of the control handle 3 can be independently provided with a water outlet control switch 36, when the water outlet control switch 36 is pressed down, the spray gun 2 sprays water, the water outlet control switch 36 is loosened, and the spray gun 2 does not discharge water any more.
When the tooth flusher 100 with the annular water pressure adjusting device is used, the gear button 61-2 is pressed for a long time, the gear button 61-2 is pressed for 1 time, 1 indicator lamp 62-1 is lightened and penetrates out of the corresponding annular light-transmitting window 63-1, and the adjacent annular light-transmitting window 63-1 is not affected due to the design of the shading partition plate 63-2. When the gear button 61-2 is pressed in sequence, the fluid pressure is increased in sequence, the indicator lights 62-1 are also lightened in sequence, when all the indicator lights 62-1 are lightened, the gear button 61-2 is pressed again, the fluid pressure is restored to the set initial fluid pressure, then only 1 indicator light 62-1 is still lightened, and the fluid pressure adjusting cycle is restarted.
After the corresponding fluid pressure is selected, the water outlet control switch 36 is pressed, the spray gun 2 can spray fluid according to the selected fluid pressure to clean the oral cavity, the water outlet control switch 36 is loosened, the spray gun 2 stops spraying the fluid, and the use process is very convenient.
The tooth flusher 100 including the ring-shaped water pressure adjusting means is turned off only when the shift button 61-2 is pressed for a long time again.
Because the water outlet control switch 36 and the water pressure adjusting device 6 need to be switched on simultaneously, the spray gun 2 can work, thereby effectively avoiding mistaken touch and better preventing accidental injury to users, particularly eyes and other parts.
The applicant only specifically exemplifies the annular pressure adjusting device, which is a combination of the above-mentioned shift button, indicator light and light-transmitting window, in practical applications, those skilled in the art may also use a combination of various other ways, such as a rotary stepless speed adjusting device, a touch control switch, and a light intensity and a digital display, as required, to achieve the purpose of annular pressure adjustment in the present application.
The signal regulated by the pressure regulating device 61 is a voltage, or a current, or a power, or a frequency, or a waveform. The applicant only lists the above signals, but those skilled in the art can adjust other signals as needed to adjust the magnitude of the fluid pressure without departing from the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2-1, 3-3 and 3-4, the retractable dental irrigator 100 includes a water absorbing device 7; the water absorbing device 7 can absorb the fluid in the container 4 into the spray gun 2 through the water pipe 5 and then spray the fluid out of the spray head 1.
The water absorbing device 7 is an electric water absorbing device 71; the retractable dental irrigator 100 comprises a power system 8 and a circuit system 9; the electric water absorption device 71 comprises a water inlet pipe 71-1, a motor 71-2 and a water outlet pipe 71-3; the water absorption device 7 is connected with the power supply system 8 through the circuit system 9, the motor 71-2 works under the action of the power supply system 8, liquid in the container 4 is absorbed into the electric water absorption device 71 through the water pipe 5 and then is sprayed out from the water outlet pipe 71-3, and sprayed fluid is sprayed out from the spray gun 2 through the water pipe 5.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2-3, the pressure regulating means 61, the indicating means 62 and the control switch 3 are also connected together via the circuitry 9 and the power supply system 8. And a power indicator 91 is arranged on the circuit 9, and the power indicator 91 can display the electric quantity condition of the power system 8 through color change.
The pressure regulating device 61 can control the rotation speed of the motor 71-2, and the rotation speed of the motor 71-2 can be regulated by regulating the output signal of the pressure regulating device 61, so that the pressure of the fluid sprayed out of the spray head 1 can be regulated.
The applicant only lists the operation mode of the spray gun of electric water absorption, and in practical application, a person skilled in the art can design different operation modes of the spray gun according to needs.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the end of the water pipe 5 is provided with a gravity ball 11, and a filter screen can be arranged in the gravity ball 11 to filter the fluid, so that the use process is more sanitary.
The control handle 3 is also provided with an air exhaust device 34. Because the service environment of telescopic tooth flusher 100 is the use of moist area water, just control handle 3 often need accomodate in container 4, consequently, have water or vapor to get into or remain in the control handle 3 easily, through exhaust 34 can utilize equipment such as hair-dryer to be right residual moisture heats or weathers in the control handle 3, more does benefit to the long-term safe handling of telescopic tooth flusher 100.

Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 6-1, the retractable dental irrigator 100 further includes an end cap 10. In this embodiment, the outer side of the container 4 and the inner side of the end cap 10 are connected together by a buckle 10-1 in a concave-convex snap fit to form a sealed connection, so as to protect the retractable tooth flusher 100, and the retractable tooth flusher is more convenient and sanitary to carry when going out.
Referring to fig. 6-2, to prevent the end cap 10 from rotating, a positioning step 10-2 matching with the connection port of the spray gun 2 may be provided on the top of the end cap 10.
When the water injection type water injection device is used, the end cover 10 is taken down, the control handle 3 is pulled upwards, the control handle 3 moves along the inner side of the side wall 42 of the container 4, when the connecting seat 31-1 of the control handle 3 reaches the positioning mechanism 304-1 on the upper side of the side wall 42, the control handle 3 is locked, the sealing cover 33-1 of the accessory containing cavity 33 is opened, the spray gun 2 is taken out, the spray gun 2 is installed on the control handle 3, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is lifted, the water injection port 32-13 of the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is exposed, water is injected into the container 4 from the water injection port 32-13, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is lowered after water injection, the water injection port 32-13 is hidden, the sealing cover 33-1 is covered, namely, the flushing operation can be started, the spray gun 2 is taken down and placed into the accessory containing cavity 33 after flushing is finished, the end part of the spray gun 2 is inserted into the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is sealed, and the sealing cover 33-1 is covered. The control handle 3 is pressed downwards, the positioning function of the positioning mechanism 304-1 is released under the action of external force, the control handle 3 moves downwards along the side wall 42 of the container 4, the control handle 3 is contained in the container 4, and the end cover 10 is covered to carry out outgoing carrying.
In this embodiment, the retractable tooth flusher 100 is configured such that the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is disposed in the accessory storage chamber 33, when water is injected, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is lifted to inject water, after use, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is lowered, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is closed under the sealing action of the sealing mechanism 32-11, and the sealing and protecting actions of the sealing cover 33-1 are added, so that the water injection mechanism 32 can be effectively isolated from the outside, and the water injection mechanism 32 is ensured to be clean and sanitary. The control handle 3 can be contained in the container 4 by the telescopic mechanism 304, and the telescopic tooth flusher 100 can be completely sealed by covering the end cover 10, so that the telescopic tooth flusher is very sanitary and convenient to carry when going out.
Example 2: fully detachable retractable tooth irrigator of the present invention
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, in the present embodiment, each part of the tooth flusher 100 can be detached and cleaned separately.
The spray gun 2 is detachably mounted on the control handle 3, and the spray gun 2 can be detached from the control handle 3 by pressing the spray gun detaching switch 21.
The lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 is detachably installed in the control handle 3.
Referring to fig. 7-2 and 9, in the present embodiment, an upper limit block 31-2 is disposed at a position, close to the accessory receiving cavity 33, on an upper portion of an inner side of the housing 31 of the control handle 3, a lower limit block 31-3 is disposed at a lower portion of the inner side of the housing 31, a limit groove 32-14 is disposed at an upper portion of a back surface of the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1, and a limit protrusion 32-15 is disposed at a lower portion of the back surface.
Referring to fig. 7, in normal storage, the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 is pressed downward, the limit protrusion 32-15 goes over the lower limit block 31-3 downward, and the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 is fixed to the connecting seat 31-1 of the housing 31 in an embedded manner. Referring to fig. 7-1, when the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 needs to be lifted, the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is pushed and pulled upwards until the upper limit block 31-2 is embedded in the limit groove 32-14, and the lifting water injection mechanism 32-1 is fixed in a water injection state, so that water can be injected inwards. Referring to fig. 7-2, when the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 needs to be removed, the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 can be taken out from the control handle 3 by slightly pulling the lifting type water injection mechanism 32-1 outwards.
Referring to fig. 8 and 8-1, in the present embodiment, the container 4 includes a base 41 and a sidewall 42, and the base 41 is detachably mounted on the bottom of the sidewall 42 by a male-female snap fit. The base 41 is provided with a clamping block 41-2, the inner side of the bottom of the side wall 42 is provided with a clamping groove 42-1, the clamping block 41-2 is embedded in the clamping groove 42-1 to form concave-convex clamping matching connection, and the base 41 and the side wall 42 are sealed through a sealing ring 42-2. When the base 41 is detached from the side wall 42, the control handle 3 can be taken out through the cavity channel in the side wall 42, so that the control handle 3 and the container 4 can be detached.
