Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an infusion parameter adjusting method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment is applicable to a case where an infusion parameter of an infusion apparatus is determined, and the method may be performed by an infusion parameter adjusting device, which may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and the infusion parameter adjusting device may be configured in the infusion apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and S110, acquiring a preset infusion regulation rule.
In an embodiment of the application, the infusion device may be a device for infusing an analgesic drug to reduce pain in the infused target subject. Of course, the infusion device may also infuse other infusion liquids such as nutrient solutions to the target object, and the present embodiment does not limit the infusion contents of the infusion device. For some embodiments, the infusion device is pre-populated with infusion adjustment rules and controls the infusion device to infuse the target subject based on the infusion adjustment rules upon detection of an activation instruction of the injection device. But different target objects have different bearing capacities, so that for the infusion process, when a parameter adjustment request for the infusion device is received, the infusion device can be adjusted to different degrees, so that the target objects are adapted to the infusion process, and the safety in the infusion process is ensured. Of course, in some other embodiments, the infusion device does not preset infusion adjustment rules, and when a parameter adjustment request for the infusion device is received, i.e., a start instruction of the infusion device, the parameter adjustment is performed on the infusion device directly based on the target object.
During the infusion, a preset infusion regulation rule is obtained, and the infusion device is infused based on the infusion regulation rule to enable the target object to be in a comfortable state.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, obtaining the preset infusion adjustment rule may include: adjusting the infusion parameters according to the first fixed adjustment amount/first variable adjustment amount according to the instruction content of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction; adjusting the infusion parameters according to a second fixed adjustment amount/a second variable adjustment amount according to the instruction frequency of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction; and adjusting the infusion parameters according to the third fixed adjustment amount/the third variable adjustment amount according to the instruction times of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction.
In this embodiment, the instruction content, the instruction frequency, and the instruction frequency of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction are obtained, and the infusion parameter adjustment rule is generated according to the instruction content, the instruction frequency, and the instruction frequency and the corresponding adjustment rule. Wherein the infusion parameter adjustment may include an adjustment based on a fixed adjustment amount and an adjustment based on a variable adjustment amount; alternatively, a fixed adjustment amount may be understood as the amount of flow or flow rate infused at each adjustment is a fixed value; conversely, a variable adjustment amount may be understood as the amount of flow or flow rate infused at each adjustment being a variable value, wherein a variable value may be interpreted as the amount of flow or flow rate infused increasing or decreasing during the course of the adjustment. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the fixed numerical value of the fixed adjustment amount and the variable numerical value of the variable adjustment amount may determine different numerical values in different manners according to different instruction contents, instruction frequencies, and instruction times, and the numerical values are not limited in the present embodiment.
And S120, receiving a parameter adjustment request for the infusion equipment.
To accommodate different subjects for different bearing capacities during infusion, the subject may adjust parameters of the infusion device to be comfortable. In particular, the infusion device may be adjusted to varying degrees when a parameter adjustment request is received for the infusion device.
In this embodiment, the parameter adjustment request may be based on an infusion parameter adjustment instruction that is triggered to be generated when a regulation component of the infusion device is operated. Optionally, the control component of the infusion apparatus may be an entity component (e.g., a rotation key and a press key), may be a touch component (e.g., a virtual component such as a virtual key arranged in a display screen), and may also be an identification component (e.g., an identification component such as a voice recognition microphone and a jewelry recognition camera), and of course, the control component may further include a communication module that receives a parameter adjustment instruction. It should be noted that the above-mentioned regulating and controlling component is only an optional implementation component, and may also be other types of regulating and controlling components, and the type of the regulating and controlling component is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the operation object of the control component may include, but is not limited to, a target object corresponding to the infusion device, a doctor and a nurse having an operation authority to operate the infusion device, and the like. In other words, the parameter adjustment request may be a parameter adjustment instruction generated by the target object when operating the infusion device, and may of course be a parameter adjustment instruction generated by a doctor and a nurse having the operation authority of the infusion device when operating the infusion device; but also can be generated when doctors and nurses with the operation authority of the infusion device directly send the infusion parameter adjusting instructions. It should be noted that, the generation manner of the operation object of the regulating component and the parameter adjustment request is only an optional implementation manner, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In particular, the parameter adjustment request for the infusion device may include, but is not limited to, adjusting the flow or flow rate of the infusion device during the infusion process; taking the infusion liquid of the infusion device as an analgesic drug as an example, the flow or flow rate of the infusion device in the infusion process is increased so as to improve the analgesic effect of the infusion device; conversely, it is also possible to turn down the flow or flow rate during the infusion and to turn off the infusion device to avoid producing excessive analgesia.
S130, adjusting the infusion parameters of the infusion device based on the infusion adjustment rules and the parameter adjustment request.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the instruction content of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction includes, but is not limited to, an up instruction or a down instruction; correspondingly, under the condition that the parameter adjusting instruction is detected, the instruction content of the parameter adjusting instruction is determined, a corresponding parameter adjusting request is generated based on the instruction content, an infusion adjusting rule corresponding to the parameter adjusting request is further determined, and the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted based on the infusion adjusting rule. Specifically, a first fixed adjustment amount or a first variable adjustment amount corresponding to the instruction content may be determined according to a preset infusion adjustment rule, and the infusion parameter of the infusion device may be adjusted based on the first fixed adjustment amount or the first variable adjustment amount. Illustratively, if the instruction content of the parameter adjustment instruction is detected as being a single ramp-up, the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted based on a first fixed adjustment amount.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the instruction frequency of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction may include an instruction trigger frequency within a set time period, or may be a trigger frequency during a single continuous trigger; correspondingly, under the condition that the parameter adjusting instruction is detected, the instruction frequency of the parameter adjusting instruction is determined, a corresponding parameter adjusting request is generated based on the instruction frequency, an infusion adjusting rule corresponding to the parameter adjusting request is further determined, and the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted based on the infusion adjusting rule. Specifically, a second fixed adjustment amount or a second variable adjustment amount corresponding to the command frequency may be determined according to a preset infusion adjustment rule, and the infusion parameter of the infusion device may be adjusted based on the second fixed adjustment amount or the second variable adjustment amount. Illustratively, if a greater command frequency of parameter adjustment commands is detected, adjusting the infusion parameter of the infusion device based on a second, greater numerical variable adjustment amount; if a smaller command frequency of the parameter adjustment command is detected, the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted based on a second, smaller variable adjustment amount.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the instruction times of the infusion parameter adjustment instruction may include instruction trigger times within a set time period, or may also be trigger times during a single continuous trigger period; correspondingly, under the condition that the parameter adjusting instruction is detected, the instruction times of the parameter adjusting instruction are determined, a corresponding parameter adjusting request is generated based on the instruction times, an infusion adjusting rule corresponding to the parameter adjusting request is further determined, and the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted based on the infusion adjusting rule. Specifically, a third fixed adjustment amount or a third variable adjustment amount corresponding to the number of instructions may be determined according to a preset infusion adjustment rule, and the infusion parameter of the infusion device may be adjusted based on the third fixed adjustment amount or the third variable adjustment amount. Illustratively, if the more times the parameter adjustment command is detected, adjusting the infusion parameter of the infusion device based on a third, higher value, variable adjustment amount; if the smaller the number of commands of the parameter adjustment command is detected, the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted based on the third, smaller variable adjustment amount.
It should be noted that the manner of adjusting the infusion parameters is only an optional embodiment, and the infusion parameters may also be adjusted based on other adjustment manners, and the adjustment manner is not limited in this embodiment.
On the basis of the above optional embodiment, if the infusion device sets the initial infusion parameters before the infusion parameters are adjusted, the initial infusion parameters of the infusion device are obtained in advance, and the adjustment is performed on the basis of the initial infusion parameters in the process of adjusting the infusion parameters, so as to ensure the accuracy of the adjustment.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the technical scheme of this embodiment, before the infusion parameter of the infusion device is adjusted, a preset parameter adjustment threshold and a current infusion parameter of the infusion device are further obtained; if the current infusion parameter is determined to exceed the parameter adjustment threshold, the adjustment of the infusion parameter of the infusion device is finished, so that the safety of the target object in the infusion process is ensured.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the technical scheme of this embodiment, before the infusion parameters of the infusion device are adjusted, a preset operation frequency threshold and/or an operation number threshold are obtained; if the operation frequency exceeds the operation frequency threshold value and/or the operation times exceed the operation times threshold value, adjustment alarm prompt information of the infusion equipment is generated, and therefore safety of the target object in the infusion process is guaranteed.
