According to the invention, after the maintenance requirement information is obtained, the movement behavior is detected through the sensor, so that the intention information of the user is determined, the corresponding terminal equipment maintenance scheme is determined, and the automatic maintenance process of the terminal equipment can be completed under the condition that the user experience is not influenced.

Claims (10)

1. A method of servicing a terminal device, the method comprising:
acquiring a power-on signal, and acquiring maintenance requirement information based on the power-on signal;
according to the maintenance demand information, acquiring intention information corresponding to a user in a motion state within a preset range, wherein the intention information is used for reflecting the use intention of the user on the terminal equipment;
and determining a maintenance scheme based on the intention information, and performing maintenance operation based on the maintenance scheme.
2. The method for maintaining the terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining intention information corresponding to the user in a motion state within a preset range according to the maintenance demand information includes:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an object in a motion state within a preset range, and determining a user in the motion state based on the object in the motion state;
and determining the intention information of the user according to the user in the motion state.
3. The method for maintaining the terminal device according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the object in the motion state within the preset range and the determining of the user in the motion state based on the object in the motion state comprise:
starting a sensor, screening out an object in a motion state in a preset range based on the object in the preset range detected by the sensor, wherein the sensor is a millimeter wave radar;
and carrying out human body detection on the object in the motion state in the preset range, acquiring a face image in the object in the motion state in the preset range, and screening out the user in the object in the motion state in the preset range based on the face image.
4. The method for maintaining the terminal device according to claim 2, wherein the determining the intention information of the user according to the user in the moving state comprises:
carrying out gesture recognition on the user in the motion state to obtain a gesture recognition result;
and determining intention information of the user according to the gesture recognition result, wherein the intention information comprises using intention and non-using intention of the terminal equipment.
5. The method for maintaining a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the determining a maintenance plan based on the intention information and performing a maintenance operation based on the maintenance plan includes:
when the intention information is the use intention, determining that the maintenance scheme does not need maintenance, and controlling the terminal equipment to enter a standby state;
and when the intention information is a non-use intention, determining that the maintenance scheme is in need of maintenance, and controlling the terminal equipment to start silent maintenance.
6. The method of servicing a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein said determining a servicing plan based on said intent information and performing a servicing operation based on said servicing plan further comprises:
detecting whether a starting instruction is received or not, wherein the starting instruction comprises a key starting instruction or a remote control starting instruction;
when the terminal equipment receives the starting instruction, the terminal equipment is controlled to stop maintenance operation;
and when the terminal equipment does not receive the starting instruction, controlling the terminal equipment to continue maintenance operation.
7. The method for servicing a terminal device according to claim 1, further comprising, after the servicing operation based on the servicing plan:
obtaining a maintenance result, wherein the maintenance result comprises successful maintenance or failed maintenance of the terminal equipment;
when the maintenance result is maintenance failure, outputting a maintenance failure prompt;
and when the maintenance result is that the maintenance is successful, controlling the terminal equipment to enter a standby state.
8. A terminal device maintenance device, comprising:
the maintenance demand acquisition module is used for acquiring an electrifying signal and acquiring maintenance demand information based on the electrifying signal;
the maintenance intention acquisition module is used for acquiring intention information corresponding to a user in a motion state within a preset range according to the maintenance demand information, wherein the intention information is used for reflecting the use intention of the user on the terminal equipment;
and the maintenance scheme determining module is used for determining a maintenance scheme based on the intention information and performing maintenance operation based on the maintenance scheme.

A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises a memory, a processor and a terminal device maintenance program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, and the processor executes the terminal device maintenance program to implement the steps of the terminal device maintenance method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
