after the HIS client program is started, the HIS client program is made to connect with the bluetooth client program in a communication manner, which specifically includes: establishing a standard Socks5 channel which is connected with the Socks5 proxy server and is based on a Socks5 standard protocol by the HIS client program through a local proxy address of the Socks5 proxy server and the account number so as to enable the HIS client program to be in communication connection with the Bluetooth client program;

the Bluetooth client program packages and encapsulates a target address and an access instruction in the Internet access request into a Bluetooth request message, then the Bluetooth request message is transmitted to the Bluetooth server program through a wireless communication channel between the Bluetooth client program and the Bluetooth server program, so that the Bluetooth server program can obtain the target address and the access instruction from the Bluetooth request message in a decapsulation mode, then access operation is carried out on Internet resources positioned at the target address according to the access instruction, and finally a result obtained by the access operation is packaged and encapsulated into a Bluetooth response message, wherein the target address comprises an HIS cloud resource address, and the access instruction comprises an operation instruction for reading an HIS cloud resource;
receiving, by the bluetooth client program, the bluetooth response message returned through the wireless communication channel between the bluetooth client program and the bluetooth server program, then decapsulating the bluetooth response message to obtain the result obtained by the access operation, and finally transmitting the result obtained by the access operation to the HIS client program through the communication channel between the HIS client program and the bluetooth client program, where the method specifically includes: transmitting a result of the access operation to the Socks5 proxy server by the Bluetooth client program; and forwarding the result obtained by the access operation to the HIS client program by the Socks5 proxy server through the standard Socks5 channel, so that the HIS client program can apply HIS charging list information in the result obtained by the access operation to realize medical insurance settlement service.
