The state-viewable solid state switching device of claim 2, wherein: the vacuum arc-extinguishing device comprises a first cavity, a second cavity, a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, a middle conductive seat, a flexible connection, an insulating cylinder body, an insulating pull rod, an insulating cylinder body lower end and an operating mechanism, wherein the second cavity is arranged below the first cavity, the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber is arranged in the second cavity, the flexible connection is arranged between the middle conductive seat and the movable end of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, the insulating cylinder body upper end is provided with an incoming wire conductive rod connected with the insulating static contact seat, the insulating cylinder body lower end is provided with an outgoing wire conductive rod connected with the static end of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, and the insulating pull rod is assembled between the movable end of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and the operating mechanism.
10. A solid state switching device according to claim 3, wherein: the number of the solid insulation phase columns and the number of the state visual components are three, and the solid insulation phase columns and the state visual components are respectively in one-to-one correspondence.
