uploading medical record information of the chronic disease user to the internet cloud platform, and matching the medical record information with corresponding data of a chronic disease similar prescription by the internet cloud platform;
the doctor of the consultant generates the chronic disease prescription data of the chronic disease user based on the medical record information and the chronic disease similar prescription data;
and encrypting the chronic disease prescription data based on the homomorphic encryption technology, and feeding the encrypted chronic disease prescription data back to the chronic disease user.

and acquiring the first three matched medical record information in the sequencing result, and indexing to obtain corresponding chronic disease similar prescription data based on the first three matched medical record information.
