Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an enterprise business state evaluation method based on invoice data according to an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps.
Each step in the method provided by this embodiment may be executed by the enterprise business state evaluation device based on invoice data provided by this application.
And S101, acquiring basic data, tax payment data and invoice data of the target enterprise.
The invoice data comprises invoice issuing records of the target enterprise in a preset evaluation period. The preset evaluation period may be set according to actual conditions, and is not limited. For example, the preset evaluation period may be set to last two years, and the corresponding invoice data may include an invoice record of invoicing time of the target enterprise in the last two years. The invoice issuing record can be regarded as an electronic invoice, and information such as invoice amount, payee and payer, invoice issuing time, transaction channel and the like can be recorded in the invoice issuing record.
In addition to the invoice issuing records described above, the invoice data may include data of taxpayer name, social credit code, tax due date, net profit, total amount of liability, total amount of assets, and the like of the target enterprise.
The tax payment data can include tax payment records generated by each tax payment of the target enterprise in a preset evaluation period. Continuing with the foregoing example, when the preset evaluation period is the last two years, the tax payment data may include tax payment records generated by the target enterprise at each tax payment within the last two years.
In addition to the tax payment records, the tax payment data of the target enterprise may also include tax payer name, social credit code, beginning of tax period, ending of tax period, actual tax amount, tax type and other data.
The basic data of the target enterprise at least comprises an enterprise name and a social credit code of the target enterprise, the initial operation time of the target enterprise, namely the time when the target enterprise operates from the time point, the current persistent state of the target enterprise and the like.
The basic data, the tax payment data and the invoice data can be read from the database of the relevant administrative organization of the enterprise registration place.
And S102, respectively checking the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data, and judging whether the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data meet the preset basic data standard, invoice evaluation standard and tax payment evaluation standard.
The basic data standard comprises that the actual operation duration of a target enterprise is greater than or equal to a preset shortest operation duration, the invoice evaluation standard comprises that billing records exist in a first detection period up to now, billing records exist in at least N months in a second detection period up to now, the proportion of abnormal billing records in the billing records of the last two years in invoice data is smaller than a preset proportion threshold value, the tax evaluation standard comprises that tax records exist in a third preset detection period in the target enterprise, the first detection period is smaller than the second detection period, and the second detection period is smaller than the evaluation period; and N is a preset positive integer.
If the basic data meets the basic data standard, the invoice data meets the invoice evaluation standard, and the tax payment data meets the tax payment evaluation standard, step S103 is executed.
If the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data do not meet at least one of the basic data standard, the invoice evaluation standard and the tax payment evaluation standard, step S104 is performed. That is, if the basic data does not meet the basic data standard, the invoice data does not meet the invoice data standard, the tax payment data does not meet the tax payment data standard, or both, the step S104 is executed.
In the basic data standard, the shortest operation duration may be set according to actual conditions, for example, may be set to one year, or may be set to other values, without limitation. Illustratively, when the shortest operation duration is set to one year, if the actual operation duration of the target enterprise is greater than or equal to one year, it is determined that the basic data meets the basic data standard, and if the actual operation duration is less than one year, it is determined that the basic data does not meet the basic data standard.
In the invoice evaluation standard, the first detection period, the second detection period, N and the proportional threshold can be set as required, and are not limited.
Illustratively, the first detection period may be set to 3 months, the second detection period may be set to 6 months, N is set to 3, and the proportional threshold is set to 50%.
Based on the above example, if the invoice data for the target business is simultaneously satisfied: billing records within the last 3 months (indicating that the target business invoiced within the last 3 months); billing records exist for at least 3 months in the last 6 months (which indicates that invoices are made for the target enterprise for 3 months or more in the last 6 months); and if the abnormal invoicing records account for less than 50% of the invoicing records in the last two years in the invoice data, the invoice data of the target enterprise is considered to meet the invoice evaluation standard, and if the abnormal invoicing records do not meet the conditions at the same time, the invoice data of the target enterprise is considered not to meet the invoice evaluation standard.
The abnormal invoicing record refers to the invoicing record corresponding to abnormal invoices such as abnormal invoices, out of control invoices, invalid invoices, red characters and the like.
In the tax payment evaluation standard, the third detection period may be the same as or different from the preset evaluation period, and is specifically set as required, without limitation. Illustratively, the third detection period may be set to the last 6 months. Correspondingly, if the tax payment data contains the tax payment records of the target enterprise in the last 6 months, the tax payment data is considered to be in accordance with the tax payment evaluation standard, and if the tax payment data does not contain the tax payment records of the target enterprise in the last 6 months, such as the tax payment records of a certain month or a certain number of months are lacked in the last 6 months, the tax payment data is considered to be not in accordance with the tax payment evaluation standard.
And S103, determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is good.
And S104, determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is bad.
In some optional embodiments, in order to further improve the accuracy of the evaluation result, tax payment data of enterprises upstream and downstream of the target enterprise may be introduced as a reference when evaluating the business status of the target enterprise.
That is, after acquiring the basic data, the tax payment data and the invoice data of the target enterprise, the method further includes:
acquiring tax payment data of upstream and downstream enterprises of a target enterprise;
verifying whether the tax payment data of the upstream and downstream enterprises meet the preset upstream and downstream enterprise standards; the upstream and downstream enterprise standards comprise tax payment records of upstream and downstream enterprises stored in a third detection period;
the third detection period may be the same as or different from the preset evaluation period, and is specifically set as required, without limitation. For example, the third detection period may also be set to the last 6 months, and the upstream and downstream enterprise standards are, for example, tax payment records stored in the upstream and downstream enterprises in the last 6 months.
Correspondingly, after the tax payment data of the upstream and downstream enterprises are introduced, the condition for determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is good needs to be further defined as that the operation state of the target enterprise is good only if the tax payment data of the upstream and downstream enterprises meet the standards of the upstream and downstream enterprises on the premise that the basic data meets the basic data standard, the invoice data meets the invoice evaluation standard and the tax payment data meets the tax payment evaluation standard.
In contrast, after the upstream and downstream enterprise data are introduced, if the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data of the target enterprise all conform to the corresponding basic data standard, invoice evaluation standard and tax payment evaluation standard, but the tax payment data of the upstream and downstream enterprises do not conform to the standards of the upstream and downstream enterprises, the operating state of the target enterprise is still considered to be bad.
The upstream and downstream enterprises are collectively called upstream enterprise and downstream enterprise. For a target enterprise, the upstream enterprise thereof generally refers to a supplier providing material support or other software support for the target enterprise, for example, the target enterprise is an appliance manufacturing enterprise, and then a component manufacturing enterprise providing components required for manufacturing the appliance for the target enterprise is an upstream enterprise of the target enterprise. Downstream enterprises, which generally refer to enterprises purchasing products of target enterprises, take the target enterprise as an example of home appliance manufacturing enterprise, and a certain e-commerce enterprise purchases manufactured home appliances from the target enterprise and sells the manufactured home appliances to individual users through a platform of the e-commerce enterprise, then the e-commerce enterprise can be regarded as a downstream enterprise of the target enterprise manufacturing home appliances.
It should be noted that a target enterprise may have both multiple upstream enterprises and multiple downstream enterprises, or may have only one or more upstream enterprises and only one or more downstream enterprises. When the number of upstream and downstream enterprises of the target enterprise is plural, the aforementioned upstream and downstream enterprise standards should be: and in the third detection period, each upstream enterprise and each downstream enterprise have corresponding tax payment records.
The tax payment data of the upstream and downstream enterprises can comprise the tax payment records, and also can comprise the taxpayer name, the social credit code, the belonged year and month, the seller/buyer taxpayer identification number, the seller/buyer taxpayer name, the price tax amount, the number of copies and the like of the upstream and downstream enterprises.
The application provides an enterprise operation state evaluation method based on invoice data, which comprises the steps of obtaining basic data, tax payment data and invoice data of a target enterprise; the invoice data comprises invoice issuing records of the target enterprise in a preset evaluation period; respectively checking the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data to determine whether the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data meet preset basic data standards, invoice evaluation standards and tax payment evaluation standards; if the standards are all met, determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is good; and if at least one standard is not met, determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is bad. The scheme combines tax payment data and invoice data of the enterprise to evaluate the operation state of the enterprise, and has higher accuracy compared with the scheme of evaluating the operation state only according to the invoice data.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for evaluating an enterprise business status based on invoice data according to another embodiment of the present application is provided.
The method provided in this embodiment may be regarded as a specific application of the method provided in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 in a business loan scenario. That is to say, in this embodiment, after the operation status of the enterprise is determined to be good, the corresponding pre-estimated loan amount may be further calculated according to the obtained data of the enterprise, and then the funds of the pre-estimated loan amount may be borrowed and credited to the target enterprise.
S201, acquiring basic data, tax payment data and invoice data of the target enterprise.
And S202, respectively checking the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data to determine whether the basic data, the invoice evaluation standard and the tax payment evaluation standard are in accordance with preset basic data standards, invoice evaluation standards and tax payment evaluation standards.
If the basic data meets the basic data standard, the invoice data meets the invoice evaluation standard, and the tax payment data meets the tax payment evaluation standard, step S203 is executed.
If the basic data, the invoice data and the tax payment data do not meet at least one of the basic data standard, the invoice evaluation standard and the tax payment evaluation standard, step S204 is executed.
And S203, determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is good.
And S204, determining that the operation state of the target enterprise is bad.
The specific implementation manner of steps S201 to S204 is consistent with that of steps S101 to S104 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and is not described again.
And S205, calculating the estimated loan amount of the target enterprise according to the basic data, the tax payment data and the invoice data of the target enterprise.
In step S205, a pre-constructed loan amount estimation model may be inputted with the basic data, tax payment data and invoice data of the target enterprise, a plurality of coefficients for calculating the loan amount according to the above data are preset in the model, and after the above data is inputted, the model may calculate the estimated loan amount of the target enterprise, so that a bank or other financial institution may issue a loan to the target enterprise according to the estimated loan amount.
The loan amount estimation model can be a deep learning model trained by utilizing a large number of samples in advance, or can be a mathematical function model constructed according to experience and a plurality of preset coefficients, and the specific construction mode and the working principle of the model can refer to the existing scheme for calculating the loan amount of an enterprise, and are not repeated.
Optionally, when the method of this embodiment is applied to a scenario of enterprise loan, considering that a part of banks or financial institutions may only loan enterprises of a specified industry, after determining that the operation status of the target enterprise is good, before performing step S205, the following steps may be performed:
judging whether the industry of the target enterprise belongs to a preset admission limiting industry table or not;
and if the industry to which the target enterprise belongs to the limited admittance industry table, executing the step of calculating the estimated loan amount of the target enterprise according to the basic data, the tax payment data and the invoice data of the target enterprise.
And if the industry to which the target enterprise belongs is not recorded in the admission-limited industry table, the target enterprise is not allowed to be provided with the loan.
Therefore, if the industry to which the target enterprise belongs to the restricted admission industry table, S205 is executed, and if the industry to which the target enterprise belongs does not belong to the restricted admission industry table, S205 is not executed, and the method is directly ended. Optionally, when the industry to which the target enterprise belongs does not belong to the restricted admission industry table, a loan failure prompt may be output, and a corresponding failure reason may be displayed, for example, a "the industry to which the enterprise belongs is not in the restricted admission industry table for allowing loans".
Optionally, when the method of this embodiment is applied to a scenario of enterprise loan, considering that a part of banks or financial institutions may only loan enterprises in a specified administrative area, after determining that the operation status of the target enterprise is good, before performing step S205, the following steps may be performed:
judging whether the registration place of the target enterprise is located in a preset target administrative region or not;
and if the target enterprise is registered in the target administrative region, executing the step of calculating the estimated loan amount of the target enterprise according to the basic data, the tax payment data and the invoice data of the target enterprise.
And the target administrative region is a pre-designated administrative region where the loan can be issued. That is, if the registered place of the target business is within the target administrative area and the operating condition is good, the loan may be issued for the target business, and if the registered place of the target business is not within the target administrative area, the loan may not be issued for the target business.
The target administrative area may be designated by the bank or other financial institution providing the loan, for example, a bank in a province may designate the target administrative area as the province to which the bank belongs.
For example, when the target administrative region is designated as a province, and the target enterprise is determined to be in good operation, it may be determined whether the target enterprise is registered in the province, if so, S205 may be performed to determine the estimated loan amount of the target enterprise, and if not, the method may be ended, and at this time, a loan failure prompt may be output, and a failure reason may be output, for example, "the enterprise is not registered in the designated province".
Further optionally, the two steps of determining whether the target enterprise is registered in the target administrative area and determining whether the industry to which the target enterprise belongs to the admission-restricted industry table may be executed simultaneously, that is, after the target enterprise is determined to be in a good operation state, the two determinations may be executed respectively, S205 is executed only if the two determinations are both yes, and if at least one determination is not yes, a loan failure prompt and the failure reason are output.
