The present exemplary embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a received mail associated work order method, which can be executed by any electronic equipment with computing processing capability. For example, the electronic device is a client device.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a received mail associated work order method in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the received mail associated work order method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes the following steps S201 to S205.
S201, obtaining the received mails to be processed.
The mail to be processed is received by the failure reporting mailbox, and the mail is not identified by whether the mail is a failure reporting mail or a reply mail of a related mail. Wherein the failure reporting mail is a mail which is sent to a supplier mailbox through a failure reporting mailbox and is used for reporting the product failure. The related mails are mails which are replied once or for many times on the basis of the failure-reporting mails between the failure-reporting mail box and the supplier mail box.
In one embodiment, each received mail corresponds to a mail ID (identification). For example, the mail ID of a certain mail is 65535. In one embodiment, obtaining the received mails to be processed may include: acquiring a received mail with a mail ID larger than an ID threshold value from a failure reporting mailbox to obtain a received mail to be processed; and taking the maximum mail ID in the mail IDs of the received mails to be processed as a new ID threshold value. The method for acquiring the received mails with the mail IDs larger than the ID threshold value as the received mails to be processed can avoid repeatedly acquiring the received mails and further avoid the waste of computing resources caused by the subsequent processing according to the repeatedly acquired received mails.
In another embodiment, a received mail with an addressee time later than the latest addressee time may also be obtained, where the latest addressee time is the latest addressee time in the addressee times corresponding to the received mails to be processed that are obtained last time, so as to avoid repeatedly obtaining the same received mail.
In one embodiment, the client device acquires the received mails to be processed from the fault mailbox once every set time interval, and performs subsequent processing according to the acquired received mails to be processed. The embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited with respect to what value the set time length is. For example, the set time period is 5 minutes.
The embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to how to obtain the pending received mails from the failure reporting mailbox at a set time interval. For example, the mail to be processed and received can be obtained from the barrier mailbox once at a set time interval by Scheduled (timing item under Spring Boot) of Spring Boot (a framework for application development).
The received mails to be processed can be fault-reported mails or reply mails of related mails, and can also be mails which are unrelated to fault-reported mails or related mails.
S202, whether the mailbox of the receiver of the received mail to be processed comprises a failure reporting mailbox is determined.
The mailbox of the recipient for the received mail to be processed may include a plurality of mailboxes or may include one mailbox, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure.
If the number of the received mails to be processed obtained in S201 is one or more, the client device may implement asynchronous multithreading to process multiple received mails to be processed simultaneously through Async of the Spring book (asynchronous project under the Spring book), so as to improve the processing efficiency of the received mails to be processed.
The client device stores the fault reporting mailbox, and can directly utilize the fault reporting mailbox to perform judgment operation or other operations. For example, whether the failure mailbox is included in the mailbox of the recipient of a certain mail is identified by using the failure mailbox. Embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited with respect to how to determine whether recipient mailboxes of pending received mail include failed mail mailboxes. For example, it is possible to judge whether or not the recipient mailboxes of the received mails to be processed include a failure mail box by StringUtils (a character string tool) of Java (a computer language).
Whether the receiver of the received mails to be processed is the failure reporting mail box or not can be determined, the reply mails which are not the failure reporting mails or the related mails in the received mails to be processed can be preliminarily screened, and the received mails to be processed can be determined not to be the reply mails of the provider mail box to the failure reporting mails or the related mails under the condition that the receiver of the received mails to be processed does not comprise the failure reporting mail box. And when the mail to be processed is not the reply mail of the provider mailbox to the failure mail or the related mail, stopping processing the mail to be processed, and processing the new mail to be processed when waiting to acquire the new mail to be processed. After the received mails to be processed are obtained, the mode that whether the mailboxes of the recipients of the received mails to be processed comprise failure reporting mailboxes is determined at first, so that the waste of computing resources can be avoided to a certain extent.
S203, under the condition that the receiver mailbox comprises the failure reporting mailbox, determining whether at least one receiver mailbox included in the work order mail association table comprises a sender mailbox of the received mail to be processed.
The mail box of the receiver is the mail box of the receiver which is ready to process the received mail; the work order mail association table is a table created in the client device/database in advance, and the columns of the work order mail association table include: the work order number, the sender mailbox, the receiver mailbox, the mail subject and the mail content, or the columns of the work order mail association table comprise: the number of the worksheet, the sender mailbox, the recipient mailbox, the mail subject, the mail content and the time (for recording the time of adding the mail related content, including the sender mailbox, the recipient mailbox, the mail subject and the mail content of the mail).
The columns of the work order mail association table include: for example, the work order number, the sender mailbox, the recipient mailbox, the mail subject, the mail content, and the time, a work order mail association table may be as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Work order number | Sender mailbox | Receiver mailbox | Subject matter of mail | Mail content | Time |
Worksheet number 1 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Supplier mailbox 1 | Subject 1 | Text 1 | T1 |
I-shape sheet number 2 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Supplier mailbox 2 | Subject 2 | Text 2 | T2 |
In one embodiment, before S203 is performed by using the work order mail association table, the method further includes: acquiring a work order to be processed; determining a mail box to be reported corresponding to the work order to be processed; generating and sending an obstacle-reporting mail corresponding to the work order to be processed to an obstacle-reporting mailbox by taking the obstacle-reporting mailbox as a sender mailbox; and adding the work order number of the work order to be processed and the mail related content of the fault reporting mail to a work order mail association table.
After a product fails, the client device can acquire the to-be-processed work order corresponding to the failure, then search the corresponding relation between the product and the supplier information according to the product information related in the to-be-processed work order, and determine a mailbox to be reported (supplier mailbox). After inquiring the mailbox to be reported with the fault, the client device takes the mailbox to be reported as the sender mailbox, generates and sends the fault-reporting mail corresponding to the work order to be processed to the mailbox to be reported with the fault, and then the client device adds the work order number of the work order to be processed and the mail related content of the fault-reporting mail to the work order mail association table. Therefore, if the received mail to be processed is a reply mail fed back to the failure mail box by the provider mailbox aiming at the failure mail or the related mail, at least one receiver mailbox in the work order mail association table comprises a sender mailbox of the received mail to be processed. And if the at least one receiver mailbox does not comprise the sender mailbox of the received mail to be processed, indicating that the received mail to be processed is not a reply mail which is fed back to the failure mailbox by the provider mailbox for the failure mail or the related mail.
The disclosed embodiments are not limited with respect to how to determine whether at least one recipient mailbox included in the work order mail association table includes a sender mailbox for pending received mail. For example, a method of SQL (Structured Query Language) fuzzy Query may be utilized to determine whether at least one recipient mailbox included in the work order mail association table includes a sender mailbox for a received mail to be processed.
Under the condition that the receiver of the received mail to be processed comprises the mailbox with the failure report, the method of determining whether at least one receiver mailbox included in the work order mail association table comprises the sender mailbox of the received mail to be processed further can determine that the received mail to be processed is not the reply mail fed back by the provider mailbox for the failure report mail or the related mail when at least one receiver mailbox does not comprise the sender mailbox of the received mail to be processed, further, the subsequent processing of the received mail to be processed is not needed, the waste of computing resources is avoided, and the utilization rate of the computing resources is improved. Through the matching of the two steps S202 and S203, a large number of mails irrelevant to the fault-reported mails can be screened out, and the waste of computing resources is greatly avoided.
S204, under the condition that at least one receiver mailbox comprises the sender mailbox, determining whether the mail subjects of the received mails to be processed comprise one or more mail subjects in at least one mail subject, wherein the at least one mail subject comprises the mail subject corresponding to the target receiver mailbox in the work order mail association table, and the target receiver mailbox is the same receiver mailbox as the sender mailbox in the at least one receiver mailbox.
At least one receiver mailbox is a receiver mailbox included in the work order mail association table, and the sender mailbox is a sender mailbox for received mails to be processed.
For example, a work order mail association table may be as shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Work order number | Sender mailbox | Receiver mailbox | Subject matter of mail | Mail content | Time |
Worksheet number 1 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Supplier mailbox 1 | Subject 1 | Text 1 | T1 |
Worksheet number 2 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Supplier mailbox 2 | Subject 2 | Text 2 | T2 |
Worksheet number 2 | Supplier mailbox 2 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Subject 3 | Text 3 | T3 |
Worksheet number 2 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Supplier mailbox 2 | Theme 4 | Text 4 | T4 |
Worksheet number 1 | Supplier mailbox 1 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Theme 5 | Text 5 | T5 |
Worksheet number 2 | Supplier mailbox 2 | Mail box capable of reporting fault | Theme 6 | Text 6 | T6 |
Taking the sender mailbox of the received mail to be processed as the provider mailbox 2 in the table 2 as an example, the target recipient mailbox is the mailbox in the same mailbox as the provider mailbox 2 in the recipient mailbox column of the work order mail association table. Correspondingly, at least one mail subject corresponding to the target recipient mailbox comprises: theme 2 and theme 4.
In some embodiments, the client device automatically adds mailbox-related content of the related mails fed back from the failure mailbox to the provider mailbox and the corresponding work order number to the work order mail association table. For example, in table 2, the mail corresponding to the subject 2 is an obstacle-reporting mail sent by the client device to the provider mailbox 2 through an obstacle-reporting mailbox, and the mail corresponding to the subject 3 is a reply mail of the provider mailbox 2 for the obstacle-reporting mail. The mail corresponding to the subject 4 is a reply mail of the failure reporting mailbox for the related mail corresponding to the subject 3, that is, the mail corresponding to the subject 4 is the related mail sent by the failure reporting mailbox to the provider mailbox 2, and the client device can automatically add the mail related content and the work order number corresponding to the subject 4 to the work order mail association table.
The subject format of a typical reply email is "RE: XXX ", or" reply: XXX ". Where "XXX" is the subject of the replied mail. Thus, the mail subject of the reply mail generally includes the mail subject of the replied mail. If the received mail to be processed is a failure mail or a reply mail of a related mail, the mail subject of the received mail to be processed comprises the mail subject of the failure mail or the related mail. In the case where the mail subject of the pending received mail includes one or more mail subjects among the at least one mail subject, it may be determined that the pending received mail is a reply mail to a failed mail or a related mail. For example, the email corresponding to the subject 3 in table 2 is a reply email to the email corresponding to the subject 2, and the style of the subject 3 may be "RE: topic 2 "or" reply: subject 2", accordingly, subject 3 includes subject 2, and it can be determined that the mail corresponding to subject 3 is a reply mail to the failure mail or the related mail. For another example, in table 2, the mail corresponding to the subject 6 is a reply mail to the mail corresponding to the subject 4, the mail corresponding to the subject 4 is a reply mail to the mail corresponding to the subject 3, the mail corresponding to the subject 3 is a reply mail to the mail corresponding to the subject 2, accordingly, the subject 6 may include a plurality of mail subjects (subjects 2-4), and it may be determined that the mail corresponding to the subject 6 is a reply mail to a failure notification mail or a related mail.
The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited with respect to how to determine whether the mail subject of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail subjects of the at least one mail subject. For example, it can be judged whether the mail subject of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail subjects among at least one mail subject by string utils of Java.
S205, under the condition that the mail subject of the received mail to be processed comprises one or more mail subjects in at least one mail subject, the mail related content and the first work order number of the received mail to be processed are added to the work order mail association table, and the first work order number is the work order number corresponding to the one or more mail subjects.
Wherein the work order numbers of one or more mail topics are the same.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the received mails to be processed are the reply mails of the provider to the failure mail is determined by determining whether the recipient mailboxes of the received mails to be processed include the failure mail box, determining whether at least one recipient mailbox included in the work order mail association table includes the sender mailbox of the received mails to be processed, and determining whether the mail topics of the received mails to be processed include one or more mail topics of at least one mail topic. And under the condition that the receiver mailbox of the received mails to be processed comprises the failure reporting mailbox, the at least one receiver mailbox comprises the sender mailbox of the received mails to be processed, and the mail subjects of the received mails to be processed comprise one or more mail subjects in the at least one mail subject, determining that the received mails to be processed are reply mails of the provider to the failure reporting mails. And then adding the mail related content of the received mails to be processed and the first work order number corresponding to the one or more mail subjects to a work order mail association table. By the method, the incidence relation between the work order and the mail can be automatically established, so that the reply mail of the supplier can be checked through the work order number, the work order processing personnel are prevented from frequently searching the reply mail of the supplier from a plurality of received mails, and the work order processing efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, there is a possibility that the mail topic of the received mail to be processed is modified, so that after it is determined that the mail topic of the received mail to be processed does not include the mail topic in at least one mail topic, further processing is performed on the received mail to be processed to determine whether the received mail to be processed is a failed mail or a reply mail of a related mail.
As shown in fig. 3, the received mail associated work order method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes the following steps S301 to S302.
S301, under the condition that the mail subject of the received mail to be processed does not include the mail subject in at least one mail subject, determining whether the mail content of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail contents in at least one mail content, wherein the at least one mail content includes the mail content corresponding to the target recipient mailbox in the work order mail association table.
The target recipient mailbox is the same as the target recipient mailbox in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and details are not described here.
The reply e-mail usually includes the content of the replied e-mail, and if the pending received e-mail is the failed mail or the reply e-mail of the related e-mail, the e-mail content of the pending received e-mail includes the e-mail content of the failed mail or the related e-mail. In a case where the mail content of the pending received mail includes one or more mail contents of the at least one mail content, it may be determined that the pending received mail is a reply mail to the failed mail or the related mail.
In one embodiment, determining whether the mail content of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail contents of at least one mail content may include: formatting the mail content of the received mail to be processed to obtain a mail text to be processed; formatting each mail content in at least one mail content to obtain a mail text corresponding to each mail content; determining whether the mail text to be processed comprises one or more mail texts in at least one mail text.
The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit how to format the mail content to obtain the mail text. For example, by replacing the Java character string, the non-text content such as the style in the mail content of the received mail to be processed may be removed, thereby completing formatting to obtain the mail text to be processed, and the non-text content such as the style in each mail content of at least one mail content may be removed, thereby completing formatting to obtain the mail text corresponding to each mail content.
And then, comparing whether the mail text to be processed and each mail text have an inclusion relationship one by utilizing a Java character string tool StringUtils.
The mail content is formatted to obtain the mail text, and then whether the mail text to be processed comprises one or more mail texts in at least one mail text is judged according to the mail text, so that the interference of non-text contents such as the style of the mail in the mail content can be avoided, and the accuracy of the judgment result can be improved. The style and other non-text contents can include: html (hypertext markup language) tags, css styles (Cascading Style Sheets), js (javascript, a scripting language) scripts, spaces, and the like.
S302, under the condition that the mail content of the received mail to be processed comprises one or more mail contents in at least one mail content, adding the mail related content of the received mail to be processed and a second work order number to the work order mail association table, wherein the second work order number is the work order number corresponding to the one or more mail contents.
Wherein, the work order number corresponding to one or more mail contents is the same work order number.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the possibility that the mail subject of the received mail to be processed is modified is considered, so that after the mail subject of the received mail to be processed is determined not to include the mail subject in at least one mail subject, whether the mail content of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail contents in at least one mail content is further determined, and under the condition that the mail content of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail contents in at least one mail content, the mail related content and the second work order number of the received mail to be processed are added to the work order mail association table. In this way, the possibility that the received mail to be processed is mistakenly identified as a reply mail other than the failed mail or the related mail is reduced.
In one embodiment, the process of determining whether the received mail to be processed is a failed mail or a reply mail of a related mail may be performed by determining whether the mail content of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail contents of at least one mail content, instead of determining whether the mail subject of the received mail to be processed includes one or more mail subjects of at least one mail subject in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2.
In another embodiment, the mail content of the received mail to be processed may also be modified, so that in the case that it is determined that the text of the received mail to be processed does not include the mail text in at least one mail text, further processing is required to be performed on the received mail to be processed to determine whether the received mail to be processed is a failed mail or a reply mail to a related mail.
As shown in fig. 4, the received mail associated work order method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes the following S401 to S403.
S401, under the condition that the mail text to be processed does not include the mail text in at least one mail text, determining the similarity between each mail text and the mail text to be processed to obtain at least one similarity value.
The embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited with respect to which manner is specifically adopted to determine the similarity between each email text and the email text to be processed. For example, the distance between each mail text and the mail text to be processed may be calculated according to an edit distance algorithm to obtain at least one similarity value. For another example, the similarity between each email text and the email text to be processed may be calculated according to a sequence matcher (a method for calculating text similarity) in a difflib module of Python, so as to obtain at least one similarity value.
S402, whether the maximum similarity value in the at least one similarity value is larger than a similarity threshold value is determined.
Regarding the specific size of the similarity threshold, the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited, and may be set empirically.
In the case where the maximum similarity value is greater than the similarity threshold value, the received mail to be processed may be considered as a failed mail or a reply mail to a related mail.
And S403, under the condition that the maximum similarity value is greater than the similarity threshold value, adding the mail related content of the received mails to be processed and a third work order number to the work order mail association table, wherein the third work order number is the work order number corresponding to the maximum similarity value.
The work order number corresponding to the maximum similarity value refers to the work order number corresponding to the mail content with the maximum similarity value in the work order mail association table.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the mail text to be processed does not include the mail text in at least one mail text, the similarity between the mail text to be processed and each mail text in at least one mail text is further determined, at least one similarity value is obtained, and whether the received mail to be processed is a failed mail or a reply mail of a related mail is judged according to the maximum similarity value in the at least one similarity value. In this way, the possibility of mistakenly recognizing the received mail to be processed as a reply mail other than the failed mail or the related mail is further reduced.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4 will be combined, and the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 5.
