The optimal technical scheme can be simplified into only arranging a gas dust physical separation filter element, so that the filtering load of a ceramic filter element in the suction type gas sampling monitoring and analyzing system can be effectively relieved; in order to effectively solve the problem of blockage caused by solid particle dust in the suction type gas sampling, monitoring and analyzing system, a first purging pipe or a second purging pipe is further additionally arranged to perform circular purging on the corresponding position of the Y-shaped sampling device 2, so that the real-time monitoring and monitoring precision of the monitoring and analyzing system on the monitored gas is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A back flushing method of a suction type gas sampling monitoring analysis system adopts a sampling monitoring analysis system which comprises a monitoring gas flow passage (1) and a Y-shaped sampling device (2) connected with the monitoring gas flow passage in a supporting way, a ceramic filter element (3) in an upper port of the Y-shaped sampling device (2), a sampling pipe (4), a back flushing pipe (10), a sampling pipe valve (5) and an analysis instrument (6); the sampling device is characterized by further comprising a second purging pipe (9), an air inlet pipe and an anti-blocking purging device (11) for controlling the ventilation of the back purging pipe (10) and the second purging pipe (9), wherein one end of the second purging pipe (9) penetrates through the closed clear-blocking observation hole and the back purging port of the second purging pipe (2), one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with a back purging gas source, and the other end of the air inlet pipe, the other end of the back purging pipe (10) and the other end of the second purging pipe (9) are respectively connected to the anti-blocking purging device (11); the back flushing method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the anti-blocking purging device (11) controls the sampling tube valve (5) to be closed;
step 2: the anti-blocking purging device (11) instantaneously controls a back purging gas source in the gas inlet pipe to purge solid particle dust accumulated at the intersection of the Y-shaped sampling device (2) through the second purging pipe (8);
and step 3: the anti-blocking purging device (11) instantly controls a back purging gas source to purge fine solid particle dust filtered by the ceramic filter element (3) through the back purging pipe (10) and the sampling pipe (4) in sequence;
and 4, step 4: the anti-blocking purging device (11) controls the sampling pipe valve (5) to be opened.
2. A back flushing method according to claim 1, further comprising, between said steps 3 and 4, a step 3': and (3) instantly controlling a back-blowing gas source by the anti-blocking purging device (11) to blow the solid particle dust at the intersection of the Y-shaped sampling device (2) in the step (3) into the gas flow channel (1) through the second purging pipe (9).

The back flushing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sampling monitoring and analyzing system further comprises a gas dust physical separation filter element (7) disposed in the upper port of the Y-shaped sampling device (2) at the lower end of the ceramic filter element (3) and separating the solid particulate dust with high specific gravity from the monitoring gas by gravity, and the lower end surface thereof is located in the deviated area of the monitoring gas in the pipeline between the upper port of the Y-shaped sampling device (2) and the intersection.

A reverse blowing method according to claim 3, characterised in that said gas dust physical separation cartridge (7) comprises an upper end and a lower end; wherein the lower end part is a physical separation unit, and the lower end part is positioned in the gas flow channel deflection area; the upper end part is provided with a flow guide channel of which the lower end part physically separates the gas.

A back flushing method according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper end portion is a flat plate or a cylinder with a central through hole, the lower end surface of the lower end portion is fixed with at least two sleeves at intervals from the center to the outside, and the heights of the sleeves from the center to the outside are gradually increased.
6. A back flushing method as set forth in claim 5, wherein the central through-hole is a funnel-shaped through-hole.
7. A method of blowback according to claim 5, wherein said center sleeve height is 3mm above adjacent sleeves.
8. A back flushing method according to claim 5, wherein said monitoring gas is a corrosive gas and said upper and lower end portions are made of stainless steel or plastic.
9. A back-flushing method according to claim 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8, characterized in that the back-flushing gas source is nitrogen or air at a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa.
10. A back flushing method according to claim 3, characterized in that the back flushing gas source is nitrogen or air at a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa.
