Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of new energy, in particular to an exhaust method and an exhaust system of an open type transmission and distribution system of a building ice or water cold accumulation air conditioner.
Background
The ice storage air conditioner makes ice by utilizing the low valley load power at night and stores the ice in an ice storage device, stores cold energy by utilizing the phase change latent heat of the ice, and releases the stored cold energy by melting ice at daytime so as to reduce the power load of the air conditioner and the installed capacity of an air conditioning system during the peak time of a power grid. After the ice cold storage air conditioner or the water cold storage air conditioner is installed, the air conditioner construction is usually debugged and operated.
Pipes are commonly used to transport cold or hot water to end user air conditioning units and when transporting water, air may be present in the pipes when the water supply pipe is at a level above the free surface of the water supply tank. Specifically, the pipeline contains gas in the water filling stage, a large amount of gas can be generated in the operation, if the gas cannot be smoothly discharged, the water flow cross section is reduced and the water resistance is increased, so that the water flow pressure instability is caused, and if the gas is heavy, the water flow is blocked, even the pipe explosion accident is caused, so that the great economic loss is brought.
An exhaust valve is usually arranged at the high point of a pipeline of the existing building transmission and distribution system, and when air in the pipeline passes through the exhaust valve along with water flow, the air can be automatically exhausted. However, for an open system with a free liquid level lower than the highest point, in actual operation, the highest point is in a negative pressure operation state, the exhaust valve is in a closed state, the exhaust effect cannot be achieved, and when the flow rate of liquid in the pipeline is high, air is in a foam shape or an annular shape. Therefore, the fluid in the transmission and distribution pipeline system always runs in a gas state, so that the energy efficiency of the transmission and distribution system is reduced and even the running accident happens.

The exhaust method of the building ice or water cold storage air conditioner open type transmission and distribution system 10 is suitable for the open type fluid transmission and distribution system with the suction section in front of the pump higher than the free liquid level of the water tank 200, and is used for emptying the gas of the building ice or water cold storage air conditioner open type transmission and distribution system 10, so that the gas contained in the water flow in the pipeline of the building ice or water cold storage air conditioner open type transmission and distribution system 10 is prevented, and the gas enters the user equipment 100 along with the water flow and damages the user equipment 100. Alternatively, the flow of gas following the water flow causes damage to the pipeline. The structure of the open ice or chilled water storage air conditioning distribution system 10 for buildings will be described first.
Referring to fig. 2, arrows in fig. 2 indicate circulation paths of water flows. In some embodiments, the building ice or chilled water storage air conditioning open distribution system 10 includes: the user equipment 100, the water sump 200, the water return pipe 300, the water supply pipe 400, the water replenishing pipe 500, the exhaust pipe 600, and the branch pipe 700. The user device 100 may be a cold-use device or a hot-use device, such as a plate heat exchanger, a fan coil, etc. Both ends of the water supply pipeline 400 are respectively communicated with the user equipment 100 and the water tank 200, and both ends of the water return pipeline 300 are respectively communicated with the user equipment 100 and the water tank 200 to form a circulation water path, and the water supply pipeline 400 is further installed with a circulation water pump 410, and the circulation water pump 410 is used for conveying fluid to the user equipment 100. That is, when the user equipment 100 is a heat-using device, the water in the water tank 200 is generally cold water, the circulating water pump 410 flows the cold water to the user equipment 100 through the water supply pipe 400, the user equipment 100 exchanges heat with the cold water, and the hot water flows back to the water tank 200 through the water return pipe 300.
It should be noted that, since the open transmission and distribution system 10 for ice or chilled water storage air conditioners of the present application can save water resources, the fluid can be delivered back to the water tank 200 through the water return pipe 300. In other embodiments, the return pipe 300 may be connected to another water tank 200, such as two water tanks 200, one water tank 200 being connected to the water supply pipe 400, and the other water tank 200 being connected to the return pipe 300.
The initial end of the water replenishing pipeline 500 is provided with the water replenishing pump 510, the initial end of the water replenishing pipeline 500 and the water replenishing pump 510 are positioned in the water pool 200 together, and the tail end of the water replenishing pipeline 500 is communicated with the water supply pipeline 400. The water replenishing pump 510 may be a submersible water replenishing pump, which is low in cost. In the method for exhausting the open type ice or chilled water storage air conditioning transmission and distribution system 10 described below, the submersible water replenishing pump 510 can be used for saving certain cost.
The vacuum 610 is installed at the end of the exhaust pipe 600, and the end of the exhaust pipe 600 is located above the water bath 200, and the initial end of the exhaust pipe 600 is communicated with the water supply pipe 400. Wherein, the vacuum machine 610 is used for actively extracting the accumulated gas in the water supply pipeline 400, when the exhaust pipeline 600 is opened, the gas and the water flow can be discharged, and the water flow can flow into the water pool 200 and be reused to avoid waste. An exhaust valve 710 may be installed on the exhaust duct 600, and fluid is prevented from entering the exhaust duct 600 and the branch duct 700 when the exhaust valve 710 is closed.
The initial end of the branch pipe 700 is connected to the exhaust pipe 600, the end of the branch pipe 700 is located above the water bath 200, and the exhaust valve 710 is installed at the end of the branch pipe 700. The exhaust valve 710, when open, facilitates the flow of fluid out of the end of the branch conduit 700.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the exhaust method of the open type ice or chilled water storage air conditioning transmission and distribution system 10 for the building used in the above embodiment includes the steps of:
s100, closing the circulating water pump 410, and opening the water replenishing pump 510 and the exhaust valve 710 to enable the fluid to flow out of the tail end of the branch pipeline 700;
s200, the water replenishing pump 510 and the exhaust valve 710 are closed, and the vacuum machine 610 is opened, so that the fluid flows out from the tail end of the exhaust pipeline 600.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the arrows in fig. 3 indicate the flow path of the fluid in step S100. When the air exhaust method of the open type transmission and distribution system 10 of the ice or water cold storage air conditioner for the building is used for exhausting air, normal-temperature municipal tap water is not required to be introduced, so that the loss of cold or heat and the waste of municipal tap water caused by the introduction of the normal-temperature municipal tap water in the traditional air exhaust method are avoided. When the circulating water pump 410 is turned off, fluid is prevented from entering the user device 100. It is also contemplated that the fluid will be at rest after the circulating water pump 410 is turned off so that the gas can automatically accumulate at the top of the pipe, thus facilitating the concentrated discharge. When the water replenishing pump 510 is turned on, the water replenishing pump 510 delivers the fluid in the water tank 200 to the end of the branch pipe 700 with the air outlet valve 710 opened, and the fluid flows out from the end of the branch pipe 700, and particularly, can be returned to the water tank 200. As such, most of the gas and water flow within the pipes of the open ice or chilled water storage air conditioning distribution system 10 will flow out of the ends of the branch pipes 700. In addition, the water flow can be gathered in the water pool 200 to avoid waste, and energy can be saved. And, when moisturizing to user equipment 100, carry out the moisturizing through the rivers that use in the pond 200, for the mode through municipal running water moisturizing, can effectively avoid the cold volume or the calorific loss that the difference in temperature leads to through the moisturizing of pond 200. The temperature of the water in the water tank can be ice water generally, is about zero, the temperature of the municipal tap water is about twenty degrees, the temperature difference between the municipal tap water and the fluid in the water tank 200 is large, extra energy consumption is needed for reducing the temperature of the municipal tap water to about zero, and the extra supplemented municipal tap water always flows out from an overflow port 210 of the water tank 200 due to the limited volume of the water tank 200, so that the waste of water resources is caused.
Further, referring to fig. 4, an arrow in fig. 4 indicates a flow path of the fluid in step S200. After the water replenishing pump 510 and the air exhausting valve 710 are closed, a small part of gas and water flow in the pipeline of the building ice or chilled water storage air conditioning open type transmission and distribution system 10 can be pumped to the tail end of the air exhausting pipeline 600 to be exhausted by opening the vacuum machine 610. Therefore, the gas in the pipeline of the open transmission and distribution system 10 for the ice or the chilled water storage air conditioner is further discharged, and the problem that the accumulated gas cannot be thoroughly discharged by the exhaust valve 710 can be effectively solved by the exhaust method of the open transmission and distribution system 10 for the ice or the chilled water storage air conditioner.
Specifically, the open transmission and distribution system 10 of the building ice or chilled water storage air conditioner can supplement the liquid level in the water supply pipeline 400 through the fluid in the water tank, avoid the cold quantity or heat loss, and discharge the gas in the pipeline while supplementing the water. When water is supplemented through the exhaust mode in the prior art, not only cold quantity and heat quantity are wasted, but also a large amount of water is wasted, and the energy is not saved.
It should be noted that the gas in the pipeline of the open transportation and distribution system 10 for ice or chilled water storage air conditioner may specifically refer to the gas in the water supply pipeline 400, after the water circulation pump 410 is turned off, the gas and the water flow in the water supply pipeline 400 are pushed by the water replenishing pump 510 to the end of the branch pipeline 700 to flow out, at this time, only one end of the branch pipeline 700 in the open transportation and distribution system 10 for ice or chilled water storage air conditioner is opened, and therefore, the fluid inevitably flows out therefrom. In addition, the gas in the pipes of the open ice or chilled water storage air conditioning distribution system 10 can also be gas in other pipes, such as the branch pipe 700 and the exhaust pipe 600.
Fluid refers to a mixture of gas and water flow or a single water flow. The fluid in the step S100 flows out of the end of the branch pipe 700, and is generally a mixture of gas and water, and after a certain period of time, only water may flow out without gas. The fluid in step S200 may initially be a small amount of gas and water, and after a period of time, may have only water flow and no gas.
In order to ensure that the exhaust method of the open type transportation and distribution system 10 of the ice or water cold accumulation air conditioner for the building has good effect on the exhaust of the gas in the pipeline, specific embodiments are provided. In some embodiments, the method for exhausting the building ice or chilled water storage air conditioning open transmission and distribution system 10 after turning off the circulating water pump 410 further comprises the steps of: when the fluid in the pipeline of the open type ice or chilled water storage air-conditioning transmission and distribution system 10 for the building is in static flow, the water replenishing pump 510 and the exhaust valve 710 are opened. Specifically, when the fluid is flowing still, the gas below the water flow can float above the water flow still, so that the water flow and the gas are separated (the middle part of the water flow is also provided with gas during the flowing process of the water flow). Further, when the water replenishing pump 510 pushes the water in the water reservoir 200 to the end of the branch pipe 700, the gas can be discharged together.
Further, in some embodiments, after the water replenishing pump 510 and the air discharging valve 710 are closed, the air discharging method of the open type ice or water storage cold air conditioning transmission and distribution system 10 for the building further comprises the following steps: when the fluid in the pipeline of the open type ice or chilled water storage air conditioner distribution system 10 for the building is in static flow, the vacuum machine 610 is turned on. Specifically, when the flow of the water stream is stopped, the gas in the water stream is separated from the water stream, so that the gas and water stream are extracted by the vacuum machine 610 more effectively. Therefore, the exhaust method of the open type transmission and distribution system 10 of the ice or water cold storage air conditioner for the building can effectively solve the problem that the exhaust valve 710 can not completely exhaust the accumulated air.
Further, after the vacuum machine 610 extracts the fluid for a period of time, it can determine whether there is any gas in the water flow by detecting the pressure in the pipes of the building ice or chilled water storage air conditioning open distribution system 10. Thus, in some embodiments, the method of exhausting the ice or chilled water storage air conditioning open distribution system 10 further comprises the steps of: when the fluid is continuously discharged from the end of the exhaust pipe 600, the vacuum machine 610 is turned off, and then the pressure in the pipes of the building ice or chilled water storage air conditioning open type transmission and distribution system 10 is detected.
Further, if in the above embodiment, it is detected that there is gas in the pipes of the open ice or chilled water storage air conditioning distribution system 10, it is further required to use the vacuum machine 610 to pump out the gas. Therefore, please refer to fig. 4. In some embodiments, when the detected pressure is not stable, the make-up water pump 510 and the exhaust valve 710 are kept closed, the vacuum machine 610 is opened to allow the fluid to flow out from the end of the exhaust duct 600, and then the pressure in the duct of the open ice or chilled water air conditioning distribution system 10 is detected.
In addition to the above-mentioned exhaust method of the open transportation and distribution system 10 for building ice or water storage air conditioner, the present application also proposes another exhaust method of the open transportation and distribution system 10 for building ice or water storage air conditioner. In the exhaust method of the open ice or chilled water storage air conditioning transmission and distribution system 10, please refer to fig. 6, wherein arrows in fig. 6 indicate the flow path of the fluid. The open type transmission and distribution system 10 of the ice or water cold storage air conditioner for the building comprises: the user equipment 100, the water sump 200, the water return pipe 300, the water supply pipe 400, the water replenishing pipe 500, the exhaust pipe 600, and the branch pipe 700.
