Abstract
The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the plugging agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of granular materials, 1-2 parts of fiber materials, 20-30 parts of silicone grease filler, 5-10 parts of rubber and 20-30 parts of an anti-collapse agent, wherein the granular materials comprise solid C/C composite materials and super-strong retention particles, and the super-strong retention particles are formed by crushing and drying bark pine skins. The invention is prepared by carrying out grain size grading by an ideal filling principle, the material of the invention mainly comprises materials with different sizes, such as rigidity, elasticity, fiber, sheet and the like to form a compact plugging layer, for tiny holes existing in the plugging layer, the holes are filled by adopting a nano material, and simultaneously, the polyacrylamide can effectively bond the fibers and various particles together, thereby integrally improving the plugging capability of the plugging agent. The high-temperature-resistant sealing gasket has good high-temperature-resistant performance, can still have good leakage blocking effect in an environment of 200 ℃, and has good high-temperature bearing performance, and the bearing capacity can reach more than 10 MPa.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of high-temperature drilling fluid plugging agents, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of drilling fluid for drilling, for general leakage, the conventional leakage stopping method and material are basically used for solving the problem that the effect is often poor when the conventional method is used for stopping leakage of a stratum with complex crack development conditions, and due to the poor temperature resistance and pressure bearing property of the leakage stopping material, the leakage stopping material is easy to decompose and lose efficacy under the high-temperature condition, particularly 150 ℃, and the leakage stopping effect is poor, so that the repeated leakage of a leakage layer is caused.
The prior art currently includes the following plugging agents:
(1) A high temperature resistant gel plugging agent (201510794977. X): the invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant gel plugging agent which is characterized by being prepared from sesbania, titanate, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyacrylamide, solid-phase particles and distilled water in parts by weight. The gel plugging agent can resist the high temperature of 120 ℃ and has good salt tolerance. But the plugging effect decreases after the temperature rises.
(2) A high pressure bearing no cross-linking supermolecule composite gel plugging agent and its preparation method (CN 201610826124.4): the gel plugging agent comprises the following components: 83 to 90 portions of nonionic monomer, 2 to 4 portions of anionic monomer, 7 to 10 portions of cationic monomer, 1 to 3 portions of biological polysaccharide and 0.001 to 0.005 portion of initiator. But the plugging agent is prepared by chemical synthesis, and has higher requirements on raw materials of the treating agent and the reaction process.
(3) A high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing polymer drilling plugging material and a preparation method thereof (202010233694.9): discloses a high temperature resistant and high pressure bearing polymer drilling plugging material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the prepared material comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 90.5 kilograms of acrylic emulsion, 5 kilograms of N, N-methylene bisacrylamide, 3 kilograms of dibutyl phthalate, 0.5 kilogram of foaming agent, 1 kilogram of preservative, and powder: no. 425 cement 30 kg, bentonite 20 kg, 400 mesh heavy calcium 20 kg, 300 mesh quartz sand 20 kg, and aluminum hydroxide crystal 10 kg. The preparation process of the plugging material is complex, and the temperature resistance of the material is not subjected to quantitative analysis.

The plugging agent can meet the plugging requirement of drilling at 80-150 ℃, but the material used by the invention is easy to decompose and lose efficacy after the temperature reaches a certain height.
(5) The article adopts a molecular structure design, uses acrylamide, butyl methacrylate and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid as monomers, uses flexible fibers as a reinforcing material and ammonium persulfate as an initiator, and prepares a novel high-temperature resistant fiber reinforced gel particle plugging agent through a polymerization reaction with a self-made macromolecular cross-linking agent BWL (BWL). The plugging agent has the plugging pressure to a high-permeability leakage layer higher than 7MPa at 140 ℃, and the pressure to a wide crack leakage passage after plugging is higher than 5MPa, but the effect is not ideal when the temperature is higher than 140 ℃.
(6) The research on the novel high-temperature-resistant controllable gel plugging agent (energy chemical engineering, 2018, 39 (06)) synthesizes a novel amphiphilic polymer by using acrylamide, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and a hydrophobic monomer as raw materials through molecular structure design, and prepares the novel gel plugging agent by using the novel amphiphilic polymer as a main agent and through a crosslinking reaction with a self-made crosslinking agent. The gelling time of the plugging agent is controllable. But when the temperature is higher than 140 c, the effect is not ideal. And the pressure bearing capacity of the plugging agent only reaches 7MPa.
The existing high-temperature resistant drilling fluid plugging agent has the temperature resistance mostly lower than 200 ℃ and the bearing capacity lower than 10MPa, and obviously cannot cope with more complex stratum conditions when the bottom temperature is higher and the pressure is higher,

The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problems of complex preparation and poor temperature resistance or pressure bearing performance in the prior art.

the high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of granular material, 1-2 parts of fiber material, 20-30 parts of silicone grease filler, 5-10 parts of rubber and 20-30 parts of anti-collapse agent, wherein the granular material comprises solid C/C composite material and super-strong retention particles (the raw material is white bark pine skin, the white bark pine skin is crushed and dried, and the particle size is 10-16 meshes).
The preferable C/C composite material is a high-strength carbon-based composite material taking carbon fiber and graphite fiber as reinforcements, the component ratio of the solid C/C composite material to the super-retention particles is 1-2.
Preferably the fibre material is a nano-fibre, the fibre diameter being less than 100nm.
The preferable silicone grease filler is superfine modified quartz powder, and the particle size of the particles is 20-40 mu m.
The particle diameter of the rubber is preferably 0.5 to 0.9mm.
The anti-collapse agent is preferably polyacrylamide nano particles, and the specification is 200 meshes.
The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent is characterized by firstly weighing the super-strong retention particles, the solid C/C composite material, the nano fibers, the silicone grease filler, the rubber particles and the anti-collapse agent, mixing all the materials together, uniformly stirring the materials by using a stirring instrument, drying the materials in a drying box at the temperature of 80-120 ℃ for 3-5 hours, taking out the materials, standing the materials, and cooling the temperature to room temperature to complete the preparation of the plugging agent.
The invention has the following technical effects:
the invention is prepared by carrying out particle size grading by an ideal filling principle, and the material of the invention mainly comprises rigid, elastic, fiber and sheet materials with different sizes. The particles are connected to form a compact plugging layer, the pores of the tiny pores of the plugging layer are filled by adopting a nano material, and meanwhile, the polyacrylamide can effectively bond the fibers and various particles together, so that the plugging capability of the plugging agent is integrally improved. The used material has good high temperature resistance, and can still play a good role in plugging in the environment of 200 ℃. The invention has better high-temperature bearing performance and the bearing capacity can reach more than 10 MPa.
Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be better understood, the invention will now be further explained with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
Weighing 12 parts of 16-mesh super-strong retention particles, 20 parts of 32-mesh solid core high-strength C/C composite material, 1 part of nano-fiber, 30 parts of 20-40 mu m superfine modified quartz powder, 7 parts of 0.7mm rubber particles and 30 parts of 200-mesh polyacrylamide according to mass, wherein the C/C composite material is a carbon-based composite material taking carbon fiber or graphite fiber as a reinforcement and is produced by Shenzhen Shanghai gold science and technology Co., ltd, and the super-strong retention particles are white bark pine skins as raw materials; the white bark pine epidermis is crushed and dried to obtain the white bark pine epidermis with the particle size of 10-16 meshes. Example 3
Weighing 8 parts of 10-mesh super-strong retention particles, 4 parts of 16-mesh solid high-strength C/C composite material, 16 parts of 32-mesh solid high-strength C/C composite material, 1 part of nano fiber, 25 parts of 20-40 mu m superfine modified quartz powder, 10 parts of 0.5mm rubber particles and 30 parts of 200-mesh polyacrylamide according to the mass. Mixing all the materials together, stirring uniformly by using a stirring instrument, drying for 4 hours in a drying box at 100 ℃, taking out and placing, and after the temperature is reduced to room temperature, completing the preparation of the plugging agent.
The prepared plugging agent is added into the prepared drilling fluid, relevant performance tests are carried out after the drilling fluid is aged for 16 hours at the temperature of 200 ℃, and the test results are shown in table 1.

The test result shows that the plugging agent has obvious plugging effect in a high-temperature environment and has stronger pressure-bearing capacity.
Claims (7)
1. The high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of granular materials, 1-2 parts of fiber materials, 20-30 parts of silicone grease filler, 5-10 parts of rubber and 20-30 parts of an anti-collapse agent, wherein the granular materials comprise solid C/C composite materials and super-strong retention particles, the super-strong retention particles are formed by crushing and drying bark pine skins, and the particle size is 10-16 meshes.
2. The plugging agent of claim 1, wherein the solid core C/C composite material is a carbon-based composite material with carbon fibers and graphite fibers as reinforcements, the component ratio of the solid core C/C composite material to the super-retention particles is 1.

The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-bearing plugging agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the super-strong retention particles, the solid C/C composite material, the nano-fibers, the silicone grease filler, the rubber particles and the anti-collapse agent are weighed, all the materials are mixed together, uniformly stirred by a stirring instrument, dried in a drying oven at 80-120 ℃ for 3-5 hours, taken out and placed, and the plugging agent is prepared after the temperature is reduced to room temperature.
