Comparative example 9
A paint film having a special effect, which differs from example 3 only in that:
equal amounts of 9,10-dibutoxyanthracene were used instead of isoamyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate.
Of these, 9,10-dibutoxyanthracene is commercially available under CAS No.: 76275-14-4.
Experiment 1
The paint films with special effects prepared in the examples and the comparative examples are placed in water at 80 ℃ together with a base material to be soaked for 1 hour, a plurality of scratches are scratched on the surface of the paint film by a knife before soaking, the scratches are 10 scratches in a grid shape, the scratches are arranged transversely and vertically, and the interval between every two adjacent scratches is 2mm.
And observing the peeling degree of the paint film after soaking from the base material at the scratch.
Experiment 2
The degree of ice-flower formation in the appearance of the paint films having special effects obtained in each of the examples and comparative examples was observed.
The results of tests 1 and 2 are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
According to the comparison of the data of the example 3 and the comparative examples 1-3 in the table 1, when the N-vinyl pyrrolidone, the dichloropropane and the ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether are compounded to be used as a diluent, the light sensitivity of the photo-curing paint can be effectively improved, so that the curing speed difference between the surface layer and the bottom layer is generated in the curing process, and the special obvious ice flower appearance is formed. The specific effect is shown in comparison with fig. 1 and fig. 2.
According to the comparison of the data of the example 3 and the comparative examples 4-6 in the table 1, when the compound of N-vinyl pyrrolidone, dichloropropane and ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether is not used as a diluent, the light sensitivity of the photo-curing paint is crossed, complete photo-curing cannot be carried out by one-time exposure, so that the adhesion between the paint film and the base material is seriously reduced, and the phenomenon that the paint film outside the scratch is peeled off in a large area is caused.
According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 3 and the comparative examples 7-9 in the table 1, when the benzophenone, the tetraethyl mikrolon and the isoamyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate are compounded to be used as the photoinitiator, the photosensitivity is further improved, so that the curing speed difference is more obvious, the ice flower effect is more obvious, the adhesive force of the paint film and a base material can be improved, and the paint film is not easy to crack, peel and the like. The specific effect is shown in comparison between fig. 1 and fig. 3 (the peeling is obvious at the lower right corner of fig. 3).
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
