Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mug processing, in particular to mug glaze for improving the mouthfeel of drinks and a mug glazing method.
Background
The mug is a cup type and refers to a big handle cup, and because the mug is called mug in English, the mug is translated into the mug. The mug is one of the home-made cups, and is generally used for hot drinks such as milk, coffee, tea and the like. Some countries in the western world also have the habit of drinking soup with a mug during work and rest. The cup body is generally a standard cylindrical or cylinder-like shape, and one side of the cup body is provided with a handle. The handle of the mug is generally in a semi-ring shape, the mug is generally made of pure porcelain, glazed porcelain, glass, stainless steel or plastic and the like, glazing treatment needs to be carried out on the mug in the preparation process of the mug, and a mug glaze material and a mug glazing method need to be used.
The invention provides a wear-resistant and antibacterial glaze and a preparation method thereof in Chinese invention patent with application number CN202110628550.8, wherein silver-loaded zirconium phosphate, zinc oxide and bismuth trioxide are subjected to ball milling to ensure that the particle sizes of the silver-loaded zirconium phosphate, the zinc oxide and the bismuth trioxide tend to be consistent through physical methods such as collision and rolling among particles, the particles are preliminarily and uniformly mixed to obtain a high-temperature contact type and catalytic type antibacterial material, and the prepared powder A is subjected to ball milling with high-temperature alumina and corundum powder to ensure that the powder A fully wraps the surfaces of the alumina and the corundum powder and the sintering temperature of the antibacterial material is higher, so that the sintering temperature and the antibacterial performance of the glaze are integrally improved. Compared with the firing temperature of 800 ℃ of the existing antibacterial glaze, the firing temperature of the glaze prepared by the invention is as high as 1100-1150 ℃, so that the glass phase in the glaze is reduced, the crystal phase is increased, and the abrasion resistance of the fired glazed tile is improved.
Although the comparison file has a good bacteriostatic effect, the color cannot be adjusted according to the requirement.
The invention provides a ceramic glazing method in the Chinese patent with the application number of CN202111650891.1, which can improve the quality of ceramic products, ensure that the glaze of the ceramic products is more complete, improve the overall ornamental value of the ceramic products, reduce the manufacturing procedures of the ceramic products and reduce the cost.
However, the glazing step of the above-mentioned comparison document only includes one spraying, and has no preheating effect, and the stability after the glaze is attached is not sufficient, so we propose a glaze for a mug and a glazing method for a mug that are optimized and improved to improve the mouthfeel of a drink.
