referring to fig. 13, a PP coiled material is fixed outside an emptying roller 18, one end of the PP coiled material is pulled to pass through a plurality of guide rollers 102 and a cutting roller 101, a second driving portion 40 is started, the second driving portion 40 operates, a first rotating arm 12 and a second rotating arm 13 are driven to rotate by the second driving portion 40, the first rotating arm 12 and the second rotating arm 13 rotate in a direction in which the first rotating arm 12 and the second rotating arm 13 approach each other, a slitting knife and the cutting roller 101 on the slitting knife frame assembly 14 are attached after the two corresponding slitting assemblies 20 are attached to the coiled material, the PP coiled material is slit by cooperation of the slitting knife assembly 14 and the cutting roller 101, the slit coiled material is wound on the outer side of the rewinding roller 17, a winding motor 19 is started, the winding motor 19 is fixedly connected with the rewinding roller 17, the winding motor 19 drives the winding roller 17 to rotate, further burrs do not exist on the outer side of the emptying roller 18, the slit coiled material is wound on the outer side of the rewinding roller 17, the coiled material is manufactured without the burrs, the cut, the coiled material, the production cost of the coiled material is reduced, and the production cost of the coiled material is reduced if the slit coiled material is not needed to be manufactured by the winding knife 22, and the trimming knife 22, and the production process of the production is performed.
