The nursing device for stopping bleeding of children wounds further comprises a covering film which is covered on the top surface of the protection ring so as to protect the absorbent cotton pad 4 and the like in the functional area 3 of the protection ring 1. The cover 7 includes an annular cover case 702 and an attachment piece 701 extending circumferentially from the outer periphery of the annular cover case 702, the cover case 702 has the same outer shape as the annular main body of the retainer 1 and has an outer dimension slightly larger than the outer dimension of the annular main body, one side of the cover case 702 facing the retainer 1 is provided with an annular groove adapted to the annular main body of the retainer 1 in shape so that the annular main body can be accommodated in the annular groove, and a plurality of protruding dots are provided on the side surface of the retainer 1 different from the top surface and the bottom surface and an inwardly recessed annular circle is provided on the inner wall of the annular groove, and when the annular main body is combined with the annular groove, the plurality of protruding dots can be embedded in the inwardly recessed annular circle to be snapped in. Example II differs from example I in that: the retainer 1 differs in structure in that in embodiment II, the retainer 1 has only a ring-shaped main body without the support ring 103 as described in embodiment I, the ring-shaped main body is provided with the glue injection hole 101 on the surface facing away from the skin, the ring-shaped main body is provided with a plurality of contact holes 102 on the surface close to the skin, and the middle of the ring-shaped main body of the retainer 1 is the functional region 3. In addition, in the two embodiments, the structure of the absorbent cotton pad 4 is greatly different, in embodiment II, the nursing device also comprises an adhesive ring 401, an absorbent cotton pad tearing hand 402, a bottom film 403, a bottom film tearing hand 404 and a cotton ring 405, the adhesive ring 401 is integrated with the absorbent cotton pad 4 and the cotton ring 405, the absorbent cotton pad tearing hand 402, the bottom film tearing hand and the cotton ring 405 are connected by a whole circular disc, the edge of the circular disc is provided with the absorbent cotton pad tearing hand 402, one side of the circular disc is attached with the absorbent cotton pad 4 and the cotton ring 405, the cotton ring 405 is positioned on the periphery of the absorbent cotton pad 4 and surrounds the absorbent cotton pad 4 with a gap therebetween, referring to fig. 14, the cotton ring 405 and the gap have the same function as in embodiment I, the adhesive-containing surface of the adhesive ring 401 is positioned on the side of the cotton ring 405 of the circular disc, as shown in fig. 14, the adhesive ring 401 surrounds the periphery of the cotton ring 405, which is different from embodiment I, and in embodiment I, the adhesive-containing surface of the adhesive ring 401 is positioned on the opposite side of the cotton ring 405. In embodiment II, the adhesive ring 401 is stuck on the top surface of the retainer 1; the bottom film 403 is not a plane but a cap-shaped one, covers the pad 4 and the loop 405, faces the loop 401, and is stuck to the loop 401, which is a combination of the unused state, and when ready to use, the cap-shaped bottom film 403 is removed from the loop 401, and then the pad 4 and the loop 405 are placed in the functional region 3, and the loop 401 is stuck to the top surface of the retainer 1.
When the medical cotton pad is manufactured, a plurality of medical cotton pads 4 can be configured in one product at one time. injecting the cold compress glue preparation into the protective ring 1 through the glue injection hole 101 at the top end of the protective ring 1;
placing a gauze pad 6 at the bottom of the functional area 3 in the middle of the retainer 1, and sticking and fixing the gauze pad 6 on the retainer 1 by a sticking and tearing hand 601;
taking down the bottom film 403 from the absorbent cotton pad 4, and sticking the sticking ring 401 on the gauze pad 6;
the cold compress glue preparation is extruded and injected above the sticking ring 401 and on the periphery of the absorbent cotton pad 4; and
the removed backsheet 5 is attached to the top end of the retainer 1 and the backsheet tear handle 501 is removed.
By injecting cold compress glue into the protective ring 1 and applying the cold compress glue on the upper part of the sticking ring 401 and the periphery of the absorbent cotton pad 4, the effect of physical pain relief is achieved.
The nursing method for hemostasis of children wounds is a non-treatment purpose method, directly treats and cures diseases, and provides a using method of a nursing device, and focuses on nursing.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A nursing device for hemostasis of wounds of children, comprising an absorbent cotton pad (4), characterized in that it further comprises:
a retainer (1) configured for positioning at the periphery of a wound; and
a binding strap (2) attached to the protective collar (1) for securing the care device to the limb of the patient,
wherein the absorbent pad (4) is configured to be removed from the nursing device for replacement.
2. A care device for hemostasis of wounds in children according to claim 1, wherein:
the protective ring (1) is annular, the middle of the annular shape of the protective ring (1) is a functional area (3), a cold glue is arranged in the protective ring (1), and the protective ring (1) carries out cold compress on the periphery of a wound through the cold glue;
