the elastic adjusting mechanism is arranged at the top end of the pressure release mechanism, the bottom end of the elastic adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the cooker end cover, and under the condition that the pressure release mechanism is subjected to the internal pressure of the cooker pot body, the pressure release mechanism pushes one end of the elastic adjusting mechanism to synchronously move in the height direction, and in the process, the elastic adjusting mechanism is stressed to elastically deform;
the anti-scalding grabbing mechanism is arranged at the top end of the cooker end cover, and one side of the anti-scalding grabbing mechanism partially covers the steam injection range and is used for avoiding contacting steam during grabbing.
Preferably, the pressure release mechanism comprises a first smooth section arranged in the pressure release hole, a transition section fixedly arranged at the top end of the first smooth section and a second smooth section arranged at the top end of the transition section;
the bottom end of the first smooth section is fixedly provided with a cross limiting frame;
the outer diameter of the second smooth section is the same as the aperture of the pressure relief hole, and a longitudinal rod is further arranged at the top end of the second smooth section.
Preferably, an annular gasket is arranged at the bottom of the cooker end cover corresponding to the pressure relief hole, and the annular gasket is made of high-temperature resistant engineering plastic;
the cross limiting frame is abutted with the cross limiting frame when the cross limiting frame rises to the limit position along with the first smooth section.
Preferably, the transverse fixing rods are arranged at the top end of the cooker end cover, the transverse fixing rods are arranged in parallel with the cooker end cover, and the adjacent transverse fixing rods are connected through connecting rods;

the outer diameter of the second smooth section 7 is the same as the aperture of the pressure relief hole 3, and a longitudinal rod 22 is further arranged at the top end of the second smooth section 7.
In the process of implementing the embodiment, when the pressure inside the cooker pot body 1 is too high in the embodiment, the gas inside the cooker pot body 1 pushes the transition section 6 to move upwards, so that the transition section 6 and the smooth section two 7 are gradually separated from the pressure release hole 3, the steam can move along the gap between the pressure release hole 3 and the smooth section one 5, and in addition, in order to improve the steam passing efficiency, the smooth section one 5 and the transition section 6 can also integrally select cones to accelerate the steam movement to be led outwards.

As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lateral fixing rod 13 is disposed at the top end of the cooker cover 2, the lateral fixing rod 13 is disposed in parallel with the cooker cover 2, and adjacent lateral fixing rods 13 are connected by a joint rod 14;
the connecting rod 14 is an arc-shaped rod so as to properly increase the pressure relief space;
the transverse fixing rod 13 and the connecting rod 14 are also connected to the upper surface of the cooker end cap 2 by means of a longitudinal positioning rod 12.
In the implementation of this embodiment, the transverse fixing rod 13 and the connecting rod 14 in this embodiment are arranged corresponding to the anti-scalding grabbing mechanism 300, so as to facilitate the movement of pulling the transverse fixing rod 13, the connecting rod 14 and the cooker end cover 2 outwards.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic adjusting mechanism 200 includes a sleeve 11 mounted on the longitudinal positioning rod 12, a second connecting rod 10 connecting adjacent sleeves 11;
one end of the second connecting rod 10 is connected with the movable end of the pressure release mechanism 100;
wherein, the sleeve 11 corresponding to the bottom of the connecting rod 14 is also connected through the first connecting rod 9;
the longitudinal positioning rod 12 is also sleeved with an elastic supporting piece 16, one end of the elastic supporting piece 16 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the cooker end cover 2, and the other end of the elastic supporting piece 16 is fixedly connected with the transverse fixing rod 13 or the connecting rod 14.
In the process of implementing this embodiment, when the pressure in the cooker pot 1 is too high, the first smooth section 5 moves upward, and the first connecting rod 9, the second connecting rod 10 and the sleeve 11 are driven by the longitudinal rod 22 to move synchronously, meanwhile, the sleeve 11 moves along the longitudinal positioning rod 12 in the height direction, and the elastic supporting member 16 is elastically deformed when the guide hole 17 provided on the sleeve 11 slides along the longitudinal positioning rod 12, and the degree of compression of the elastic supporting member 16 is automatically adjusted according to the pressure, and when the pressure in the cooker pot 1 is reduced, the elastic supporting member 16 gradually recovers to deform, so that the sleeve 11 is pushed to move reversely along the longitudinal positioning rod 12, and the first connecting rod 9 and the second connecting rod 10 provided on the sleeve 11 also push the second smooth section 7, the transition section 6 and the first smooth section 5 to move reversely, and when the pressure in the cooker pot 1 is reduced to a certain extent, the second smooth section 7 stays in the pressure release hole 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a corrugated sleeve 15 is further sleeved between the cooker end cover 2 and the transverse fixing rod 13, and between the cooker end cover 2 and the connecting rod 14;
wherein the bellows 15 is arranged outside the elastic support 16, said bellows 15 being further arranged coaxially with the longitudinal positioning rod 12.
In the process of implementing this embodiment, the bellows 15 is made of a rubber material, so that the sleeve 11 can deform as required during the process of lifting the longitudinal positioning rod 12, so as to avoid the contact of steam with the elastic support 16, and prevent the surface of the elastic support 16 from generating rust.
As shown in fig. 5, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the anti-scalding gripping mechanism 300 includes a first fixing rod 18 fixedly installed inside the transverse fixing rod 13, and a second fixing rod 19 connected to the adjacent first fixing rod 18;
the second fixing rod 19 is arranged in the middle of the first fixing rod 18, and diamond-shaped anti-skidding patterns 20 are further formed on the surface of the second fixing rod 19, so that static friction force between the second fixing rod and a palm can be increased in the holding process, the holding is facilitated, and falling-off is prevented in the holding process;
the baffle plates 21 are obliquely arranged in the first fixing rod 18 and positioned on two sides of the second fixing rod 19.
