the television broadcasting device is used for receiving the emergency broadcast message in the frequency modulation format sent by the frequency modulation broadcast coverage network, verifying, sorting and packaging the emergency broadcast message to obtain a processed emergency broadcast message, and sending the processed emergency broadcast message to the digital television;
and the digital television is used for receiving the processed emergency broadcast message sent by the television broadcasting device and decoding and broadcasting the processed emergency broadcast message.
2. The emergency broadcast message television broadcasting system of claim 1, wherein the television broadcasting device comprises a USB-FM receiver, the USB-FM receiver comprising an FM reception chipset, the FM reception chipset comprising a first FM reception chip and a second FM reception chip;
the first FM receiving chip is used for receiving the emergency broadcast message in the RDS format;
and the second FM receiving chip is used for receiving the emergency broadcast message in the FM format.
3. The television broadcast system of emergency broadcast messages according to claim 2, wherein the USB-FM receiver further comprises a single chip microcomputer;
the single chip microcomputer is respectively connected with the first FM receiving chip and the second FM receiving chip and is used for receiving the emergency broadcast message in the RDS format or the emergency broadcast message in the FM format and verifying the emergency broadcast message in the RDS format or the emergency broadcast message in the FM format;
if the verification is passed, the emergency broadcast message in the RDS format or the emergency broadcast message in the FM format is collated into the emergency broadcast message in the preset format;
and packaging the emergency broadcast message with the preset format to obtain the processed emergency broadcast message.
4. The emergency broadcast message television broadcasting system of claim 3, wherein the USB-FM receiver further comprises a USB interface chip;
and the USB interface chip is used for sending the processed emergency broadcast message to the digital television.
5. The emergency broadcast message television broadcasting system according to claim 1, wherein the digital television is configured to decode the audio packet of the processed emergency broadcast message to obtain the decoded emergency broadcast message.
6. The system for broadcasting emergency broadcast messages according to claim 5, wherein the digital television is configured to determine a current state, and if the current state is a power-on state, directly broadcast the decoded emergency broadcast message; and if the current state is the standby state, the decoded emergency broadcast message is played after awakening.
7. The television broadcast system of emergency broadcast messages of claim 1, wherein the television broadcast device is connected to the digital television via a USB connector.

A television broadcasting method of an emergency broadcast message, which is applied to the television broadcasting system of the emergency broadcast message according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the system comprising: the system comprises an emergency broadcast platform, a frequency modulation broadcast coverage network, a television broadcasting device and a digital television; the method comprises the following steps:
the frequency modulation broadcast coverage network receives the emergency broadcast message in the frequency modulation format sent by the emergency broadcast platform and sends the emergency broadcast message in the frequency modulation format to the television broadcast device;
the television broadcasting device receives the emergency broadcast message in the frequency modulation format sent by the frequency modulation broadcast coverage network, verifies, arranges and packages the emergency broadcast message to obtain a processed emergency broadcast message, and sends the processed emergency broadcast message to the digital television;
and the digital television receives the processed emergency broadcast message sent by the television broadcasting device and decodes and broadcasts the processed emergency broadcast message.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of claim 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable medium having non-volatile program code executable by a processor, the program code causing the processor to perform the method of claim 8.
