Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein.
The charging pile output power control method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein, charging pile 102 communicates with server 104 through the network. The data storage system can store power control files of different charging piles in a plurality of areas. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. The charging pile 102 comprises a charging main control unit and a power supply module, the server 104 issues a power control file corresponding to the charging pile 102 to the charging main control unit of the charging pile 102 through a network, the charging main control unit calculates limited transmission power according to a preset rule, and then the purpose of limiting the output power is achieved by controlling the output current of the power supply module. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a charging pile output power control method is provided, which is described by taking the charging main control unit of the charging pile 102 in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step S210, receiving a plurality of power control files which are sent by a server and are associated with a target charging pile; the power control files are generated for the server according to the charging demand information of the area where the target charging pile is located, and each power control file is configured with output power limiting information and an initial priority.
The output power limit information may include a limit time and a limit power, among others.
The target charging pile can be any charging pile in any area.
Wherein the initial priority indicates a priority of the power control file under the control type.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a power control file model according to an embodiment, a power control file may have a plurality of limiting parameter tables to form a linked list, so as to satisfy the limitation of implementing different powers in multiple periods within a control time. The starting time + duration defines the effective period of a limiting parameter table, the UTC time is required to be used for all the time, and the time representation method uses the ISO 8601 date-time representation method. The limit power defines the charging power value that is required to limit the charging post during the validity period.
In the specific implementation, the server can generate a power control file of the charging pile in each area in advance according to the charging demand information of each area, the power control file is stored in the data storage system, when the charging power of a target charging pile in a certain area needs to be controlled, a power control request is sent to the server, the server responds to the power control request, a plurality of power control files related to the target charging pile are inquired from the data storage system and sent to the target charging pile, specifically to a charging main control unit of the target charging pile, and therefore the target charging pile can obtain a plurality of corresponding power control files.
Step S220, according to the output power limiting information, a plurality of candidate power control files related to the target time period are determined from each power control file; the target time period is any valid time period.
In a specific implementation, different power control files have different limiting information, and specifically, different limiting powers and limiting times may be provided, that is, the effective time of each power control file is different, so that, for any effective target time period, a plurality of candidate power control files associated with the target time period are determined from each power control file according to the limiting time of each power control file, and thus a target power control file for controlling the output power of the target charging pile in the target time period is determined from each candidate power control file.
In step S230, a target power control file executed in the target time period is determined from the plurality of candidate power control files according to the output power limit information and the initial priority of each candidate power control file.
In a specific implementation, different power control files may have different control types, and the control types may affect the determination result of the target power control file in addition to the output power limitation information and the initial priority. Therefore, before determining the target power control file, the control type corresponding to each candidate power control file needs to be determined, and the target power control file executed in the target time period is determined from each candidate power control file by combining the output power limit information, the initial priority and the control type of each candidate power control file.
Step S240, determining the output power of the target charging pile in the target time period based on the output power limitation information included in the target power control file.
In the specific implementation, only one target power control file is provided in the same time interval, when the time of the target time period is long, multiple time intervals may need to be divided, and multiple determined target power control files may be provided. When only one target power control file is available corresponding to the target time period, the output power of the target charging pile in the target time period can be controlled within the range of the limited power in the target power control file.
In the charging pile output power control method, a server generates a plurality of power control files according to charging demand information of each area, and configures output power limit information and initial priority for each power control file, so that each charging pile can issue each power control file associated with each charging pile, each charging pile can screen candidate power control files in any effective time period from the power control files associated with each charging pile, and a target power control file executed in a target time period is determined from each candidate power control file based on the output power limit information and the initial priority; and determining the output power of the target charging pile in the target time period based on the output power limit information contained in the target power control file. The method for generating a plurality of power control files by the server and issuing the power control files to each charging pile realizes the charging power control of any charging pile in different areas in any time period, and can control all the piles of the whole charging station at one time in a file mode, and can trace back, thereby being convenient for recording and tracing; by means of multi-file stacking, the power limit requirement of any time period in most practical operation can be met conveniently.
In an exemplary embodiment, each power control file also contains a charging gun identification for the restricted charging gun; the determining of the target power control file in step S230 further includes:
step S231, determining a control type corresponding to each candidate power control file according to at least one condition of the output power limit information and the charging gun identification;
step S232, determining a target power control file executed in the target time period from the plurality of candidate power control files according to the output power limitation information, the initial priority, and the control type of each candidate power control file.
Wherein each power control file must use the charging gun identification to specify which gun of the charging pile to perform the power limitation. For example, a number represents a charging gun identifier, 0 represents the charging pile body, namely all charging guns corresponding to the charging pile, and [1 \8230, N ] respectively represent charging gun numbers specifically connected with the charging pile.
Specifically, since the output power limitation information includes the limitation time and the limitation power, the determination of the target power control file further includes: and determining a control type corresponding to each candidate power control file according to at least one condition of the limiting time, the limiting power and the charging gun identifier, and determining a target power control file executed in a target time period from the multiple candidate power control files according to the output power limiting information, the initial priority and the control type of each candidate power control file.
In this embodiment, in consideration of the influence of the control type on the determination of the output power of the charging pile, the control type of each candidate power control file is determined according to at least one of the output power limit information and the charging gun identifier, and then the target power control file is determined by combining the control type, the output power limit information, and the initial priority, so that the matching degree between the determined target power control file and the actual charging demand can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application defines three control types, including: the control system comprises a maximum power control type, a cycle control type and a temporary control type, wherein each control type is defined as follows:
1. the maximum power control type: in a load balancing scenario, the charging pile should have one or more maximum power control files to limit the charging power of all charging guns of the entire charging pile, and the output power of all guns of the entire charging pile should not exceed the limit power value in the limit parameter within the time specified by the limit parameter. The specific power limit values and time points are defined in a linked list of limiting parameters.
2. The cycle control type: in a load balancing scenario, the charging pile is allowed to use a cyclic control type file to indicate that the charging pile needs to perform power control periodically, wherein the period may be day, week and month. In this period, the charging main control unit calculates the power limit value at the current time point by itself to control the output power. The specific power limit values and time points are defined in a linked list of limiting parameters.
3. The temporary control type: in a load balancing scene, the charging pile is allowed to use the temporary control type file, which indicates that the charging pile needs to temporarily limit power, and the charging main control unit needs to automatically delete the temporary control file beyond the time point described in the limiting parameter. And the temporary control file enjoys a higher priority in the rules of the file stack than the loop control file, i.e., the temporary control file overrides the loop control file if within the same period of time. The specific power limit value and the limit time are defined in a limit parameter linked list.
In the step S231, the control type corresponding to each candidate power control file is determined according to at least one condition of the output power limit information and the charging gun identifier, which may specifically be implemented by the following steps:
step S231a, when the charging gun identifiers included in the candidate power control file are identifiers of all charging guns representing the target charging pile, determining that the control type of the candidate power control file is the maximum power control type.
For example, if 0 represents the charging pile body, i.e. all charging guns corresponding to the charging pile, [ 1' \8230n ] represents charging gun numbers specifically connected to the charging pile, respectively, when the charging gun identifier included in the candidate power control file is 0, it may be determined that the control type of the candidate power control file is the maximum power control type.
In step S231b, when the constraint time included in the candidate power control file has periodicity, it is determined that the control type of the candidate power control file is a loop control type.
Specifically, the cycle of the cyclic control type may be day, week, month, or the like. For example, if the time limit of a candidate power control file is 8 to 21 points per day or monday per week, the control type of the candidate power control file may be determined as the cyclic control type.
In step S231c, when the limited power and the limited time contained in the candidate power control file are temporary, it is determined that the control type of the candidate power control file is the temporary control type.
Specifically, the power of the charging pile is temporarily limited to 60kW from 5 months 1 to 5 months 2 days in 2023.
In this embodiment, because the charging demand of the power grid is various, this embodiment distinguishes different charging demands by defining a plurality of different control types, and is convenient for the control of the charging power according to the control type in the follow-up.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application further defines a stacking rule of a multi-file stacking model:
in one embodiment, power control files of the same control type are allowed to have multiple priorities while having the same multiple different control types. In general, different power control files should contain different limiting parameters, including different schedules and different limiting powers.
In one embodiment, there should be at least one maximum power control file to limit the charging power of all charging guns of the entire charging post.
In one embodiment, to avoid collisions, one charging gun does not allow for multiple power control files with the same priority and control type. If the charging main control unit receives the power control files with the same priority and control type sent by the server, the charging main control unit should replace the existing power control files.
In one embodiment, at any point in time, the charging master unit should traverse all of the power control files. Among all the power control files under the same control type, the control file which is valid at the time point and has the highest priority should be selected, and a comprehensive limited power table of the control type is obtained. The table obtains the final time by calculating the minimum value for each time interval, which need not be of fixed length. And the charging main control unit selects the minimum limit power value according to the three sorted comprehensive limit power tables and then sends the limit power value to the power module.
In one embodiment, to implement the queue-insertion mode, the temporary control file enjoys a higher priority in the rules of the file stack than the loop control file, i.e., the temporary control file overrides the loop control file if within the same time period.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in the step S232, the target power control file executed in the target time period is determined from the multiple candidate power control files according to the output power limitation information, the initial priority, and the control type of each candidate power control file, and specifically, the step S232 may be implemented by:
step S510, classifying each candidate power control file according to the control type to obtain a plurality of candidate file sets;
step S520, aiming at each candidate file set, selecting a candidate power control file with the highest initial priority from the candidate file set according to the initial priority of each candidate power control file in the candidate file set;
step S530, according to the control type and the output power control information, a target power control file is determined from the candidate power control files with the highest initial priority corresponding to each candidate file set.
In particular, the present application is directed to the multiple file stacking rule shown in fig. 4, so that each power control file requires an initial priority level for limitation. And the initial high priority value enjoys a relatively high priority. In any effective time period, the charging main control unit can determine the power control file with the highest initial priority in the power control files of each control type, then according to a multi-file stacking rule, a target power control file is determined from the power control files with the highest initial priority selected under each control type, and the output power executed in the target time period is calculated.
In this embodiment, the power control file with the highest initial priority is selected from the candidate file set corresponding to each type, and then the target power control file is determined from the power control file with the highest initial priority selected under each control type.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment, in step S330, determining, according to the control type and the output power control information, a target power control file from candidate power control files with the highest initial priority corresponding to each candidate file set, includes: and determining a target power control file from the candidate power control files with the highest initial priority corresponding to each candidate file set according to the condition that the priority of the power control file of the temporary control type is higher than that of the power control file of the cyclic control type and the condition that the priority of the power control file of the smaller limiting power in the same limiting time is higher under the non-temporary control type.
In this embodiment, the temporary control file corresponding to the temporary control type has a higher priority in the rule of file stacking than the loop control file corresponding to the loop control type, that is, if the temporary control file is in the same time period, the temporary control file may override the loop control file, so as to implement the queue insertion mode. In the case of a plurality of power control files with limited power within the same limited time, the priority of the power control file with the smaller limited power is set higher, so that the determined target power control file can meet the requirements of all the power control files.
In an exemplary embodiment, each power control file further has a corresponding control type, and after receiving the plurality of power control files associated with the target charging pile sent by the server in step S210, the method further includes:
step S211, inquiring the control type and the initial priority of a current power control file corresponding to the target charging pile;
in step S212, if a second power control file exists in the current power control file, where the control type and the initial priority of the second power control file are the same as those of a first power control file in the received multiple power control files, the second power control file is replaced with the first power control file.
The current power control file can be understood as a power control file which is currently stored by the charging main control unit of the target charging pile and is associated with the target charging pile.
In this embodiment, after receiving a plurality of power control files associated with a target charging pile and sent by a server, a charging main control unit of the charging pile queries a control type and an initial priority of a current power control file corresponding to the target charging pile, and replaces a second power control file with the first power control file when the second power control file is present in the current power control file, where the control type and the initial priority of the first power control file are the same as those of the received plurality of power control files, so as to ensure uniqueness of each power control file of each initial priority in each charging pile, and avoid file conflicts.
In an exemplary embodiment, the output power limitation information includes a limitation time including an effective time and an end time of the power control file; the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring the limit time of a current power control file corresponding to the target charging pile; and deleting the invalid power control file when detecting that the invalid power control file exists in the current power control file according to the effective time and the termination time in the limit time.
In this embodiment, each power control file further needs to declare an effective time and a termination time to clarify the effective time of the power control file, and when it is detected that any one of the currently stored power control files of the charging main control unit of the target charging pile exceeds the effective time, that is, the current power control file is invalid, the charging main control unit automatically deletes the power control file, so as to reduce occupation of a storage space of the charging pile.

b) In 2022, in order to respond to the requirement of peak clipping and valley leveling of a power grid, the charging power of each charging pile is limited to 100kW from 8 o 'clock to 21 o' clock every day, and is recovered to 120kW from 21 o 'clock to 8 o' clock next day in the early morning.
c) After summer, in order to reduce the load of the power grid, power limitation is carried out between 2022-06-01 and 2022-09-01, and the charging power of each charging pile is limited to 80kW from 8 o 'clock to 21 o' clock every day in the period of time and is limited to 100kW from 21 o 'clock every night to 8 o' clock in the next morning.
d) Due to the grid regulation, the charging power of each charging post needs to be temporarily limited to 60kW at 2022-05-01 to 2022-05-02.
In order to meet the above requirements, the output power control method provided by the present application can be used to meet the requirements.
Referring to table 1, in order to meet the requirement a, a maximum power control file can be issued to limit the output power of the charging pile to 100kW in 2022-03-01 to 2022-03-28, and then to limit the output power of the charging pile to 120kW, and the validity period of the file is up to 2027-3-28.
Figure SMS_1

Figure SMS_2
Referring to table 3, in order to satisfy the above-described requirement c, a cyclic control file (priority 1) may be issued. This file has a higher priority at 2022-06-01 to 2022-09-01 than the power control file in table 2. Therefore, according to the file stacking rule specified in the application, during the period, the file replaces the power control file in the table 2, the charging power of each charging pile is limited to 80kW from 8 pm to 21 pm, and the charging power of each charging pile is limited to 100kW from 21 pm to 8 pm in the next morning.
Figure SMS_3
