Clamping and positioning: the lower end of the angle adjusting frame is placed in a limiting groove 43 on a support positioning block I45, then a clamping positioning cylinder II 37 drives a clamping moving block 35 to move, and a side positioning pin 34 on the clamping moving block 35 enters a positioning hole on the support positioning block I45 to realize clamping; two sides of the lower end of the shield support are inserted into a positioning and mounting chute 47 of a support positioning block II 46 to realize positioning; the limiting support is penetrated into the end positioning pin 50, then one end of the outer pipe column casing passes through the groove of the shield support and is abutted against the hole of the limiting support, the clamping positioning cylinder I28 drives the jacking column 26 to move to jack up one end of the outer pipe column casing, clamping and positioning are completed, fixing of the outer pipe column casing is achieved, the inner side supporting plate 38 plays a role in reliable supporting in the jacking process, and the L-shaped limiting plate 33 is used for limiting the side face of the outer pipe column casing and ensuring accurate position of the outer pipe column casing.
The servo motor 12 drives the central rotating frame to rotate, the clamping station is switched to the pushing station, at the moment, the electromagnet I30 is powered off, the clamping support plate 20 is separated from the lifting platform 1, the station push-pull cylinder 6 stretches out and draws back, the electromagnet II 56 realizes the connection between the stretching end of the station push-pull cylinder 6 and the welding clamping tool 17, and the station push-pull cylinder 6 drives the welding clamping tool 17 to enter the welding station, so that welding work is performed through an industrial robot; after the welding work is finished, the station push-pull cylinder 6 pushes the welding clamping tool 17 to move to a pushing station; the electromagnet I30 is electrified, and the clamping support plate 20 is attracted with the lifting table 1; the center rotating frame drives the welding clamping tool 17 to enter a cooling station.
The expansion and contraction of the lifting cylinder 10 drives the lifting table 1 to lift, and then the lifting of the welding clamping tool 17 is realized, the welding clamping tool 17 enters the cooling water tank 2, the welded outer pipe column casing is cooled, and after cooling is completed, the expansion and contraction of the lifting cylinder 10 drives the lifting table 1 to lift, and the welding clamping tool 17 is switched to a purging station.
The electromagnetic valve 15 can control the opening and closing of the high-pressure spray pipe 13, and high-pressure gas sprayed by the air nozzle blows away scraps and moisture on an outer pipe column casing and a bracket on the welding clamping tool 17 and falls into the cooling water tank 2, so that the drying is accelerated, and the working efficiency is indirectly improved; after purging is completed; the clamping and positioning cylinder I28 drives the jacking column 26 to move, and the outer tube column casing is loosened; simultaneously, the clamping and positioning cylinder II 37 drives the clamping and moving block 35 to move, the side positioning pin 34 is loosened, and then the welded outer tubular column casing is taken out.
