Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, this embodiment provides a method for switching a voice service, which is applied to a base station, and the method includes:
In this embodiment, the base station refers to a 5G base station or other base stations that may or may not support VoNR, and the handover request includes a terminal identifier. The terminal is performing a voice service based on the VoNR, for example, the terminal initiates the voice service in an NR cell supporting the VoNR and moves to an NR cell not supporting the VoNR. At this time, since the 5G signal is always in a good state, the terminal cannot initiate measurement on the 4G network, so that the call cannot be switched from VoNR to VoLTE. In this embodiment, an NR cell supporting VoNR is referred to as a first cell, and an NR cell not supporting VoNR is referred to as a second cell, that is, a terminal moves from the first cell to the second cell, and the terminal sends a handover request to the second cell. The method for the base station to learn that the terminal is performing the voice service based on the VoNR includes: the handover request comprises information for indicating that the terminal is performing the voice service based on the VoNR, or the base station acquires information (such as a 5QI1 service) that the terminal is performing the voice service based on the VoNR from the base station to which the first cell belongs, or the base station acquires information that the terminal is performing the voice service based on the VoNR from a core network.
Optionally, the handover request includes a same frequency handover requirement.
And 102, judging whether the self supports VoNR or not according to the switching request.
In this embodiment, since the terminal is performing the voice service based on the VoNR, the base station needs to determine whether the terminal supports the VoNR, so as to avoid the problem that the voice service of the terminal is interrupted when the terminal cannot support the VoNR after switching.
And 103, responding to that the terminal does not support VoNR, and sending the switching request to the 4G adjacent cell so that the terminal establishes the voice service based on VoLTE on the 4G adjacent cell.
In this embodiment, when the second cell knows that it does not support VoNR, it sends a handover request to the 4G neighboring cell in time when detecting that the terminal sends the handover request. Because the base station equipment which does not support the VoNR and the base station equipment of the 4G adjacent cell are the same wireless equipment provider (namely the same manufacturer), the data formats of the base stations are the same, so that the base stations have communication bases, the base station (or the second cell) which does not support the VoNR is used as a relay node, and the switching request of the terminal is sent to the 4G adjacent cell, so that the terminal can establish voice service based on VoLTE on the 4G adjacent cell, and seamless connection of conversation is ensured.
Optionally, after responding that the self does not support the VoNR and before sending the handover request to the 4G neighboring cell, the method for handing over the voice service further includes: rejecting the handover request.
Specifically, rejecting the handover request comprises: and sending rejection information to the terminal so that the terminal does not retransmit the switching request, wherein the rejection information comprises a rejection notice and a suggestion that the switching request is not required to be retransmitted.
Generally, after receiving the information of rejecting the handover, the terminal may initiate a second handover request, and in order to avoid waste of signaling resources, the reject information of this embodiment includes a suggestion that the handover request does not need to be retransmitted, so that the terminal does not retransmit the handover request and waits for subsequent scheduling of the base station. Optionally, rejecting the handover request specifically includes ignoring the handover request, that is, the base station does not feed back relevant information to the terminal, and subsequently serving as a relay node only sends the handover request to the 4G neighboring cell.
Optionally, after determining whether or not the voice service supports VoNR according to the handover request, the method for handing over a voice service further includes: and receiving the switching request and completing the cell switching in response to the self-supporting VoNR.
In this embodiment, when the base station (or the second cell) supports the VoNR, the base station receives the handover request and completes the cell handover, so that the terminal continues the voice service based on the VoNR on the second cell.
Optionally, the sending the handover request to the 4G neighboring cell specifically includes: and after the terminal sends the current voice data packet and within a preset time length before the next voice data packet arrives, sending the switching request to a 4G adjacent cell.
In the present embodiment, the preset time period may be set to 20 milliseconds. Cell switching is completed within the interval duration of two voice data packets of the terminal, so that seamless connection during voice service switching is ensured, and user experience is improved.
In the method for switching voice service in this embodiment, the base station determines in advance before switching to determine whether to receive the switching request of the terminal or forward the switching request of the terminal to the 4G neighboring cell. When the terminal does not support the VoNR, the switching request of the terminal is forwarded to the 4G adjacent cell in time, so that the terminal establishes the voice service based on the VoLTE on the 4G adjacent cell, the VoNR call of the terminal can be quickly switched to the VoLTE call, the voice service of the terminal is ensured to be successfully continued, and the interruption of the VoNR voice service of the terminal can be avoided. In addition, in order to avoid the waste of signaling resources, the reject message of this embodiment includes a suggestion that the handover request does not need to be retransmitted, so that the terminal does not retransmit the handover request and waits for the subsequent scheduling of the base station. Further, within the interval duration of two voice data packets of the terminal, the base station which does not currently support the VoNR is used as a relay node to forward the switching request of the terminal to the 4G adjacent cell, so that cell switching is completed, seamless connection during voice service switching is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a switching apparatus for voice services, including:
a receiving module 21, configured to receive a handover request sent by a terminal, where the terminal is performing a voice service based on VoNR.
And the judging module 22 is connected to the receiving module 21 and is configured to judge whether or not the self supports VoNR according to the handover request. The handover request includes information indicating that the terminal is performing the VoNR-based voice service, or information that the terminal is performing the VoNR-based voice service (for example, a 5QI1 service) is acquired from the base station to which the first cell belongs, or information that the terminal is performing the VoNR-based voice service is acquired from the core network.
And the processing module 23 is connected to the decision module 22, and is configured to send the handover request to the 4G neighboring cell in response to that the terminal does not support VoNR, so that the terminal establishes a voice service based on VoLTE on the 4G neighboring cell.
Optionally, the processing module includes a rejecting unit, and the rejecting unit is configured to reject the handover request of the terminal after responding to that the terminal does not support the VoNR.
Optionally, the handover request includes a need for intra-frequency handover.
Optionally, the processing module is further configured to receive the handover request and complete cell handover in response to the VoNR supported by the processing module.
Specifically, the rejecting unit is configured to send rejection information to the terminal so that the terminal does not retransmit the handover request, where the rejection information includes a rejection notification and a suggestion that the handover request does not need to be retransmitted.
Optionally, the processing module comprises a forwarding unit. And the forwarding unit is used for sending the switching request to the 4G adjacent cell within a preset time length before the next voice data packet arrives after the terminal sends the current voice data packet.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a base station, which includes a memory 31 and a processor 32, where the memory 31 stores a computer program, and the processor 32 is configured to run the computer program to implement the method for switching the voice service according to embodiment 1.
Example 4:
the present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for switching voice service according to embodiment 1.
The apparatus for switching a voice service of embodiment 2, the base station of embodiment 3, and the computer-readable storage medium of embodiment 4 are configured to make a decision in advance by the base station before switching to determine whether to receive a handover request of a terminal or forward the handover request of the terminal to a 4G neighbor. The method and the device are used for forwarding the switching request of the terminal to the 4G adjacent cell in time when the terminal does not support the VoNR, so that the terminal establishes the voice service based on the VoLTE on the 4G adjacent cell, the VoNR call of the terminal can be quickly switched to the VoLTE call, the voice service of the terminal is ensured to be successfully continued, and the interruption of the VoNR voice service of the terminal can be avoided. In addition, in order to avoid the waste of signaling resources, the reject message of this embodiment includes a suggestion that the handover request does not need to be retransmitted, so that the terminal does not retransmit the handover request and waits for the subsequent scheduling of the base station. Further, the method and the device are used for forwarding the switching request of the terminal to the 4G adjacent cell by using the base station which does not currently support the VoNR as a relay node within the interval duration of two voice data packets of the terminal, so that cell switching is completed, seamless connection during voice service switching is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments adopted to illustrate the principles of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
