When the network data processing unit receives the feedback that the identification result of the network data or the video stream is characterized as that the identification is not passed and the invalid instruction, the network data processing unit alarms through an operation and maintenance platform in the network data processing unit, and in addition, the monitoring equipment triggers the alarm when detecting any problem.
Furthermore, the functions corresponding to the information identification unit and the network data processing unit of the monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the invention can also be integrated in the electronic screen receiving card according to requirements, and the network data sent by the broadcast control host computer is subjected to data monitoring through the electronic screen receiving card; in addition, the above functions can also be integrated in the broadcast control host, and the effect which can be realized by the information authentication unit and/or the network data processing unit can be realized by the broadcast control host. Further, the video acquisition unit, the network data processing unit and the information identification unit can also be respectively deployed in independent hardware modules, and corresponding functions are realized through communication among a plurality of hardware modules.
Specifically, the information identification unit is configured with an algorithm database, the algorithm database stores information identification algorithms in advance, the information identification algorithms comprise a character identification algorithm and an image identification algorithm, and the information identification unit is also used for acquiring the character identification algorithm and/or the image identification algorithm to perform identification processing on the image information and/or the character information; and if the character identification algorithm and/or the image identification algorithm are identified to pass, determining that the identification result is identification to pass.

The sensitive word bank stores various vocabularies such as pornography, abuse, political affairs and the like, and the picture and the words are regarded as bad information by the information identification algorithm when the picture and the words are found to be matched with any vocabulary in the sensitive word bank.
When the information identification unit identifies the network data or the video stream, the network data processing unit is further used for analyzing the network data, recovering picture information corresponding to the network data, and transmitting the picture information to the information identification unit, wherein the picture information comprises image information and/or character information, the information identification unit is used for extracting the picture information in the picture information corresponding to the network data, key information in the picture information is extracted through an image analysis technology, a plurality of image areas to be analyzed corresponding to the picture information are obtained, each image area to be analyzed is input into a preset deep learning model, the image area to be analyzed is analyzed, and whether the image area to be analyzed comprises bad information corresponding to the image or not is detected.
The embodiment of the invention can also process the picture information based on image processing and deep machine learning technologies, specifically, after the picture identification algorithm receives the extracted picture information, preprocessing such as picture transformation, enhancement, texture analysis and image restoration is performed firstly, so that the noise influence in the image is reduced, the important features of the image information are enhanced, then the regions and the contents containing key information in the complex image are found out through edge detection, image segmentation and image feature analysis technologies, the segmented picture is divided into a plurality of image regions to be analyzed, and then each image region to be analyzed is subjected to subsequent analysis by using the algorithm of the deep learning model. The deep learning model is a new field in machine learning research, has excellent characteristic learning ability, simulates the mechanism of human brain to explain data, and the learned characteristics are more essential to the data, thereby being beneficial to visualization or classification. In addition, aiming at the content identification of the image area to be analyzed, the embodiment of the invention constructs a machine learning model with multiple hidden layers, trains and optimizes the model by collecting massive bad content training pictures, helps the model to learn and optimize characteristic parameters, and continuously improves the identification precision in the learning process, thereby finally improving the accuracy of classification or prediction. In addition, the image identification algorithm has the function of detecting pornographic and riot images, and specifically, the embodiment of the invention can carry out identification analysis on image information through modeling, image perception, explanation and reasoning and content-based image and video retrieval technologies, wherein the identification analysis comprises the identification detection of pornographic and riot images.
Further, the image identification algorithm extracts the text content in the image area to be analyzed, compares the text content with the sensitive word bank corresponding to the text identification algorithm, and judges whether the sensitive word bank has the sensitive word meeting the content threshold corresponding to the text content. And when the image area to be analyzed is detected to comprise bad information corresponding to the image and/or sensitive words meeting the content threshold value corresponding to the text content exist in the sensitive word bank, determining that the image information identification is not passed.
Specifically, the image identification algorithm of the embodiment of the present invention may further extract a plurality of text nodes in the image region to be analyzed through OCR, where the plurality of text nodes include all characters, symbols, numbers, and english letters in the image, then combine the plurality of text nodes according to preset semantic information, recover the plurality of text nodes into words and sentences with normal semantics, obtain text contents corresponding to the semantic information, determine a vocabulary type corresponding to the text contents through a classifier algorithm, compare the text contents with a sensitive vocabulary library preset in the monitoring device based on the vocabulary type, and determine whether the sensitive vocabulary library includes sensitive words corresponding to the vocabulary type.
The character content extracted aiming at the image information can be identified by using technologies such as NLP, fuzzy matching, neural network algorithm, semantic segmentation and the like, meanwhile, fuzzy matching, pinyin matching and synonym matching are supported, and illegal vocabulary types can be accurately distinguished through a classifier algorithm.
The other electronic screen information monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the invention identifies video stream and network data through a picture identification algorithm and a character identification algorithm, finds problems in the monitoring process, gives an alarm in advance, and blocks data transmission, wherein based on the design of the monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the invention can be applied to various scenes such as one broadcast control host and one electronic screen receiving card, one broadcast control host and a plurality of electronic screen receiving cards, a plurality of broadcast control hosts and one electronic screen receiving card, a plurality of broadcast control hosts and a plurality of electronic screen receiving cards.
Further, on the basis of the above method embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic screen information monitoring method, which is applied to the above monitoring device; the monitoring equipment is configured in an electronic screen display system, the electronic screen display system comprises a broadcast control host display, a broadcast control host and an electronic screen unit which are sequentially connected, and the electronic screen unit comprises at least one electronic screen; the monitoring device includes: the system comprises a network data processing unit, a video acquisition unit and an information identification unit connected with the network data processing unit and the video acquisition unit, wherein the video acquisition unit is also communicated with the network data processing unit; the network data processing unit is provided with a first network card and a second network card, and the first network card is connected with the broadcast control host and used for acquiring network data sent to the electronic screen unit by the broadcast control host; the second network card is connected with the electronic screen unit; fig. 3 shows a flowchart of an electronic screen information monitoring method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the monitoring method includes the following steps:
step S302, a video stream sent by the broadcast control host to the display of the broadcast control host is obtained through the video acquisition unit, and the video stream is sent to the information identification unit.
Step S304, the data of the video stream is identified by the information identification unit, and an identification result corresponding to the video stream is obtained.
Step S306, when the video stream passes the authentication result, the network data processing unit transmits the network data acquired by the first network card from the broadcast control host to the second network card, and the second network card transmits the network data to the electronic screen unit, so that the electronic screen unit displays the display content included in the network data.
The electronic screen information monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the electronic screen information monitoring equipment provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
Further, another electronic screen information monitoring method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the electronic screen information monitoring method is to introduce specific steps of monitoring when a broadcast control host sends network data to an electronic screen unit, and fig. 4 shows a flowchart of another electronic screen information monitoring method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the monitoring method includes the following steps:
step S402, network data sent to the electronic screen unit by the broadcast control host is obtained through the first network card, and the network data is transmitted to the network data processing unit.

Step S408, when the authentication result of the network data is that the authentication is passed, the network data processing unit sends the network data to the second network card, and sends the network data to the electronic screen unit through the second network card, so that the electronic screen unit displays the display content included in the network data.
The other electronic screen information monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the electronic screen information monitoring device provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic screen content security pre-auditing system, where the electronic screen content security pre-auditing system includes the electronic screen information monitoring device, and also includes a broadcast control host display, a broadcast control host, and an electronic screen unit, which are connected in sequence, where the electronic screen unit includes at least one electronic screen; each electronic screen corresponds to an electronic screen receiving card, each electronic screen can be connected with electronic screen information monitoring equipment through a network switch, and the electronic screen information monitoring equipment is further connected with a broadcast control host.
The electronic screen content safety pre-auditing system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the electronic screen information monitoring equipment provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps of the method shown in fig. 3 to 4 are implemented.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program performs the steps of the methods shown in fig. 3 to fig. 4.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, which is the schematic structural diagram of the electronic device, wherein the electronic device includes a processor 51 and a memory 50, the memory 50 stores computer-executable instructions capable of being executed by the processor 51, and the processor 51 executes the computer-executable instructions to implement the methods shown in fig. 3 to fig. 4.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the electronic device further comprises a bus 52 and a communication interface 53, wherein the processor 51, the communication interface 53 and the memory 50 are connected by the bus 52.

The electronic screen information monitoring device, the electronic screen information monitoring method, and the computer program product of the electronic screen content security pre-auditing system provided by the embodiments of the present invention include a computer-readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiments, and specific implementations may refer to the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the system described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again. the video acquisition unit is in communication connection with a video converter of the display of the broadcast control host, and is used for acquiring a video stream sent to the display of the broadcast control host by the broadcast control host and sending the video stream to the information identification unit;
the information identification unit is used for identifying the data of the video stream to obtain an identification result corresponding to the video stream;
the network data processing unit is configured to, when the authentication result of the video stream is that the authentication is passed, transmit network data acquired by the first network card from the broadcast control host to the second network card, and send the network data to the electronic screen unit through the second network card, so that the electronic screen unit displays display content included in the network data, where the network data is data processed by broadcast control software in the broadcast control host.
2. The monitoring device of claim 1, wherein the video capture unit is provided with a video capture interface;
the video acquisition unit is connected to a video converter of the broadcast control host display through the video acquisition interface.
3. The monitoring device of claim 1, wherein the network data processing unit is further configured to:
transmitting the network data acquired by the first network card from the broadcast control host to the information authentication unit;
the information identification unit is further configured to perform identification processing on the network data to obtain an identification result corresponding to the network data, and feed back the identification result to the network data processing unit;
the network data processing unit is further configured to send the network data to the second network card when the authentication result of the network data is that the authentication is passed, and send the network data to the electronic screen unit through the second network card, so that the electronic screen unit displays display content included in the network data.

The monitoring device according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the information authentication unit is configured with an algorithm database; the algorithm database is prestored with information identification algorithms, and the information identification algorithms comprise character identification algorithms and image identification algorithms;
the network data processing unit is further configured to: analyzing the network data, recovering picture information corresponding to the network data, and transmitting the picture information to the information identification unit; the picture information comprises image information and/or character information;
the information identification unit is also used for acquiring the character identification algorithm and/or the image identification algorithm to carry out identification processing on the image information and/or the character information; and if the character identification algorithm and/or the image identification algorithm pass identification, determining that the identification result is pass identification.

The monitoring device according to claim 4, wherein the information authentication unit is further configured to determine that the authentication result is authentication failure when any one of the text authentication algorithm or the image authentication algorithm fails to perform authentication;
and the network data processing unit is further used for stopping sending the network data to the second network card when the identification result is that the identification is failed.
6. The monitoring device of claim 4, wherein the text authentication algorithm is further configured with a sensitive thesaurus;
the information identification unit is used for identifying the character information through the character identification algorithm;
the step of identifying the text information through the text identification algorithm comprises the following steps:
comparing the text information with a pre-stored sensitive word bank through the text authentication algorithm;
judging whether a sensitive word corresponding to the character information exists in the sensitive word bank or not;
and if so, determining that the authentication of the character authentication algorithm is not passed.
7. The monitoring device of claim 4, wherein the information authentication unit is further configured to authenticate the image information through the image authentication algorithm;
wherein the step of identifying the image information by the image identification algorithm comprises:
inputting the image information into a preset deep learning model, and detecting whether the image information comprises a sensitive image or not through the deep learning model;
if so, determining that the authentication of the image authentication algorithm fails.
