Referring to fig. 13 and 17, the guide portion of the first positioning pin 121 is in a truncated cone shape, the large end of the truncated cone shape is connected with the positioning portion 1212, the positioning portion 1212 is in a cylindrical shape extending along the large end of the truncated cone shape, the lower end of the positioning portion 1212 is provided with a fixing portion 1213 with a reduced diameter, the fixing portion 1213 is provided with an external thread, and the fixing portion 1213 is installed in the positioning threaded hole through the external thread, so that the first positioning pin 121 is connected with the power supply box 120. During installation, the guide portion 1211 of the first positioning pin 121 guides the first positioning pin 121 to enter the first positioning hole 1111, and the aperture of the first positioning hole 1111 is in close clearance fit with the outer diameter of the positioning portion 1212 of the first positioning pin 121, so as to position the first positioning pin 121.
In a possible embodiment, the box body 110 is a metal die casting, the display screen box body assembly 100 is provided with a plurality of lamp panel holes 114 for installing the lamp panel assemblies, and part of the lamp panel holes 114 are located on the box body 110; the box body 110 is further provided with fixing holes 1133 for fixing, and the fixing holes 1133 on the box body 110 and the lamp panel holes 114 are arranged at intervals.
The case 110 is integrally die-cast from a metal material, which is convenient for manufacturing. The aluminum alloy or aluminum-magnesium alloy is selected, and under the same material weight, the strength of the aluminum alloy or aluminum-magnesium alloy is generally higher than that of other forms (such as an aluminum plate box or an aluminum profile box).
The box body 110 is provided with four fixing holes 1133, which are respectively located at four corners of the box body 110, so that the box body 110 can be conveniently fixed on other accessories such as a frame, a wall, a back frame and the like. A plurality of lamp plate holes are distributed on the box body 110 and used for installing lamp plate components, and the lamp plate holes 114 can be in any shape such as round, long-strip and the like.
In a possible embodiment, the box body 110 includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs 111 and a plurality of connecting plates 112, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 111 are distributed at intervals, the connecting plates 112 are connected between adjacent reinforcing ribs 111, the power supply box 120 is connected to the reinforcing ribs 111, and the gaps between the reinforcing ribs 111 form the maintenance holes 115.
The box body 110 is provided with a frame structure comprising the reinforcing ribs 111 and the connecting plates 112, strength requirements are met, the weight of the box body 110 is reduced, and the gaps among the reinforcing ribs 110 can also form maintenance holes 115, so that the power supply box 120 can be conveniently put in and taken out.
In a possible implementation manner, the power supply box 120 is connected to the multiple reinforcing ribs 111, part of the lamp panel holes 114 are located on the power supply box 120, the power supply box 120 is further provided with a wiring harness opening 123, the lamp panel holes 114 and the wiring harness opening 123 on the power supply box 120 are arranged at intervals and are both located on one side of the power supply box 120, where the reinforcing ribs 114 are connected, and the lamp panel holes 114 and the wiring harness opening 123 on the power supply box 120 are correspondingly distributed in gaps between the adjacent reinforcing ribs 111.
Referring to fig. 6-9, four reinforcing ribs 111 are arranged at intervals and horizontally distributed, a connecting plate 112 is connected between the first end and the second end of each adjacent reinforcing rib 111, and the reinforcing ribs 111 and the connecting plates 112 form a rectangular plate frame structure. The power supply box 120 is connected with the four reinforcing ribs 111. First locating holes 1111 are formed in the two reinforcing ribs 111 located at the upper end and the lower end, a first locating pin 121 is correspondingly installed on the power supply box 120, and the power supply box 120 is located on the reinforcing ribs 111 through the first locating pin 121. Two connecting holes 1112 are formed in each reinforcing rib 111, two threaded holes 127 are formed in corresponding positions of the power supply box 120, different screws penetrate through the connecting holes 1112 and are connected with the corresponding threaded holes 127, and therefore the power supply box 120 is connected with the plurality of reinforcing ribs 111.
A plurality of strip-shaped lamp panel holes 114 are distributed on the reinforcing ribs 111 and the connecting plate 112. A plurality of strip-shaped lamp panel holes 114 are also distributed on the box side wall 124 of the power supply box 120 connected with the reinforcing ribs 111. The box side wall 124 of the connection reinforcing rib of the power box 120 is further provided with a wiring harness opening 123, and at least part of the wiring harness opening 123 is electrically connected with the lamp panel assembly through wiring harnesses. Optionally, two wire harness openings 123 arranged side by side are disposed on the box side wall corresponding to between two adjacent reinforcing ribs 111, and two ends of each wire harness opening 123 in the length direction are respectively provided with one lamp hole 114.
In one possible embodiment, the case 110 is provided with a side plate 113, the side plate 113 extends in a direction of a line connecting the first side and the second side, and the side plate 113 is disposed around an outer circumference of the case. Second positioning pins 1131 and second positioning holes 1132 for positioning are installed on the side plate 113, the second positioning pins 1131 and the second positioning holes 1132 are located at two opposite sides of the side plate 113, and the second positioning pins 1131 point to a direction away from the center of the box body 110. The side plate 113 is further provided with an auxiliary fixing hole 1134.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the side plates 113 of the frame structure are disposed around the reinforcing ribs 111 and the connecting plate 112, the side plates 113 are disposed perpendicular to a plane formed by the reinforcing ribs 111 and the connecting plate 112, and the side plates 113 are disposed on a side of the reinforcing ribs 111 connected to the power supply box 120. The side plates 113 enclose a square frame. The fixing holes 1133 are located at the inner sides of the four corners of the side plate 113, a cylinder is integrally die-cast on the reinforcing rib 111, the fixing holes 1133 are formed in the cylinder, and connecting ribs are further integrally connected among the cylinder, the side plate 113 and the reinforcing rib 111.
Two second positioning pins 1131 are disposed above the side plate 113, two second positioning holes 1132 are disposed below the side plate 113, the second positioning pins 1131 point upward, and the structure of the second positioning pins 1131 is the same as that of the first positioning pins 121. The second positioning pin 1131 is used to connect components above the box body 110, so as to position the position above the box body 110. The second positioning hole 1132 is used to connect components below the case 110, and position the lower portion of the case 110. The left and right sides of the side plate 113 are respectively provided with two auxiliary fixing holes 1134 for connecting the box body 110 with accessories or fixing the box body 110 with side components.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the present application provides a display screen, which includes a lamp panel assembly (not shown in the figure), a connector (not shown in the figure) and the display screen box assembly 100 as described above.
The lamp plate assembly is arranged on the second side of the box body 110 of the display screen box body assembly 100, and the connecting piece penetrates through the lamp plate hole 114 of the display screen box body assembly 100 and is connected with the lamp plate assembly and the display screen box body assembly 100.
An electric connecting wire is connected between the wire harness openings 123 of the lamp panel assembly and the display screen box body assembly 100.
The power supply box 120 is arranged on the first side of the box body 110, the lamp panel assembly is arranged on the second side of the box body 110 through a connecting piece, and the electric connecting wires of the lamp panel assembly and the power supply box penetrate through the maintenance hole 115, so that the power supply box 120 can be maintained on the front side and the back side of the lamp panel assembly, and the maintenance difficulty of the power supply box is reduced.
The display screen comprises a lamp panel assembly and a display screen box body assembly 100, wherein the display screen box body assembly 100 is characterized in that a power supply box 120 is connected to a first side of a box body 110 through a detachable piece 140, a dismounting end of the detachable piece 140 is positioned on a second side of the box body 110, and a maintenance hole 115 is formed in the box body 110; the power supply box 120 is also provided with a box cover which can be opened and closed. When the power supply box 120 is maintained, the detachable piece 140 can be detached from the second side of the box body 110, the power supply box 120 can be taken out from the maintenance hole 115 for maintenance, and the box cover can be opened from the first side of the box body 110 to directly maintain the power supply box 120, so that the maintenance difficulty of the power supply box 120 is reduced. This display screen includes lamp plate subassembly and display screen box body subassembly 100, has same beneficial effect.

Claims (10)

1. A display screen box body component is characterized by comprising a power supply box, a detachable piece and a box body;
the power supply box is positioned on a first side of the box body, at least part of the detachable piece is positioned on a second side of the box body, and the first side and the second side correspond to two opposite sides of the box body;
the power supply box is connected to the box body through the detachable part, the detachable part comprises a detachable end and a connecting end, the detachable end is located on the second side of the box body, and the connecting end is connected with the power supply box;
the box body is provided with a maintenance hole for the power supply box to go in and out;
one side of keeping away from of power pack the box is provided with uncovered, uncovered department is provided with and is used for sealing uncovered lid.
2. The display screen box assembly of claim 1, wherein the detachable piece comprises a screw, the head of the screw is located on the second side of the box, a connecting hole is formed in the box, a threaded hole is formed in the power supply box, and the tail of the screw penetrates through the connecting hole and is connected with the threaded hole;
or the detachable piece comprises a magnet, the magnet is positioned on the second side of the box body, the box body and the power supply box are both metal pieces, and the magnet adsorbs the power supply box to abut against the box body through magnetic force;
or, the detachable part comprises a buckle, one end of the buckle is connected with the power supply box, a clamping hole is formed in the box body, and the free end of the buckle extends into the clamping hole and is clamped with the clamping hole.
3. The display screen cabinet assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover includes a cover plate removably attached to the opening;
or the box cover comprises a door assembly hinged to the opening, and a locking structure is arranged between the door assembly and the power supply box.
4. The display screen box assembly of claim 1, wherein the power supply box is provided with a handle for gripping;
the power supply box is characterized in that one side of the power supply box, which is connected with the box body, is provided with a first positioning pin, and the box body is provided with a first positioning hole for installing the first positioning pin.
5. The display screen box assembly of claim 4, wherein the first locating pin comprises a guide portion, a locating portion and a fixing portion which are connected in sequence;
the guide part is provided with a guide surface with gradually increased cross sectional area, and the large end of the cross sectional area of the guide surface is close to the positioning part;
the positioning part is provided with a positioning surface with a constant cross section area;
the fixing part is provided with an external thread, and a positioning threaded hole matched with the external thread is formed in the power supply box;
the first positioning hole is in clearance fit with the positioning part.
6. The display screen box assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the box is a metal die casting, the display screen box assembly is provided with a plurality of lamp panel holes for mounting the lamp panel assembly, and part of the lamp panel holes are positioned on the box;
the box body is also provided with a fixing hole for fixing; the fixed orifices on the box body and the lamp panel holes are arranged at intervals.

The display screen box assembly of claim 6, wherein the box comprises a plurality of reinforcing ribs and a plurality of connecting plates, the plurality of reinforcing ribs are distributed at intervals, the connecting plates are connected between adjacent reinforcing ribs, the power supply box is connected to the reinforcing ribs, and the maintenance holes are formed in gaps among the reinforcing ribs.

The display screen box assembly of claim 7, wherein the power supply box is connected to the plurality of reinforcing ribs, part of the lamp panel holes are located on the power supply box, the power supply box is further provided with wire harness ports, the lamp panel holes and the wire harness ports on the power supply box are arranged at intervals and are located on one side of the power supply box, which is connected with the reinforcing ribs, and the lamp panel holes and the wire harness ports on the power supply box are correspondingly distributed in gaps between the adjacent reinforcing ribs.
9. A display screen cabinet assembly according to claim 7, wherein the cabinet is provided with side panels which extend in the direction of the line joining the first and second sides and which are arranged around the periphery of the cabinet;
the side plate is provided with a second positioning pin and a second positioning hole for positioning, the second positioning pin and the second positioning hole are positioned on two opposite sides of the side plate, and the second positioning pin points to a direction far away from the center of the box body;
the side plate is also provided with an auxiliary fixing hole.
10. A display screen, comprising a lamp panel assembly, a connector and a display screen box assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
the lamp panel assembly is arranged on the second side of the display screen box body assembly, and the connecting piece penetrates through a lamp panel hole of the display screen box body assembly and is connected with the lamp panel assembly and the display screen box body assembly;
the lamp plate assembly and the display screen box body assembly are connected with an electric connecting wire between wire harness ports.
