In one possible embodiment, the target data includes form style data and field content, the form style including at least one or more of highlighting, illustration, cell consolidation, and window freezing; obtaining the preview interface according to the target data, where the second generating unit 33 is specifically configured to: generating an initial interface according to the form style data; inquiring the dynamic field configuration table to obtain the incidence relation between the target field and the form style data; and filling the target field into the cell corresponding to the initial interface according to the incidence relation.

Claims (10)

1. A report exporting method based on dynamic field configuration is characterized in that the report exporting method is applied to an information management server in an information management system, wherein the information management system comprises the information management server for managing information data corresponding to a target enterprise and user equipment associated with a target enterprise account of the target enterprise; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving configuration information from the user equipment, wherein the configuration information is used for indicating a target field to be derived;
generating a dynamic field configuration table according to the configuration information, wherein the dynamic field configuration table comprises a plurality of first fields and export settings for the first fields, the export settings are used for indicating whether each first field in the first fields needs to be exported, and the first fields comprise the target field;
responding to an export instruction from the user equipment, and generating a preview interface according to the dynamic field configuration table, wherein the preview interface is used for displaying an export pattern of the target field in a target report, the export pattern is consistent with a target table pattern of the target report, and the target report is a report to be exported by the export instruction;
receiving a determination instruction from user equipment;
and responding to the determination instruction, and exporting the target report.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a preview interface according to the dynamic field configuration table comprises:
determining the target field from the dynamic field configuration table;
querying the target data corresponding to the target field from a database;
and obtaining the preview interface according to the target data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the data types include at least a concatenation type and an enumeration type, the concatenation type including a first concatenation type and a second concatenation type; the querying the target data corresponding to the target field from the database includes:
if the data type corresponding to the target field is a first cascade type, inquiring a cascade relation table according to the target field to obtain first associated data associated with the target field;
if the data type corresponding to the target field is a second cascade type, inquiring an administrative division table according to the target field to obtain second associated data associated with the target field;
and if the data type corresponding to the target field is an enumeration type, querying an enumeration type value taking table according to the numerical value to obtain a target text corresponding to the target field.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein said deriving the preview interface based on the target data comprises:
generating an initial interface;
and importing the target field and the first associated data/the second associated data/the target text into the initial interface in the export style to obtain the preview interface.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein importing the target field and the first associated data/the second associated data/target text into the initial interface in the export style to obtain the preview interface comprises:
setting the target field as a header;
generating preset field content corresponding to the target field;
and displaying the target field and the preset field content in the preset interface.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving configuration change information from the user equipment;
and updating the dynamic field configuration table according to the configuration change information, and outputting the updated first preview interface.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the target data includes form style data and field content, the form style including at least one or more of highlighting, illustration, cell consolidation, and window freezing; obtaining the preview interface according to the target data, including:
generating an initial interface according to the form style data;
inquiring the dynamic field configuration table to obtain the incidence relation between the target field and the form style data;
and filling the target field into the cell corresponding to the initial interface according to the incidence relation.

A report exporting device based on dynamic field configuration is characterized in that the report exporting device is applied to an information management server in an information management system, wherein the information management system comprises the information management server for managing information data corresponding to a target enterprise and user equipment associated with a target enterprise account of the target enterprise; the device comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive configuration information from the user equipment, where the configuration information is used to indicate a target field to be derived;
a first generating unit, configured to generate a dynamic field configuration table according to the configuration information, where the dynamic field configuration table includes a plurality of first fields and export settings for the plurality of first fields, the export settings being used to indicate whether each of the plurality of first fields needs to be exported, and the plurality of first fields include the target field;
a second generating unit, configured to respond to an export instruction from the user equipment, and generate a preview interface according to the dynamic field configuration table, where the preview interface is used to display an export pattern of the target field in a target report, the export pattern is consistent with a target table pattern of the target report, and the target report is a report to be exported by the export instruction;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a determination instruction from the user equipment;
and the derivation unit is used for responding to the determination instruction and deriving the target report.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by storing a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute instructions of the steps in the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
