Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of adhesives, C09J109/06, in particular to a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for a destructive adhesive tape and application of the adhesive tape.
Background
In recent years, with the establishment of a network platform and the rise of electronic commerce, the express industry is rapidly developed; the requirements for packaging materials used in the express delivery industry, such as plastic express bags, kraft paper, cushion inflated gaskets, etc., are also increasing. At present, the phenomena of local falling and deformation of a packaging adhesive tape caused by factors such as temperature change, heavy impact and the like generally exist in express transportation, so that the express packaging is opened, and articles are damaged or lost.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is a commonly used adhesive, and for emulsion type pressure-sensitive adhesives, water is used as a solvent, but a large amount of heat energy is consumed by drying water, the construction efficiency is seriously reduced, and the water resistance of an adhesive layer is poor due to the emulsifier; the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated in a molten state, and can be quickly bonded by applying pressure after being cooled and solidified; however, the initial adhesion and the permanent adhesion of the existing hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive are still insufficient to enable the adhesive tape to quickly and firmly adhere to a substrate, and the low-temperature resistance of the adhesive tape is very insufficient, so that when the adhesive tape prepared from the pressure-sensitive adhesive is used for express packaging, the sealing performance of the express packaging in a low-temperature environment can be reduced, and property loss is caused.
Patent CN 114525094A discloses a hot melt adhesive for bonding high temperature resistant food bags and a preparation method thereof, wherein raw materials comprise rubber, tackifying resin, rubber oil and an antioxidant, the high temperature resistance of the prepared hot melt adhesive is improved by adjusting the raw material components of the hot melt adhesive, but the petroleum wax adopted in the technical scheme can greatly reduce the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive in a low temperature environment. Patent CN 103773293A discloses a styrene series thermoplastic elastomer based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive capable of being coated at low temperature, the raw materials comprise linear or star SIS or SBS block polymer, tackifying resin, plasticizer and antioxidant, the glass transition temperature of the hot melt adhesive and the processing temperature of the system are reduced by changing the length and proportion of the short styrene block, so that the hot melt adhesive can be coated at low temperature, but poor bonding durability of the system can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a destructive tape, which has excellent tack, peel strength, and low temperature resistance.
Further, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the destructive adhesive tape comprises the following raw materials in percentage by total weight: 25-40% of TPS thermoplastic elastomer, 15-30% of resin with the softening point not lower than 100 ℃, 1-3% of antioxidant, 15-25% of rosin resin and the balance of rubber oil to 100% of the total amount.
Further, the TPS thermoplastic elastomer is selected from at least one of SBS, SIS, SEBS and SEPS.
Preferably, said TPS-based thermoplastic elastomer is a combination of SBS and SIS.
Further, the SBS and SIS may have a star-shaped structure or a linear structure, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, the weight ratio of SBS to SIS in the TPS thermoplastic elastomer is (5-7): 1.
further, the mass content of styrene in the SBS is 10% -30%.
Further, the mass content of styrene in the SBS is 10% -20%.
Preferably, the mass content of styrene in the SBS is 15%; besides physical winding of molecular chains, polystyrene segments of SBS and SIS can form conjugation with polystyrene and polyisoprene in SIS, so that chemical crosslinking of the polymer and an ethylene-isoprene block copolymer is improved, and the bonding strength and bonding durability of a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive system are improved; when the styrene content in SBS is too high, the number of cross-linking points is increased, the activity of molecular chains in a polymer system is greatly reduced, the cohesive force is too strong, and the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive prepared is hard and brittle. Therefore, the weight percentage of styrene in SBS is limited so as to improve the peeling strength of the prepared hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive according to the function between the styrene and SIS molecular chain in the application.
Further, the mass content of the double blocks in the SIS is 50% -75%, and the content of the double blocks is limited, so that the elasticity and the bonding strength of the prepared hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive are balanced and improved.
Further, the SIS is a compound of SIS with 50-60% of diblock mass content and SIS with 61-75% of diblock mass content.
Further, the compounding weight ratio of SIS with the double-block mass content of 50-60 percent to SIS with the double-block mass content of 61-75 percent is (0.5-3): 1.
further, the compounding weight ratio of the SIS with the mass content of the double blocks of 50-60% to the SIS with the mass content of the double blocks of 61-75% is (0.5-1.5): 1.
in a preferred embodiment, when the weight ratio of the SIS with the mass content of the diblock to the SIS with the mass content of the diblock is 50 to 60 percent to the SIS with the mass content of the diblock is 1:1, the prepared hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has the best initial viscosity and peel strength; the reason is that: in the SIS, a polystyrene segment is a hard segment, a polyisoprene segment is a soft segment, and a phase separation exists between the hard segment and the soft segment, wherein the polyisoprene segment forms a continuous phase, and the polystyrene segment forms a micro-region which is dispersed in the continuous phase and plays roles of molecular chain cross-linking point and reinforcement; when the content of the double blocks is too high, the SIS is soft in texture, high in elasticity and good in molecular chain mobility, but the intermolecular and the SBS are subjected to more physical crosslinking, the cohesive strength of the prepared hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is not enough, and the bonding strength is reduced, so that the compounding mass ratio of the double blocks is adjusted to balance the elasticity and the bonding strength of the prepared hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive at a low temperature.
Further, the resin having a softening point of not less than 100 ℃ is a petroleum resin.
Further, the softening point of the petroleum resin is 100-140 ℃.
Further, the softening point of the petroleum resin is 100-120 ℃; the softening point of the petroleum resin is generally determined by the molecular weight and the structure, when the softening point is high, the molecular weight is large, the specific gravity of a ring structure is high, the cohesive strength can be increased by acting force with other polymers in a system, the viscosity is higher, when the softening point is too high, the melt viscosity of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is increased, the wetting capacity on a matrix is also reduced, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is not favorable for bonding use in a low-temperature environment, and when the softening point is too low, the compatibility with the system is not good, and the viscosity of a product is reduced.
Further, the petroleum resin is non-hydrogenated petroleum resin and/or hydrogenated petroleum resin.
Further, the petroleum resin is a non-hydrogenated petroleum resin.
Further, the non-hydrogenated petroleum resin is selected from one or more of C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin and C5/C9 petroleum resin.
Further, the weight ratio of the rosin resin to the rubber oil is 1: (0.5-3).
Further, the weight ratio of the rosin resin to the rubber oil is 1: (1-2).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of rosin resin to rubber oil is 1: 2; the processing performance and the bonding strength of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive are balanced by adding the rosin resin and the rubber oil; the wetting property of the rubber oil to the adhered matrix is good, the initial viscosity of the prepared hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be improved, but when the using amount of the rubber oil is too much, the cohesive strength of the adhesive is reduced, and the adhesive layer is easily damaged; the rosin resin is a carboxylic acid substance containing an unsaturated cyclic structure, the rosin resin can interact with unsaturated groups in SBS and SIS in a system to regulate and control the reduction of the cohesion of the system by the rubber oil, but when the addition amount of the rosin resin is too much, the cohesion and the peel strength of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive system can be reduced. Therefore, the relative addition amount is controlled to make the prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive have good fluidity and bonding strength.
The rubber oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of petroleum rubber oil, pine oil rubber oil, coal tar rubber oil, and fatty oil rubber oil.
Further, the rubber oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of petroleum-based rubber oils and fatty oil-based rubber oils.
Further, the rubber oil is selected from aromatic oil and/or naphthenic oil.
Further, the antioxidant is selected from hindered phenol antioxidants, thioester antioxidants and complex antioxidants.
Further, the antioxidant is a hindered phenol antioxidant.
Further, the softening point of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is 80-100 ℃.
Further, the destructive adhesive tape prepared from the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used for adhering to product packages used in an environment of-10-0 ℃.
Has the advantages that:
1. by controlling the relative content of each raw material component and utilizing the synergistic effect of each component in the system, the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive has excellent elasticity, bonding performance and low temperature resistance, and can be used for preparing a destructive adhesive tape used in a low temperature environment.
2. In the technical scheme of the application, the styrene content in SBS is limited to 10-20%, the SIS is the compound of SIS with 50-60% of diblock mass content and SIS with 61-75% of diblock mass content, and the weight ratio of the compound is limited to (0.5-1.5): 1, the crosslinking degree of a system crosslinking network structure and the mobility of a molecular chain are regulated and controlled, so that the low-temperature-resistant low-viscosity organic silicon polymer composite material can quickly infiltrate a matrix at a low temperature, and generates strong binding force with the matrix, so that the low-temperature-resistant low-viscosity organic silicon polymer composite material has excellent initial adhesion, permanent adhesion and flexibility.
3. The technical scheme of the application limits the weight ratio of the rosin resin to the rubber oil to be 1: (1-2), the wettability of the adhesive to a bonded substrate is improved by the rubber oil, the rosin resin and the rubber oil are coordinated, the crosslinking effect in a system is further regulated and controlled, and the processability, bonding strength and durability of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive are balanced.
4. The softening point of the petroleum resin is limited to 100-140 ℃, the initial viscosity and the processability of the petroleum resin are improved by regulating and controlling the integral viscosity of the system, the compatibility and the low-temperature resistance of the system are further improved, and the glue overflow phenomenon is avoided.
