Referring to fig. 8, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the paperboard structures of the main box 1 and the box cover 5 are, from outside to inside, an outer layer film 11, a middle layer film 12, an inner layer board 14, an outer layer board 13, and an inner layer film 15; the inner layer film 15, the middle layer film 12 and the outer layer film 11 are all coated with adhesive layers, the inner layer film 15, the middle layer film 12 and the outer layer film 11 can be repeatedly torn or attached tightly, the inner layer film 15, the middle layer film 12 and the outer layer film 11 are all attached tightly by adopting a splicing combination of a plurality of films, the inner layer film 14 and the outer layer board 13 are formed by attaching a plurality of paper boards, the outer layer film 11 and the middle layer film 12 can be ink films, a waterproof effect is provided through the ink films, the main box 1 or the box cover 5 is prevented from being soaked by water, the quality of the packaging box is influenced, meanwhile, the inner layer film 15 can also use the ink films, if water stains exist on the surfaces of articles when the articles are placed, the inner wall of the packaging box can be soaked still, the inner layer film 15 and the outer layer film 11 are used as protective films, partial damage to the packaging box can be reduced, the inner layer film 14 and the outer layer board 13 are pasting main bodies, meanwhile, if in the using process, one of the inner layer film 14 or the outer layer board 13 is damaged, the inner layer film 14 or the outer layer board 13 is formed by pasting, the outer layer film 11 can be torn down, the outer layer film 11 can not be torn, the outer layer film 11 can not damaged, and the outer layer film 11 can not be damaged, the outer layer film 11 can be torn again, the outer layer film 11 can be damaged, and the outer layer film can be damaged after the outer layer film 11 is torn.

The implementation principle of embodiment 8 of the present application is as follows: the inner layer film 15 and the outer layer film 11 are used as protective films, partial damage to the packaging box can be reduced, the inner layer plate 14 and the outer layer plate 13 are pasted bodies, meanwhile, if one layer of paperboard in the inner layer plate 14 or the outer layer plate 13 is damaged in the using process, the outer layer film 11 or the inner layer film 15 of the damaged part can be torn off, the paperboard of the damaged part is torn off, the outer layer film 11 of the undamaged part is torn off and pasted on the paperboard of the damaged part, the paperboard of the torn-off part is protected, and after the outer layer film 11 of the undamaged part is torn off, the middle layer film 12 can be used for protecting, so that influence on the use of the packaging box cannot be caused, the using integrity of the packaging box is guaranteed, the service life of the packaging box is prolonged, and the packaging box is convenient to use fully.

Example 9

A using method of a packaging box comprises the following steps:

s1, checking whether the inner walls and the surfaces of the main box and the box cover are damaged or not;

s11, a part of the surface of the main box or the box cover is damaged, so that the attractiveness is affected or the use comfort is affected, the damaged part of the inner layer film or the outer layer film of the main box or the box cover can be torn, the damaged layer of paperboard is torn, the outer layer film which is not damaged is torn off and is adhered to the torn paperboard, the torn outer layer film is protected, and the torn outer layer film is protected by the middle layer film;

s12, the main box or the box cover is not damaged and can be put into use;

s2, observing the size of an article to be placed;

s3, adjusting the internal space of the main box according to the size of the article;

s31, the size of the article is large, the partition plate can be pulled out, the storage space is enlarged, and the article is inserted into the fixing groove of the other partition plate through the fixture block on the partition plate, so that the partition plate is prevented from being lost;

s32, the articles are small in size, can be inserted into the partition plates, reduce the storage space, and partition a plurality of storage spaces to provide classified storage;

s4, hanging the carrying basket on an auxiliary hanging piece on the partition plate;

s5, placing objects in the bearing basket, and if the bearing basket is damaged, taking out the replacement basket from the storage bag of the box cover for replacement;

s6, closing the main box through a box cover;

s7, after the articles in the main box are used, the articles can be continuously loaded into the main box, and if the articles are disposable products, such as food, and the packaging box is empty, other articles can be stored or used as a garbage can;

s8, the main box can be separated through the partition plate to be used as garbage classification, and the size of the storage space can be adjusted by taking out or inserting the partition plate according to the quantity of the stored garbage;

and S9, after the garbage is fully stored, the garbage is recovered through the receiving basket, and a new replacing basket is replaced to be reused for multiple times.

Claims (10)

1. A packing box is characterized by comprising a main box (1), a partition plate (2), an auxiliary hanging piece (3), a receiving basket (4) and a box cover (5); the box cover (5) is connected with the main box (1) in a socket and spigot manner; the partition plates (2) are arranged on the inner wall of the main box (1) and divide the inner wall space of the main box (1) into a plurality of storage spaces; the receiving basket (4) is suspended on the partition plate (2) through the auxiliary hanging piece (3) and is positioned in each storage space in the main box (1); the receiving basket (4) is of a net structure.

2. A packet as in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary suspension element (3) comprises a fixing clip (31), a hook (32); the fixing clamp (31) is connected with the hook-shaped piece (32), the fixing clamp (31) is clamped at the top of the partition plate (2), and the hook-shaped piece (32) hooks the bearing basket (4).

A package according to claim 1, wherein a storage bag (6) is arranged in the box cover (5), a replacement basket (61) is folded in the storage bag (6), and the replacement basket (61) can be connected with the auxiliary hanging member (3); the replacement basket (61) has the same structure as the receiving basket (4).

4. A packing box according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the main box (1) and the dividing plate (2) are provided with a plurality of fixing grooves (7), and the dividing plate (2) is inserted into the main box (1) through the fixing grooves (7).

The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the main box (1) and the partition plate (2) are provided with a plurality of fixing grooves (7), and the center of the main box (1) is also provided with an auxiliary plug connector (72); one end part of the partition board (2) is spliced with the lifting fixed groove (7) and the main box (1), and the other end part is spliced with the auxiliary plug connector (72).

A package box according to claim 1, wherein a clamping block (71) is arranged on one side of the partition plate (2) opposite to the fixing groove (7), and the partition plate (2) is clamped with the fixing groove (7) of another partition plate (2) in a stacking manner through the clamping block (71).

7. A package according to claim 1, characterized in that the main container (1) is provided with a drying bag (8) at the bottom, and the drying bag (8) is adapted to contain a drying agent (81).

A package according to claim 1, wherein the cardboard structures of the main box (1) and the lid (5) are, from the outside to the inside, an outer layer film (11), a middle layer film (12), an inner layer film (14), an outer layer film (13) and an inner layer film (15); one side of the inner layer film (15), the middle layer film (12) and the outer layer film (11) is coated with an adhesive layer.

9. A pack as in claim 1, wherein the inner and outer sheets (14, 13) are laminated together using a plurality of layers of cardboard.

10. A method for using a packaging box, which is based on the environment-friendly packaging box of any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following steps:

s1, checking whether the inner walls and the surfaces of the main box and the box cover are damaged or not;

s11, tearing off a damaged paperboard when the main box or the box cover is damaged, and tearing off an undamaged outer layer film to replace the position adhered to the damaged paperboard so as to provide protection;

s12, the main box or the box cover is not damaged and can be put into use;

s2, observing the size of an article to be placed;

s3, adjusting the internal space of the main box according to the size of the article;

s31, the size of the object is large, the plurality of partition plates can be pulled out, the storage space is enlarged, and the partition plates are inserted into fixing grooves of the main box or other partition plates through fixture blocks on the partition plates, so that the partition plates are prevented from being lost;

s32, the articles are small in size, can be inserted into the partition plates, reduce the storage space, and partition a plurality of storage spaces to provide classified storage;

s4, hanging the carrying basket on an auxiliary hanging piece on the partition plate;

s5, placing objects in the receiving basket, and if the receiving basket is damaged, taking out the replacing basket from the storage bag of the box cover for replacement;

s6, closing the main box through a box cover;

and S7, after the articles in the main box are used, the articles can be continuously loaded into the main box, and if the articles are disposable products, other articles can be stored.
