judging whether the storage time of the materials is longer than the quality guarantee time of the corresponding materials, if so, failing the corresponding materials and not allowing the corresponding materials to pass through the conveying belt; if not, allowing to pass through the transmission belt.
It should be noted that the material information summary further includes production time information of the material, and according to the verification time of the current bill and the production time of the material, the storage time information of the corresponding material is obtained. According to the invention, the integrated machine is connected with the camera, and the third-party optical character recognition system is combined, so that automatic verification and verification of the bill are realized, and the proportion of errors caused by manual delivery is reduced.

Claims (7)

1. A method of visual identification of a batch, comprising:
acquiring material picture information based on preset camera equipment;
the material picture information is sent to a preset module to obtain material information;
judging whether the material information accords with the feeding bill information on a preset bill, if so, allowing the corresponding material to pass through the conveying belt;
if not, the corresponding material is not allowed to pass through the transmission belt, and prompt information is triggered;
the material information passing through the transmission belt is sent to a preset terminal for storage, and the corresponding bill is marked;
the preset module comprises a third-party optical character recognition system, and can analyze the characters of the pictures;
further comprises:
acquiring definition information of a material picture;
judging whether the definition of the material picture is larger than a preset definition threshold, if not, triggering to shoot again; if yes, the corresponding material picture is sent to a preset module;
further comprises:
acquiring total weight information of a charging bill on a bill;
according to the total weight information of the feeding bill on the bill and the preset maximum material stirring weight information, obtaining the material stirring frequency information on the corresponding work bill;
according to the material stirring frequency information on the work order, obtaining material weight information of single stirring;
further comprises:
acquiring material processing speed information and conveying speed information of a conveying belt;
judging whether the material processing speed is smaller than the material conveying speed of the conveyor belt, if so, triggering prompt information; if not, not triggering prompt information;
the prompt information is sent to a preset terminal for display;
further comprises:
acquiring sequence information of material delivery on a bill;
judging whether the sequence of the materials passing through the conveying belt accords with the sequence of the material delivery on the bill, and if so, allowing the materials to pass through;
if not, the passage is not allowed.
2. The method of visual identification of a batch of material of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining the type information of the materials according to the material information;
sequentially numbering materials according to different types, and setting the materials as {1,2,.. N }, wherein n is an integer and is more than 1;
acquiring material weight information passing through a transmission belt;
and respectively storing the weight information of the materials passing through the conveying belt according to different types.

The visual identification method for feeding according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the material picture information comprises the following steps: judging whether the material is completely in a preset shooting area, if so, shooting through preset shooting equipment; if not, not shooting.

The feeding visual identification system is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor, wherein a feeding visual identification method program is stored in the memory, and the following steps are realized when the feeding visual identification method program is executed by the processor:
acquiring material picture information based on preset camera equipment;
the material picture information is sent to a preset module to obtain material information;
judging whether the material information accords with the feeding bill information on a preset bill, if so, allowing the corresponding material to pass through the conveying belt;
if not, the corresponding material is not allowed to pass through the transmission belt, and prompt information is triggered;

obtaining the type information of the materials according to the material information;
sequentially numbering materials according to different types, and setting the materials as {1,2,.. N }, wherein n is an integer and is more than 1;
acquiring material weight information passing through a transmission belt;
and respectively storing the weight information of the materials passing through the conveying belt according to different types.

The visual identification system for batch production according to claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the material picture information comprises the following steps: judging whether the material is completely in a preset shooting area, if so, shooting through preset shooting equipment; if not, not shooting.
7. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that it has stored therein a feeding visual identification method program, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a feeding visual identification method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
