The door body is disposed at the opening through the rotation shaft 310, and the door body rotates around the rotation shaft 310 to open and close the opening. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, by taking the upper door body 410 as an example, the upper end of the upper door body 410 is connected to the rotating shaft 310 of the upper cross beam 111, and the lower end of the upper door body 410 is connected to the upward rotating shaft 310 of the middle cross beam 112. That is, the upper and lower ends of the upper door body 410 are connected to the rotating shaft 310 of the upper cross member 111 and the rotating shaft 310 of the middle cross member 112, respectively, so that the door body is firmly positioned at the rotating shaft 310 and rotates around the rotating shaft 310. The shape and size of the door body are not particularly limited, and the door body is matched with the size of the opening. The number of the door bodies is related to the number of the openings, and at least one door body is arranged in one opening.
The first end cap 500 is fastened to the hinge assembly 300 from the front of the hinge assembly 300, and the first end cap 500 shields the hinge assembly 300. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the first end cap 500 is covered on the hinge assembly 300 from the front of the hinge assembly 300, that is, the first end cap 500 is covered on the hinge assembly 300 from the front of the hinge assembly 300, not from the left, right or upper side. This way, the upper side, the front side, the left side or the right side of the first cap 500 is flush with the refrigerator. This way, the appearance of the refrigerator is more harmonious and beautiful without abrupt places.
To sum up, the hinge assembly 300 is disposed on the front end surface of the cross member and is covered with the first end cap 500 in such a manner that the appearance of the refrigerator is harmonized and beautiful without a sharp place.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in other embodiments, the hinge assembly 300 may be disposed on any end of the front surface, the hinge assembly 300 may be detachably disposed on the front surface, and the opening direction of the refrigerator door determines whether the hinge assembly 300 is disposed on the left end or the right end of the front surface. In the present embodiment, the hinge assembly 300 for being disposed at the left end of the front end surface and the hinge assembly 300 for being disposed at the right end of the front end surface are designed separately, and are not common. It should be apparent that the construction of the hinge assembly 300 is exemplary only and not exclusive. The first end cap 500 is symmetrical in a length direction of the cross member, and as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first end cap 500 is symmetrical up and down such that the first end cap 500 is detachably disposed at either end of the front end surface along with the hinge assembly 300. That is, when the hinge assembly 300 is disposed at the right side, the first end cap 500 is disposed at the right side; when the hinge assembly 300 is disposed at the left side, the same first cap 500 can be disposed at the left side after being rotated 180 °.
In summary, the first end cap 500 is disposed symmetrically up and down, so that the first end cap 500 is used on both left and right sides, and when the door is opened, the refrigerator does not need to replace the first end cap 500.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some other embodiments, the upper and lower sides of the first end cap 500 are respectively provided with a rotation hole 520, and when the first end cap 500 is located at one end of the front end surface, the rotation shaft 310 passes through one of the rotation holes 520 to be rotatably connected with the door body; when the first cover 500 is located at the other end of the front end surface, the rotating shaft 310 passes through another rotating hole 520 to be rotatably connected with the door body. The two rotation holes 520 are vertically symmetrical, the first end cap 500 is installed at the left side, and the first end cap 500 may be installed at the right side after being rotated by 180 °, that is, the first end cap 500 may be used in common at both sides.
The first end cap 500 is respectively provided with an installation through groove 530 communicated with the rotary hole 520 along the direction of the cover buckle; when the first end cap 500 is snapped over the front of the hinge assembly 300, the rotation shaft 310 can move into the rotation hole 520 along the corresponding mounting through groove 530. The closer the mounting through slot 530 is located to the rotation hole 520, the smaller the opening of the mounting through slot 530 is, i.e., the first mounting through slot 530 assumes a trumpet shape.
The installation through groove 530 facilitates the assembly of the first end cap 500, and has a positioning function on the first end cap 500. The mounting channel 530 flares to facilitate alignment with the rotational axis 310.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, the first end cap 500 is provided with a first positioning structure 540, and the hinge bracket 320 is provided with a second positioning structure 330. The first positioning structure 540 is positioned in the first end cap, on both sides of the rotation hole 520. The first positioning structure 540 and the second positioning structure 330 are used to ensure that the installation position of the first end cap 500 is not deflected when the first end cap 500 is fastened to the hinge assembly 300. It should be apparent that the specific configurations of the first positioning structure 540 and the second positioning structure 330 are not limited, and the specific configurations in the drawings are only exemplary and not exclusive.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the refrigerator further includes a second cover 600, and the second cover 600 is disposed at the other end of the front surface opposite to the first cover 500. The second end cap 600 is symmetrical along the length direction of the cross beam, that is, the second end cap 600 is symmetrical up and down, and the second end cap 600 is used on both the left and right sides of the front end surface. The user or the refrigerator installer can replace the first end cap 500, the hinge assembly 300 and the second end cap 600 left and right, and the replacement can be performed at any time and is relatively simple, so that the appearance of the refrigerator is not affected, and the universality of the refrigerator is improved. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, when the refrigerator is shipped, the first end cap 500 and the hinge assembly 300 are both disposed on the right side of the front end surface, the second end cap 600 is disposed on the left side of the front end surface, and the refrigerator is left-opening, that is, the refrigerator door is opened from the left side. However, since the first and second covers 500 and 600 can be exchanged left and right and the hinge assembly 300 can be detachably installed, the user can adjust the door opening direction of the refrigerator at any time according to his or her own habit. The arrangement mode enables the left and right door of the refrigerator to be more flexibly opened, and the refrigerator is more attractive and symmetrical.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the refrigerator further includes a functional assembly 200, and the functional assembly 200 is disposed at the front end surface side by side with the hinge assembly 300. As shown in fig. 1, the front end surfaces of the functional components 200 are flush with the front end surfaces of the first and second end caps 500 and 600, so that the refrigerator is harmonious and aesthetically pleasing. The hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are arranged on the front end surface side by side, which is beneficial to fully utilizing the space of the cross beam; meanwhile, the hinge assembly 300 or the functional assembly 200 is prevented from being separately emergent, so that the refrigerator is more compact and attractive.
In some other embodiments, the functional assembly 200 includes the display bracket 210, the main body of the display bracket 210 is shaped like an elongated bar, the display bracket 210 is disposed on the front end surface along the length direction of the beam, and the display bracket 210 is located between the first end cover 500 and the second end cover 600. In this embodiment, the functional assembly 200 further includes a display screen, and the display screen cover is buckled on the display bracket 210 to be flush with the first end cover 500 and the second end cover 600, so that the transverse space is fully utilized, the structure is compact, and the whole refrigerator is beautiful.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 8, the display bracket 210 extends from two sides of the length direction thereof with mounting ears 220, and the display bracket 210 is fixed on the front end surface of the cross beam via the mounting ears 220. A portion of hinge assembly 300 is located on the upper or lower side of mounting ear 220. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are disposed on the upper cross member 111, and since the cabinet 100 is not disposed on the upper cross member 111, in the present embodiment, a portion of the hinge assembly 300 is located at a lower side of the mounting lug 220 in order to fully utilize space. If the hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are disposed on the middle cross member 112, the mounting ear 220 may be disposed at a middle portion of one side of the display bracket 210, that is, the mounting ear 220 is disposed at a middle portion of a short side of the display bracket 210. At this time, the space for installing the hinge assembly 300 is provided for the upper and lower sides of the installation ear 220, the hinge assembly 300 is provided on the upper side of the installation ear 220 and is hinged with the lower end of the upper door body 410, and the hinge assembly 300 provided on the lower side of the installation ear 220 and is hinged with the upper end of the lower door body 420. If the hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are disposed on the lower cross member 113, the hinge assembly 300 is required to be disposed on the upper side of the mounting ear 220, and the hinge assembly 300 is hinged to the upper end of the lower door body 420. Accordingly, a portion of the hinge assembly 300 disposed on the upper or lower side of the mounting ear 220 may be disposed according to specific needs, and is not particularly limited herein. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are disposed on the upper cross member 111, and the hinge assembly 300 is disposed on the lower side of the mounting ear 220. The right side of the middle beam is provided with only the hinge assembly 300 and the middle beam is not provided with the functional assembly 200. The right side of the middle cross beam is sequentially provided with an upper hinge assembly 300, a mounting part and a lower hinge assembly 300 from top to bottom, the upper hinge assembly 300 is hinged with the lower side of an upper door body 410 of the refrigerator, and the lower hinge assembly 300 is hinged with the upper side of a lower door body 420 of the refrigerator. The refrigerator further includes a third end cap, which is fastened to the mounting member to cover the upper hinge assembly 300, the mounting member, and the lower hinge assembly 300, so that the refrigerator is more attractive as a whole. The third end cover is also vertically symmetrical, so that the third end cover can be commonly used on the left side and the right side of the middle cross beam 112. It is obvious that the above-mentioned arrangement of the cross beam of the refrigerator is only exemplary and not exclusive. The refrigerator beam is provided with the functional assembly 200 and the hinge assembly 300, so that the space of the refrigerator is fully utilized, and the structure of the refrigerator is more compact and attractive.
The first end cap 500 and the second end cap 600 are respectively snapped on the mounting ears 220 so that the first end cap 500 and the second end cap 600 are respectively fixed on both ends of the cross beam. Since the first and second covers 500 and 600 are fastened to the mounting ears 220, there is less dependency on the specific structure of the refrigerator, that is, the display bracket 210, the first cover 500, and the second end can be used in common even for different types of refrigerators.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first end cap 500 and the second end cap 600 are provided with a locking groove, and the locking groove is locked on the mounting ear 220. For ease of distinction, the card slot on the first endcap 500 is referred to as a first card slot 510, and the card slot on the second endcap 600 is referred to as a second card slot 610. The specific formation manner of the first card slot 510 and the second card slot 610 is not limited. In this embodiment, the first slot 510 is further provided with a locking block 550, the mounting lug 220 is provided with a locking hole 221, and the locking block 550 is received in the locking hole 221 to further lock the first end cap 500 to the mounting lug 220. The second card slot 610 is also provided with a card block at a corresponding position, which is not described herein. It should be apparent that the manner in which the first and second end caps 500 and 600 are snapped onto the mounting ears 220 is merely exemplary and not exclusive. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are disposed on the upper cross member 111, and since the cabinet 100 is not disposed on the upper cross member 111, in order to make the most of the space, the mounting lug 220 is disposed at the upper end of one side of the display bracket 210, that is, the mounting lug 220 is disposed at the upper end of the short side of the display bracket 210, and a portion of the hinge assembly 300 is located at the lower side of the mounting lug 220. As shown in fig. 5 to 7 and 10, there are two first card slots 510 and two second card slots 610, two first card slots 510 are vertically symmetrical, and two second card slots 610 are also vertically symmetrical, so that the first end cap 500 and the second end cap 600 can be used on both sides. It is apparent that the arrangement positions and the number of the card slots of the first and second end caps 500 and 600 are merely exemplary and not exclusive. For example, if the hinge assembly 300 and the functional assembly 200 are disposed on the middle cross member 112, the mounting ears 220 may be disposed at a middle portion of one side of the display bracket 210, that is, the mounting ears 220 may be disposed at a middle portion of a short side of the display bracket 210. This is because the middle positions of the first and second end caps 500 and 600 are provided with the locking grooves, and it is not necessary to provide the locking grooves at both upper and lower positions.
