The battery pack of the electric automobile has great differences in shape and size due to different sizes of automobile bodies, different battery processes and different cruising ranges, and positioning points, container shapes, special container vehicles and the like need to be determined according to the shapes of the battery packs to ensure quality packaging.
However, the inventor finds that in the design process, one type of the container is adopted in the prior art, and the prior art has the following disadvantages that the container is large in demand and high in cost, and the number of input containers is required to be calculated according to logistics turnover periods for different vehicle types, different brands and different derivatives, so that the overall input quantity of the battery container is large, and the input cost is high; 2. the storage area is large, different containers need to be provided with special storage positions so as to be convenient for operators to recognize and pick, and for an automobile factory with multiple vehicle types produced in a collinear way, a large amount of empty containers need to be reserved in the factory; 3. the operation efficiency is low, and due to the limitation in the second point, the field operator needs to spend the operation time to identify and distinguish the container, and the container is matched with the battery pack and the return empty truck, so that the great waste on the efficiency is brought; fourthly, the cost is high, one container generally costs about 4000 yuan, about 800 containers are needed in an automobile host factory with 20 thousands of capacity and 4 vehicle types produced in a collinear way, the total cost is 320 thousands, and if vehicle types are switched, the containers are scrapped to cause great waste; and fifthly, the management precision is low, the common adding container is managed by adopting a traditional means, and the container cannot be lost and damaged and cannot be fed back in time and whether the logistics operation is influenced or not can be judged.

It will be appreciated that the mounting surface of the container structure 100 may be used to support at least one type of battery pack, for example, when the container structure 100 is sized smaller, each container structure 100 may be used to support one battery pack, wherein the types of battery packs may be varied, i.e., fit different types of battery packs by engaging a plurality of the positioning pins 200; when the container structure 100 is set to be large in size, each container structure 100 can be used to hold at least two battery packs, wherein the two battery packs can be the same type of battery pack or different types of battery packs; it should be noted that the number of the container structure 100 supporting the battery pack may be set according to the size of the mounting surface and the number of the positioning pins 200, which is not described herein again.
The moving mode of the positioning pin 200 can be adjusted along the height direction of the mounting surface, and can also be adjusted along any direction of the mounting surface, so that when the mounting surface is adapted to different types of battery packs, the positioning pins 200 at different positions can be adjusted, the positioning pins 200 which are not adapted to the types of battery packs are prevented from interfering with the battery packs, and the normal bearing of the mounting surface to the battery packs is ensured.

8. The containment device of claim 7, wherein the length of the post is adjustable along the height of the battery pack.
9. A management system, comprising:
a service terminal; and
the container device according to any of claims 1-8, which is in signal connection with the service terminal.
10. The management system according to claim 9, wherein the label signboard and the positioning module of the container device are respectively connected with the service terminal through signals.
