The multifunctional composite mask base cloth can be divided into two kinds according to different preparation processes, the first functional component part is firstly added into a set die and then directly attached to the mask base cloth through the die, the first multifunctional composite mask base cloth can be obtained through the preparation method of after-finishing, the second multifunctional composite mask base cloth is obtained through cutting or other methods to cut corresponding T-shaped areas, eye surrounding areas, cheek areas, statute lines and corner lines areas, lip areas and chin areas, the corresponding functional components are already added on the cut functional component base cloth, and then the mask base cloth and the functional component base cloth are compounded together through ultrasonic compounding, water-based glue compounding, hot-pressing compounding or film spraying compounding, so that the second multifunctional composite mask base cloth is obtained.
The components for absorbing grease and shrinking pores in the step S2 comprise but are not limited to activated bamboo charcoal powder, kaolin, salicylic acid and fruit acid, the components for resisting aging and tightening comprise but are not limited to tocopherol, hexapeptide and retinol, the components for whitening and lightening spots comprise but are not limited to niacinamide, vitamin C, arbutin and tranexamic acid, the components for resisting oxidation and saccharification comprise but are not limited to astaxanthin, carnosine, edelweiss and vitamin C, and the components for moisturizing and tightening comprise but are not limited to hyaluronic acid, aloe extract, glycerol, seaweed extract and glucan.
The functional components in the functional component base cloth in the step S2 can be added when fibers with the functional components are blended with common fibers for spunlace, or can be added when the spunlace base cloth is soaked, sprayed or coated after being formed.
The functional component base cloth in the step S2 adopts a three-layer structure, the three-layer structure sequentially comprises a skin-friendly layer, a water-locking layer and a skin-friendly layer, the skin-friendly layer is made of super-soft fine denier fiber materials, the water-locking layer is made of superfine eucalyptus fiber materials, and an integrated three-dimensional network structure formed by the three fiber layers of the skin-friendly layer, the water-locking layer and the skin-friendly layer enables the membrane cloth to have soft and smooth handfeel and good liquid absorption capacity and liquid locking capacity.
