Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without inventive step, are within the scope of the present application.
It should be noted that the following is a brief introduction to the background of the present solution:
the scheme is mainly developed around the technical problem of 'how to avoid the condition that the contents of the push messages received by all users are the same, and the actual conditions of different clients are not distinguished, so that the experience of the users is influenced'. It can be understood that in the instant messaging era, product information or greetings are a common way of touching objects of current chat tools, and in order to maintain or expand business cooperation, a salesperson usually pushes product information or greetings to newly added users or old users at regular intervals. For example, when a customer adds a financial manager or adds a customer to the financial manager, product information or greetings are automatically triggered, and the product information or greetings are usually set by the financial manager in the background of the chat tool and are automatically sent under specific conditions after being uniformly configured in the background, but according to a common setting mode, the situation that the customer experience is poor is often caused, for example, a private customer is encountered, and if the customer is treated by a common customer, the lottery activity is sent to cause the customer to feel dislike and even complain.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides an automatic message sending method based on instant messaging. By utilizing the automatic message sending based on instant messaging provided by the embodiment of the application, the favorite and the requirement of the target user are determined by collecting the latest image data of the target user and analyzing and summarizing the image data, and the appropriate message is sent to the target user in a targeted manner according to the favorite and the requirement of the target user. The method and the device enable different types of users to receive reasonable push messages, and avoid the situation that the experience of the users is influenced because all the users receive the same push messages in the chat tool.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an instant messaging based automatic message sending method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The message based on instant messaging is automatically sent and applied to terminal equipment. Optionally, the terminal device is a terminal or a server. Optionally, the server is an independent physical server, or a server cluster or distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud service, cloud database, cloud computing, cloud function, cloud storage, web service, cloud communication, middleware service, domain name service, security service, CDN (Content Delivery Network), big data and artificial intelligence platform. Optionally, the terminal is a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, a smart voice interaction device, a smart home appliance, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment, the method may comprise the steps of:
The method comprises the steps of obtaining current portrait data of a target user through a business handling way, uploading the current portrait data to a big data platform, and carrying out classification processing according to the current portrait data to obtain user information corresponding to different types. The user information includes channel information, birthday data, tag data, browsing data, interaction information, hobbies and interests, etc., which are not limited herein. The liking and the demand of the target user can be quickly identified according to the acquired user information, and the historical portrait data of the user can be updated according to the current portrait data acquired in real time, so that the basis of the system for pushing the message is selected based on the latest portrait data of the target user.
And 102, acquiring a target preset message template with highest relevance to all user information corresponding to the target user based on different types of user information corresponding to the target user.
In this embodiment, based on different types of user information corresponding to a target user, whether a preset keyword exists is judged from all user information, and a judgment result is obtained; the preset keywords refer to keywords capable of reflecting user preferences or needs, such as "birthday is the current day" and "browsing a product more than N times".
And if the judgment result is that the preset keywords exist, determining a target preset message template matched with the preset keywords from the database.
And if the judgment result is that the preset keyword does not exist, selecting the universal message template from the database as a target preset message template. Wherein a generic message template refers to a generic template that is not specifically targeted to any customer, such as "you good, i am a customer manager of xx corporation, happy to serve you".
In some embodiments, if the determination result indicates that a plurality of preset keywords exist, at least one target keyword with a top priority is selected from the plurality of preset keywords according to a preset priority ranking rule, and the at least one target keyword is used for determining a target preset message template from the database. Ensuring that the target preset message template is uniquely determined.
103, selecting key information corresponding to a preset word slot in the target preset message template from the user information, and filling the key information into the target preset message template to obtain a message to be sent.
After the target preset message template corresponding to the target user is determined, key information which can represent the user identity in the user information can jump into a preset word slot of the target preset message template, and a message to be sent is obtained. In some embodiments, the message to be sent may be sent to a client corresponding to the target user in a preset display form, where the preset display form includes one or more of a text, a picture, and an applet.
And 104, sending the message to be sent to a client corresponding to the target user when a preset trigger condition is met.
If the preset trigger condition is configured to be triggered at regular time, the message to be sent is sent to the corresponding client of the target user when the current time reaches the preset time, and the automatic triggering message pushing operation is realized. It should be noted that, in this example, the target client generally refers to a non-first-contact friend, and only needs to select a corresponding target preset template to construct a message to be sent according to the preference and requirement of the target user. For example, if the user information is "browse a certain product more than N times", the detailed information (purchase plan or introduction information) related to the product is pushed to the target user.
If the preset trigger condition is configured to contact the friend for the first time, when the target user is added as the instant messaging friend, adding a preset field to the message to be sent, and then sending the message to the corresponding client of the target user. Since in this embodiment the target user refers to contacting friends for the first time, for politeness, a preset field needs to be added, for example, "you are, i am a customer manager of xx company, happy to serve you", and then a question is introduced.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
In particular implementation, the present application is not limited by the execution sequence of the described steps, and some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously without conflict.

By using the instant messaging-based automatic message sending method provided by the embodiment of the application, the favorite and the demand of the target user are determined by collecting the latest image data of the target user and analyzing and summarizing the latest image data, and the appropriate message is sent to the target user in a targeted manner according to the favorite and the demand of the target user.
