Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a report template configuration method, please refer to fig. 1, which includes steps S102 to S108.
And S102, responding to the uploading operation aiming at the target report, and obtaining an uploaded report template.
It can be understood that, according to the requirements for producing different reports, the method may use each report that needs to be produced as a target report, and perform the report template configuration according to the method in this embodiment. The report template is obtained by abstract extraction of the target report, a fixed part and a part which is changed along with the data in the target report are summarized, and the work of filling the changed part is automatically carried out by a computer. Therefore, after the report template is obtained, in order to perform data filling by the computer, a relationship needs to be established between the report template and the data source, that is, the report template needs to be configured, and only the configured report template can be used for automatically generating the target report. Specifically, if multiple reports exist, a report type selection control can be displayed on the interactive interface, and the corresponding report is taken as a target report in response to the operation of the report type selection control. After the target report is determined, a configuration interface for the target report can be entered, the configuration interface comprises an uploading control, and a configuration worker uploads a report template to be configured corresponding to the target report through the uploading control so as to perform the next configuration.
S104, the report template is analyzed to determine variables in the report template.
After the report template to be configured is acquired, the report template needs to be analyzed, and it is determined which parts of the report template are the changed parts determined in the abstract extraction stage, and the changed parts are used as variables. Specifically, at the stage of abstract refinement of the target report, the identified variable parts are marked so that the variables in the report template can be distinguished when the report template is parsed.
And S106, displaying the list interface to be configured according to the variable.
And the list interface to be configured comprises input controls corresponding to all the variables.
After the variables in the report template are determined, the association between each variable and the data source needs to be established, so that automatic access is realized. And the establishment of the contact needs to be done by means of a configuration person. Therefore, after the analysis is completed, the list interface to be configured is displayed to the configurator, the list interface to be configured includes all variables to be linked, the configurator can input the data fetching mode of each variable through the input control corresponding to each variable to guide how the computer fetches out appropriate data from the database to replace the corresponding variable, and the linking between the variable and the data source is established.
And S108, responding to the input operation aiming at each input control, and determining the access mode of each variable.
After the input of all the input controls is finished, according to the content input by the configurator, the computer knows how to take out from the database and play the filling of the drawing report, namely, the access mode of each variable is determined.
And S110, storing the report template and the corresponding access modes to complete the configuration of the report template.
Under the condition that the access modes of all variables in the report template are determined, the report template can be used for automatically generating reports, the report template and the access mode corresponding to each variable in the report template are stored, and the access modes are convenient to be used when the reports are automatically generated, namely the configuration of the report template is completed. The report can be automatically generated on the report generation interface, and the configured report template can be released, so that the released report template can be selected for use in the report generation interface. In addition, for any report, the report template may be changed along with the change of the requirement, and at this time, each time an unconfigured report template is abstracted, the method in this embodiment may be reused for configuration and distribution. Thus, each report may publish more than one version of the report template, but the automatic generation of reports can only be based on one of the versions.
According to the report template configuration method in the embodiment, the report template to be configured is analyzed, all variables needing to be configured in the report template are determined, the list interface to be configured is displayed to a configuration worker according to the variables, the configuration worker inputs the access mode of each variable through an input control in the list interface to be configured, a computer is enabled to obtain the access mode corresponding to each variable, and finally the access modes corresponding to each variable in the report template and the report template are stored, so that the access mode is convenient for automatically generating reports. According to the method, the report template is developed in a configuration mode, the configured report template can be automatically rendered to generate the report, developers only need to pay attention to refining the report template and configuring the report data source, the development threshold is reduced, and meanwhile the development efficiency of the report template is improved.
In one embodiment, the generation process of the report template comprises the following steps:
(1) The historical target report is analyzed to classify content in the historical target report into fixed content and varying content.
It is to be understood that the historical target reports are generated target reports. The historical target report is analyzed and summarized, so that the contents of the target report can be determined according to the change of the data source, the changed contents can be automatically filled by a computer, the fixed contents are kept unchanged all the time, and the target report can be continuously used along with the development of time. In particular, the manner of analysis may be performed manually by a developer. However, this method is inefficient, and a classification model can be established for classification when the number of historical target reports is large. Firstly, a developer marks a historical target report, and marks out the variation content in the historical target report to obtain a training set. And carrying out prediction classification on the reports in the training set by using the classification model, taking the difference between the prediction classification result and the label as a target, and adjusting the parameters of the classification model until the training end condition is met to obtain the classification model capable of accurately classifying the historical target reports. And the classification model is utilized for analysis, so that the workload of developers can be greatly reduced.
(2) And replacing each changed content by using the replacement character string corresponding to each changed content, and reserving the fixed content to obtain the report template.
It can be understood that in order to facilitate the computer to distinguish the changed content from the fixed content, the changed content needs to be processed, that is, each changed content in the history target report needs to be replaced by a replacement character string that does not appear in the fixed content. Specifically, the replacement character string corresponding to the changed content comprises a preset identifier and text information, and the text information is located between the starting position and the ending position of the preset identifier and is related to the name of the changed content in the field to which the database belongs. The preset identifier can be used as a feature of the changed content and is a character which generally does not appear in the fixed content, and the computer can distinguish the changed content from the fixed content by using the preset identifier as a screening condition. The text information is convenient for configuration personnel to configure, that is, under the condition of more variables, the list interface to be configured needs to prompt what the content of each variable is, and the text information can be a reference for displaying the content of the list interface to be configured. Therefore, the text information is set to be related to the name of the corresponding change content in the field to which the database belongs.
For example, for a target report of the category of performance management maturity, the report template includes: the evaluation is performed on all employees, data are acquired in an online answer mode by scanning two-dimensional codes through a mobile phone, effective questionnaires { { effective questionnaire parts } } parts are collected together in an execution period, the coverage ratio is { { coverage ratio } }% ", the { { effective questionnaire parts } }" and the { { coverage ratio } } "are replacement character strings corresponding to the changed content, and the rest parts are fixed content. In the replacement character string, the double brackets are the preset identifiers, and the brackets are the character information. The configurator sees "number of valid questionnaire copies" and "coverage ratio" to understand the need to associate the variables with the fields in the database associated with "number of valid questionnaire copies" and "coverage ratio".
In one embodiment, parsing a report template includes:
(1) A preset identifier in the report template is identified.
(2) And for any recognized preset identifier, taking the replacement character string corresponding to the preset identifier as a variable.
It will be appreciated that the replacement string is the object that needs to be replaced by the filler data during the report generation phase. The replacement string as a whole constitutes a variable in the report template to be configured. In the report template abstracted and extracted by the method of the previous embodiment, the preset identifier is a mark of changing content, so that the filtering statement can be set based on the preset identifier, the position of the preset identifier in the report template to be configured is determined by executing the filtering statement, the preset identifier is a continuous symbol, the starting position and the ending position of the preset identifier also limit the position of the literal information, and the replacement character string is composed of the preset identifier and the literal information, so that the replacement identifier is determined in the report template after the preset identifier is determined.
In one embodiment, displaying the to-be-configured manifest interface according to the variables includes:
(1) And for any variable, extracting the text information in the replacement identifier corresponding to the variable.
It will be appreciated that the replacement identifier is comprised of textual information and a predetermined identifier, and the location of the textual information in the replacement identifier is framed by a predetermined identifier start position and end position. Therefore, it is possible to set an extraction sentence based on the preset identifier and the wildcard, and to extract the literal information by executing the extraction sentence.
(2) And generating an input control corresponding to the variable according to the extracted text information.
It will be appreciated that the text message serves to prompt the configurator as a prompt to which data in the database each input control needs to be associated. Therefore, when the list interface to be configured is displayed, the input control corresponding to each variable can be generated by taking the text information as a basis.
In one embodiment, the access mode includes acquiring data through SQL access code. The SQL database is more common, and the present embodiment is directed to searching for padding data from the SQL database. The content input by the configurator in the input control includes the access code applicable to the SQL database.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for automatically generating a report, please refer to fig. 2, which includes step S202 to step S204.
And S202, responding to the report generation instruction, taking the report corresponding to the report generation instruction as a target report, and acquiring a report template and a corresponding access mode of the target report. The report template is configured by the report template configuration method in any of the above embodiments.
Specifically, a report generation interface may be presented to a user, and a report generation instruction is issued through the report generation interface to inform a computer what kind of report needs to be generated, that is, a report corresponding to the report generation instruction is a target report. And because the configured report template and the access modes of the variables in the report template are stored, the report template and the corresponding access modes can be taken out for use after the target report is determined.
And S204, acquiring filling data corresponding to each variable in the report template according to each access mode in the report template.
The computer extracts corresponding data from the database as filling data according to the guidance of the access mode, and the filling data is used for replacing corresponding variables in the report template. Specifically, if the configurator inputs the SQL access code in the configuration phase, the corresponding padding data is extracted by executing the SQL access code. In order to accelerate the report generation speed, when the number of variables is large, a multi-thread parallel mode can be adopted to simultaneously execute a plurality of SQL access codes.
And S206, rendering is carried out according to the report template and each filling data, and a target report is generated.
It will be appreciated that not only text, but also a number of visual charts are required in the target report. Therefore, the target report needs to be rendered according to the format of the report template or due to some data structure filled with data.
It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 1 and 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1 and 2 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
