The invention also comprises a preferable method for matching the clothing model to be checked and the cut pieces of the clothing model to be compared one by one, which comprises the following steps: calculating the similarity of the cut pieces of the to-be-checked and re-installed version of the garment and all the cut pieces of the to-be-compared version of the garment one by one, taking the cut pieces of the to-be-compared version with the similarity within the highest threshold range as pre-matched cut pieces, taking the pre-matched cut pieces as matched cut pieces if the similarity is only one, calculating the similarity between all the pre-matched cut pieces and the highest cut piece of all the cut pieces except the cut piece in the to-be-checked and re-installed version of the garment if the number of the pre-matched cut pieces is more than one, taking one or any pre-matched cut piece with the lowest similarity among the highest cut pieces as matched cut pieces, not carrying out next round of matching on the matched cut pieces, and repeating the steps until all the cut pieces of the to-be-checked and re-installed version of the garment or all the cut pieces of the to-be-compared version of the garment are matched.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: if the number of the cut pieces of the clothing version to be checked is not more than that of the cut pieces of the clothing version to be compared, calculating the similarity between the cut pieces of the clothing version to be checked and all the cut pieces of the clothing version to be compared one by one, wherein the most optimal value of the similarity calculation value in the highest threshold range is a matched cut piece, the matched cut piece does not enter the next round of matching, and the steps are repeated until all the cut pieces of the clothing version to be checked are matched;
if the number of the cut pieces of the clothing version to be checked is more than that of the cut pieces of the clothing version to be compared, the cut pieces of the clothing version to be compared and all the cut pieces of the clothing version to be checked are subjected to similarity calculation one by one, the most optimal value of the similarity calculation value in the highest threshold range is the matched cut piece, the matched cut pieces do not enter the next round of matching, and the steps are repeated until all the cut pieces of the clothing version to be compared are matched.

Precision ratio test results:
the preliminarily established clothing model library comprises 7639 clothing models, 67 clothing models to be re-entered are re-checked by the system, 34 clothing models are new models, the 34 clothing models which are re-checked by the system are manually rechecked, the 33 clothing models are new models, and the checking rate is 97.1%. Wherein, the precision = (amount of relevant information searched/total amount of information searched) × 100%. When the recall ratio is greater than or equal to 98%, the precision ratio of 97.1% is enough to prove the effectiveness of the duplication checking method provided by the application.

the garment version type duplication checking method provided by the invention is convenient for building a neural network learning model, the duplication checking accuracy and efficiency can be continuously improved, and the manual rechecking proportion is reduced;
fifthly, the garment type duplication checking method provided by the invention is beneficial to improving the copyright awareness of the garment industry and preventing plagiarism of the garment type.

step two, acquiring the clothes type to be checked and the corresponding shape, size and number of the cut pieces of the same size, and establishing a check weighing sub library from a clothes type library according to the number of the cut pieces of the clothes type to be checked and the check weighing sub library, wherein the number of the cut pieces of any clothes type in the check weighing sub library is +/-5% -30% of the number of the cut pieces of the clothes type to be checked and the check weighing sub library;
comparing the clothes type to be checked with the clothes type in the check weighing sub-library one by one to obtain average similarity, judging that the clothes type to be checked is a similar type as long as the average similarity between the clothes type to be checked and one clothes type to be compared in the check weighing sub-library is larger than or equal to a preset value, and otherwise, judging that the clothes type to be checked is a new type to carry out manual rechecking.

The garment type duplication checking method according to claim 3, further comprising a step of entering, if the garment type is a new version, the new version and the corresponding shapes, sizes and numbers of the cut pieces are entered into a garment type library, otherwise, the new version and the corresponding shapes, sizes and numbers of the cut pieces are not entered into the garment type library.
