thirdly, fixing one end of a plurality of flexible wires at the position, close to the two ends, of the base (5), enabling the other end of the plurality of flexible wires to penetrate through hole positions of the flexible wire fixing piece (2), adjusting the lengths of all the flexible wires between the flexible wire fixing piece (2) and the base (5), enabling the base (5) to correspondingly rotate and pitch, monitoring a linear laser beam generated by the second cylindrical lens (8), and fixing all the flexible wires when the linear laser beam is positioned in the same horizontal plane;
and fourthly, assembling the adjusted base (5) and the flexible wire fixing piece (2) into the transparent shell (1) together to obtain the laser level meter.
