FIG. 3 is a schematic exploded view of the upper track of the storage module for a cold storage device shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a schematic exploded view of the lower track of the storage module for a cold storage device shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along section line B-B in FIG. 5; FIG. 10 is a schematic partial enlarged view of portion J of the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 9; fig. 11 is a schematic partial enlarged view of a portion K of the sectional view shown in fig. 9.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper slide rail 120 includes an upper molding strip 121 and an upper slide strip 123. The upper decorative strip 121 is detachably arranged at the top end of the opening; the upper slide bar 123 is disposed in the upper molding 121 and forms an upper slide groove. The lower slide rail 130 includes a lower molding 131, a lower slide 133, and two guide slides 137. The lower decorative strip 131 is detachably arranged at the bottom end of the opening; the lower sliding strip 133 is arranged in the lower decorative strip 131 and forms a lower sliding groove; the two sliding guide bars 137 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the two lower sliding grooves.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 10 and 11, in some alternative embodiments, the upper decorative strip 121 forms an upper groove at the position where the upper decorative strip 121 contacts the main body 110, the main body 110 forms an upper rib, and the upper groove and the upper rib are matched to fix the upper decorative strip 121 on the top end of the main body 110; at the position where the lower decorative strip 131 contacts the main body 110, the lower decorative strip 131 forms a lower groove, the main body 110 forms a lower convex edge, and the lower groove is matched with the lower convex edge to fix the lower decorative strip 131 at the bottom end of the main body 110. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the body 110 has upper and lower grooves formed thereon, and the upper and lower molding strips 121 and 131 form upper and lower ribs, respectively. In some alternative embodiments, the upper molding 121 and the lower molding 131 are respectively provided with screw holes corresponding to the positions of the body 110 in the length direction and are additionally fixed by screws.
Because the sliding door 112 mainly contacts and rubs with the sliding guide strip 137 when working, the sliding guide strip 137 can be made of POM material to improve the service life, and the upper sliding strip 123 and the lower sliding strip 133 can be made of common plastic material to save the cost.
In some alternative embodiments, the upper rail 120 further includes two upper stoppers 125, and the two upper stoppers 125 are respectively disposed at both ends of the upper molding 121 and are partially or completely inserted into the upper rail 120. The lower rail 130 further includes two lower stoppers 135, and the two lower stoppers 135 are respectively disposed at both ends of the lower molding 131 and are partially or completely inserted into the lower molding 131. The two upper stoppers 125 and the two lower stoppers 135 are each fixed in abutment with an inner barrier 140 provided at a lateral side wall, or a notch, of the body 110. It can be understood that when the upper slide rail 120 or the lower slide rail 130 is mounted to the corresponding position on the main body 110, the upper stopper 125 or the lower stopper 135 is fixed in abutment with the main body 110 on the side where the inner barrier 140 is not provided; on the side where the inner barrier 140 is provided, the upper stopper 125 and the lower stopper 135 are respectively fitted into the upper rail 120 and the lower rail 130 after the sliding door 112 is mounted, and are fixed in abutment with the mounted inner barrier 140.
In some alternative embodiments, the storage module 100 for a refrigerator further includes at least one first outer molding 142, each first outer molding 142 being disposed on the same side as one inner barrier 140 and covering the inner barrier 140 partially or entirely outside the main body 110. Compared with the embodiment in which the recesses are formed at both sides of the body 110, the above embodiment reduces one recess, and simultaneously omits the corresponding complex structure of the inner barrier strip 140, thereby reducing the production cost and the installation complexity, and is a preferred embodiment.
In some alternative embodiments, the upper and lower sliders 123 and 133 may be adapted to the shape of the upper and lower stoppers 125 and 135 at the ends of each of the upper and lower stoppers 123 and 135, such that the upper and lower stoppers 125 and 135 are inserted into and fixed with the upper and lower sliders 123 and 133, instead of being directly inserted into the upper and lower molding 121 and 131. In some alternative embodiments, the length of the guide slide 137 may be set to be suitable for the insertion depth of the lower stopper 135, so that both ends of the guide slide 137 just contact with the lower stopper 135, thereby fixing the guide slide 137, the lower slide 133 and the lower molding 131 to each other without sliding with the sliding door 112. In some alternative embodiments, the upper and lower stoppers 125 and 135 may be made of silicone rubber, and may be used to block the sliding door 112 from directly colliding with both sides.
In some alternative embodiments, the upper and lower molding strips 121 and 131 are made of aluminum alloy.
In some alternative embodiments, the first outer molding strip 142 and the second outer molding strip 144 are both made of aluminum alloy.
In some preferred embodiments, the upper molding strip 121, the lower molding strip 131, the first outer molding strip 142, and the second outer molding strip 144 are made of aluminum alloy. The outer frame made of the aluminum alloy material is firmer in the overall structure of the storage module 100 for the refrigerating device, improves the overall aesthetic degree of the storage module 100 for the refrigerating device, and only partially uses the aluminum alloy structure, so that the production cost is saved.
In some alternative embodiments, the two sliding doors 112 each include a door panel 113, and the door panels 113 have a flat plate shape. The door 113 is made of plastic or glass and is transparent or semitransparent. The plastic door is lower in cost and lighter in weight, the glass door is more attractive, and corresponding materials can be selected by technicians in the field according to actual requirements.
In some alternative embodiments, the two sliding doors 112 respectively include a handle 114, the handles 114 are respectively disposed at one end of the two sliding doors 112, and the handles 114 are made of an aluminum alloy. The handle 114 made of aluminum alloy is adapted to the materials of the upper molding 121, the lower molding 131, the first outer molding 142 and the second outer molding 144, thereby further improving the aesthetic appearance of the storage module 100 for a refrigerator.
