The flange piece 310 is fixedly connected with one side of the platform body 100, one side of the ball 320 is rotationally attached to one side of the flange piece 310, the other end of the ball 320 is rotationally attached to the inner side of the rotating frame 340, one side of the baffle 330 is rotationally connected with one side of the flange piece 310, and the bolt holes are formed in the rotating frame 340, one side of the limiting block 350 is rotationally connected with the inner side of the flange piece 310, so that the rotating frame 340 is rotated under the use of the ball 320 and the limiting block 350, the rotating frame 340 can rotate to drive the bolt holes, when the flange of the branch pipe is abutted, only the angle of the rotating frame 340 needs to be adjusted, the bolt holes formed in the rotating frame 340 are accurately aligned with the bolt holes formed in the branch pipe flange, the rotation of the rotating frame 340 is utilized, the bolt holes formed in the rotating frame 340 are adjusted, the branch pipe flange are matched, the alignment between the bolt holes is facilitated, and the angle of the branch pipe does not need to be adjusted, and convenience is brought to the installation of the branch pipe.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the flange 310 and the rotating frame 340 are both provided with a groove 311 matching with the ball 320, the ball 320 is located inside the groove 311, a positioning groove 312 is provided inside the groove 311, and the stopper 350 is rotatably connected inside the positioning groove 312.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, a boss 313 is provided on one side of the flange 310, and a gasket 314 is provided on one side of the boss 313.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the baffle 330 and the rotating frame 340 are symmetrically disposed, and the two baffles 330 and the two rotating frames 340 are fixedly connected.
Many adopt welded mode between branch pipe platform and the trunk line, and many petroleum transportation pipeline exposes outdoor, and the branch pipe platform of often using is inconvenient to implement and protects the welding mouth, consequently the welding mouth can appear the phenomenon of corrosion in long-term windy and sunny in-process, has increased the risk of petroleum leakage.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9-11, the protective assembly 400 further includes a protective cover 410, a protective cover 420, a soft cover 430 and an adhesive tape 440, wherein the protective cover 410 is sleeved outside one side of the table body 100, one side of the protective cover 420 is fixedly connected with one side of the protective cover 410, the other side of the protective cover 420 is fixedly connected with one side of the soft cover 430, the other side of the soft cover 430 is arc-shaped, and one side of the adhesive tape 440 is fixedly connected with one side of the soft cover 430.
Before welding, the protective sleeve 410 is sleeved outside the branch pipe stage, one side of the protective cover 420 is fixedly connected with the protective sleeve 410 through threads, and when the protective cover 420 is installed, the soft cover 430 is installed together, the protective cover 420 is fixedly connected with the soft cover 430, the soft cover 430 is sleeved outside a welding port between the branch pipe stage and the main pipe, dust-proof paper on one side of the adhesive tape 440 is removed, one side of the adhesive tape 440 is adhered to the main pipe, and therefore the protective cover 420 and the soft cover 430 are installed outside the welding port, protection of the welding port between the branch pipe stage and the main pipe is achieved in the whole using process, corrosion phenomenon of the welding port is reduced, and leakage risk in the petroleum conveying process is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the protection sleeve 410 includes a third sleeve body 411, a fourth sleeve body 412 and a connection strap 413, the third sleeve body 411 and the fourth sleeve body 412 are fixedly connected through the connection strap 413, and one side of each of the third sleeve body 411 and the fourth sleeve body 412 is fixedly connected with one side of the protection cover 420.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, a threaded area 414 is formed on one side of each of the third casing 411 and the fourth casing 412, a threaded post 421 matching the threaded area 414 is formed on one side of the protective cover 420, and the threaded area 414 is in threaded connection with the threaded post 421.
A flange branch pipe stage for oil transportation according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present application includes a flange branch pipe stage for oil transportation according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, and the steps of:
s1, casting and forming a base 100 of the platform body in a casting mode;
s2, polishing and grinding the blank of the table body 100, and cutting and forming the blank of the table body 100;

the positioning assembly (200), the positioning assembly (200) comprises a connecting sleeve (210), a first rotating member (220), a telescopic rod (230), a second rotating member (240), a connecting member (250) and a hoop (260), the connecting sleeve (210) comprises a first sleeve body (211) and a second sleeve body (212), one side of the first sleeve body (211) is fixedly connected with one side of the second sleeve body (212), the other side of the first sleeve body (211) is fixedly connected with one side of the first rotating member (220), the other side of the second sleeve body (212) is fixedly connected with one side of the other first rotating member (220), the first sleeve body (211) and the second sleeve body (212) are both rotationally sleeved outside the platform body (100), one side of the first rotating member (220) is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve (210), the other side of the first rotating member (220) is fixedly connected with one side of the telescopic rod (230), the other side of the telescopic rod (230) is fixedly connected with the other side of the second rotating member (240), and the other side of the telescopic rod (230) is fixedly connected with one side of the second rotating member (250), and the other end of the telescopic rod (250) is fixedly connected with one end of the inner side of the second rotating member (250);
the flange plate assembly (300), the flange plate assembly (300) comprises a flange plate (310), a ball (320), a baffle plate (330), a rotating frame (340) and a limiting block (350), wherein the flange plate (310) and one side of the table body (100) are integrally formed, one side of the ball (320) is rotationally attached to the periphery of the flange plate (310), the other side of the ball (320) is rotationally attached to the inner side of the rotating frame (340), one side of the baffle plate (330) is rotationally connected with one side of the flange plate (310), the other side of the baffle plate (330) is fixedly connected with one side of the rotating frame (340), one side of the limiting block (350) is fixedly connected with the inner side of the rotating frame (340), and the other side of the limiting block (350) is rotationally connected with the periphery of the flange plate (310).
The protection component (400), protection component (400) include lag (410), protection casing (420), soft cover (430) and sticky tape (440), lag (410) cover is in outside of stage body (100) one side, protection casing (420) one side with lag (410) one side fixed connection, protection casing (420) opposite side with soft cover (430) one side fixed connection, soft cover (430) opposite side is the arc setting, sticky tape (440) one side with soft cover (430) opposite side fixed connection.

The flange branch pipe table for petroleum transportation according to claim 1, wherein a limit ring (110) is provided in the middle of the table body (100), the limit rings (110) are symmetrically provided, and the first sleeve body (211) and the second sleeve body (212) are both rotatably connected between the two limit rings (110).

The flange branch table for petroleum transportation according to claim 1, wherein a first locking bolt (213) is provided on one side of the first sleeve body (211), and the first locking bolt (213) is threaded through the first sleeve body (211) to be abutted against the outside of the table body (100).

The flange branch table for petroleum transportation according to claim 5, wherein said second rotating member (240) comprises a first connecting block (241), a rotating rod (242), a second connecting block (243) and a fourth locking bolt (244), one side of said first connecting block (241) is fixedly connected to one side of said first rod body (231), said first connecting block (241) is rotatably connected to said second connecting block (243), said rotating rod (242) is rotatably connected to the inside of said second connecting block (243), said rotating rod (242) is in transmission connection with one side of said first connecting block (241), said fourth locking bolt (244) is threaded through said second connecting block (243) to abut against the surface of said rotating rod (242), and one side of said connecting member (250) is threaded through the inside of said second connecting block (243).
7. A flange branch table for oil transportation according to claim 6, wherein the turning lever (242) is provided with a gear (245), the first connecting block (241) is provided with a gear ring (246), and the gear (245) is in meshed connection with the gear ring (246).

s2, polishing and grinding the blank of the table body (100), and cutting and forming the blank of the table body (100);
s3, punching the table body (100) and cutting the V-shaped groove.
