after the gap filler is filled, the walking base 11 walks forwards to enable the rubber strip embedding device 3 to be aligned to the gap which is just filled with the gap filler, then the rubber wheel 3311 is controlled to rotate the motor to work, the rotating rubber wheel 3311 extracts the rubber strip, the rubber strip is embedded into the guide groove 3361, the adjusting guide wheel 336 tightly presses the rubber strip to the gap of the electric power tunnel segment, when the gap is inclined, the rubber strip is under the action of the gap of the electric power tunnel segment, the second adjusting support 335 is horizontally displaced along with the rubber strip, and the rubber strip is tightly pressed in the gap through the pressing wheel 333;
and step five, controlling a gap between the material supplementing cylinder 43 and the material supplementing barrel 41, which is parallel to the length direction of the electric power tunnel, to be close to the segments of the electric power tunnel by the sliding cylinder 44 while the walking base 11 moves, and extruding the gap filler in the material supplementing barrel 41 into the gap by a piston rod of the material supplementing cylinder 43.
