In fig. 5, a white triangular portion is a first portion 21, a light gray inverted triangular portion is a second portion 22, and a dark gray region is a third portion 23. The piece of the knitting yarn 9 located at the portion where the first part 21 and the second part 22 are butted is the micro knitted fabric portion 3. As shown in fig. 5, the minute knitted fabric portions 3 are extremely small in aggregation, and are less likely to be an obstacle when the knitted fabric 1 (fig. 1) is used. Therefore, the minute knitted fabric portion 3 does not need to be removed from the knitted fabric 1, and the yarn processing accompanying the removal is also not needed. The knitted fabric 1 of the present example, which does not require the man-hours required for removing the minute knitted fabric portions 3, is extremely excellent in productivity.
Unlike this example, a part of the micro knitted fabric portion 3 other than the end stitches 31E, 32E may be joined to the base knitted fabric portion 2 by tucking or the like. For example, a case may be mentioned in which the base knitted fabric portion 2 is tucked using the knitting yarn 9 in the middle of the knitting yarn 9 winding step shown in fig. 3. The number of tucks may be 1 or more. In this case, the micro knitted fabric portion 3 is difficult to move with respect to the base knitted fabric portion 2. In the case of tucking, it is preferable that the color of tucking and the color of tucked coil be the same color.

The number of end stitches of the micro knitted fabric portion 3 may be one. For example, in fig. 4, a double stitch in which the first stitch 31 and the first stitch 32 are overlapped is formed, and the end stitch is continuously knitted in the wale direction of the double stitch. In this case, the end stitches are easily overlapped with the base knitted fabric portion 2. Further, a double stitch in which the end stitch 31E and the end stitch 32E in fig. 4 are overlapped may be formed, and a new end stitch may be continuously knitted in the wale direction of the double stitch.
In fig. 4, the first stitches 31 and 32 may be overlapped with the base knitted fabric portion 2 without knitting the stitches continuous in the wale direction of the first stitches 31 and 32. In this case, the first stitches 31 and 32 are end stitches of the micro knitted fabric portion 3.
The number of first stitches which become the leading end of the micro knitted fabric portion 3 may be 3 or more. For example, an example of knitting 4 first stitches is briefly described based on fig. 6. The "T + number" in the left column of fig. 6 indicates the number of the knitting process. Fig. 6 shows only the first loops 31, 32, 33, and 34 hooked on the FD and the knitting yarn 9 wound around the first loops 31, 32, 33, and 34. The joining of the knitting yarn 9 is omitted.
T1 shows a state where 4 first coils 31, 32, 33, 34 are hooked on the FD. In T2, the knitting yarn 9 is wound around the outer peripheries of the first loop 33 and the first loop 34 out of the 4 first loops 31, 32, 33, 34. In T3 and T4, the combination of 2 first stitches around which the knitting yarn 9 is wound is changed, and the knitting yarn 9 is wound around the outer circumference of the 2 first stitches. According to the knitting of fig. 6, since the consumption amount of the knitting yarn 9 is large, the knitting yarn 9 can be reliably switched from the first yarn to the second yarn. By gradually changing the position at which the knitting yarn 9 is wound, the micro knitted fabric portion 3 is made thin, and therefore the micro knitted fabric portion 3 is less likely to become an obstacle. The number of stitches around the knitting yarn 9 and the order of winding the knitting yarn 9 are not limited to the example shown in fig. 6. For example, the step of winding the knitting yarn 9 around 3 first stitches arbitrarily selected from among the 4 first stitches 31, 32, 33, and 34 may be repeated.
< other embodiments >
The flat knitting machine used in the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention may be a 2-bed flat knitting machine. In this case, the base knitted fabric portion 2 is preferably in a half-knitted state. The needle withdrawal state is a state in which an empty needle is disposed between two adjacent stitches.
The knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention can be used for knitting a knitted fabric having a striped pattern in which a plurality of wale patterns are arranged in the wale direction of the base knitted fabric portion. In this case, when two wales adjacent in the wale direction of the base knitted fabric portion are knitted, a micro knitted fabric portion in which the two wales are connected is knitted. The first loop of the micro knitted fabric portion may be knitted by half-stitching. If the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention is used, it is possible that a knitted fabric having a striped pattern can be finally knitted using one yarn feeder.

Claims (6)

1. A method for knitting a knitted fabric, wherein a base knitted fabric portion (2) including a first portion (21) formed by a first yarn (91) and a second portion (22) formed by a second yarn (92) is knitted using a flat knitting machine provided with a front needle bed (FD, FU), a rear needle bed (BD, BU), and a yarn feeder (8), and the yarn feeder (8) feeds a knitting yarn (9) including the first yarn (91) and the second yarn (92) connected via a welt (90), the method for knitting a knitted fabric comprising the steps of:
a step A of knitting a plurality of first stitches (31, 32) serving as base points of a micro knitted fabric portion (3) different from the base knitted fabric portion (2) using the knitting yarn (9) during or after the knitting of the first portion (21);
a step (B) of knitting the micro knitted fabric portion (3) including the plurality of first stitches (31, 32) using the knitting yarn (9); and
a step C of overlapping at least one end stitch (31E, 32E) constituting the end of the micro knitted fabric section (3) in the wale direction on the back side of the base knitted fabric section (2),
in the step B, the minute knitted fabric portion (3) is knitted so as to include the hem (90) in the minute knitted fabric portion (3) until the knitting yarn (9) is switched from the first yarn (91) to the second yarn (92).
2. The knitting method of a knitted fabric according to claim 1,
in the step B, the knitting yarn (9) is wound around the outer peripheries of the first stitches (31, 32) by moving at least one of the first stitches (31, 32) and reciprocating the yarn feeder (8) between the front needle bed (FD, FU) and the rear needle bed (BD, BU).
3. The knitting method of a knitted fabric according to claim 1 or 2,
in the step B, after the second yarn (92) is switched, the at least one end stitch (31E, 32E) is knitted with the second yarn (92),
in the step C, the at least one end coil (31E, 32E) is overlapped on the reverse side of the second portion (22).
4. The knitting method of a knitted fabric according to claim 3,
the at least one end coil (31E, 32E) is formed by a plurality of end coils (31E, 32E),
in the step C, the plurality of end coils (31E, 32E) are overlapped with different coils in the second portion (22).
5. The knitting method of a knitted fabric according to any one of claims 2 to 4,
knitting the base knitted fabric portion (2) in a full needle state on the front needle bed (FD, FU) and the back needle bed (BD, BU),
before the step A, a plurality of empty needles (71, 72) are formed in the knitting width of the base knitted fabric portion (2) by moving some of the stitches (28, 29) of the base knitted fabric portion (2), and the plurality of empty needles are used in the step A and the step B.
6. A knitted fabric (1) comprising a base knitted fabric portion (2) including a first part (21) knitted with a first yarn (91) and a second part (22) knitted with a second yarn (92), the first yarn (91) and the second yarn (92) being connected via a hem (90),
the knitted fabric (1) further comprises a micro knitted fabric portion (3), the micro knitted fabric portion (3) being connected to the end stitch (21E) of the first portion (21) and the start stitch (22S) of the second portion (22),
the micro knitted fabric part (3) includes the hem (90),
at least one end stitch (31E, 32E) arranged at the end of the micro knitted fabric portion (3) in the wale direction is joined to the back side of the stitch of the base knitted fabric portion (2).
